Based on the analysis of the airworthiness model of aircraft and the current legal framework in Ukraine, the fact of creating conditions for resolving most of the problems in the aviation industry is stated and further ways for the activities of regulatory bodies are determined. In the aspect of the importance of the problem of improving the system of maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft in Ukraine, the basic principles and rules for ensuring and maintaining airworthiness are determined, as well as requirements for the system for maintaining airworthiness are formulated. In the context of the formation and improvement of the aircraft continued airworthiness system, the most important requirement is to determine the composition and content of its main conceptual provisions: principles and methods to be implemented at different stages of the life cycle of aviation technology. Methods and means of ensuring and maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft follow from the tasks of the functioning of the aviation transport system and are based on the theory of reliability, probability and mathematical statistics, the theory of random processes and recovery, operations research and systems analysis, the theory of mathematical programming and experimentation, cybernetics, systems engineering and others with the use of software and computer technology. At the same time, the peculiarities of the current domestic regulatory framework, the requirements of ICAO international standards, world experience in maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft should be taken into account. In the methodological plan, when justifying the requirements for the system for ensuring and maintaining airworthiness, program-target planning and control methods can be used. The paper presents the main components of the aircraft airworthiness maintenance system. These components are responsible for various areas of its functioning in accordance with the principles and rules set out in the framework of the requirements for it. The global impact of the human factor problem on the process of maintaining and maintaining airworthiness of aircraft and on ensuring flight safety in general is shown, which is impossible without a detailed study of the features of the functioning and the corresponding improvement of the processes of maintenance and repair of aircraft.

This paper presents a review of Bayesian models of brain and behaviour. We first review the basic principles of Bayesian inference. This is followed by descriptions of sampling and variational methods for approximate inference, and forward and backward recursions in time for inference in dynamical models. The review of behavioural models covers work in visual processing, sensory integration, sensorimotor integration, and collective decision making. The review of brain models covers a range of spatial scales from synapses to neurons and population codes, but with an emphasis on models of cortical hierarchies. We describe a simple hierarchical model which provides a mathematical framework relating constructs in Bayesian inference to those in neural computation. We close by reviewing recent theoretical developments in Bayesian inference for planning and control.

The issue of the bankruptcy notion definition has a major importance in the context of the management practice and theory, internal planning and control of the company. The objectives of the article are to analyse the theoretical principles, highlight and systematize the most successful meanings and definitions related to the term of "bankruptcy", interpreting the economic content of such a category as "bankruptcy in the corporate sector". For this purpose, the method of analysis of the scientific literature was applied. The publications chosen as the research base were mainly selected from the Google Scholar and ResearchGate databases between 2016 and 2020. This study is one of the few researches that involves the analysis of the legal framework especially in the countries of the former Eastern bloc. The results show that the terms that are often used in the bankruptcy literature are: failure, insolvency and bankruptcy. These terms are sometimes used interchangeably, although formally each of them can be defined in a different way. At the same time, following the lexicographical analysis of the concept of bankruptcy in the sustainable development of a company, the authors proposed to visualize the correlation between bankruptcy, financial stability and sustainable development in the corporate sector.

This paper proposes a systematic methodology for the guidance, control, and navigation of a quadrotor to perform a choreographed dance in real-time as a function of, and interacting with, the music performed by an artist-in-the-loop. This methodology allows for a real-time interaction with improvized music by an artist based on the pitch of the acoustic signal being played without prior knowledge of the music. The four main components of a human choreography (namely, the notions of space, shape, time and structure) are analyzed and mathematically formulated for a robotic performance. A new approach for mapping music features to trajectory parameters is proposed, as well as the design of a trajectory shaping filter based on two coefficients that are set in real-time by an artist through a MIDI foot-pedal board. The proposed approach maps motion parameters and the music to trajectory motifs that are then switched in harmony with the chord structure. The overall system is validated in a hardware-in-the-loop simulation where the hardware will consist of the musical instrument and the foot pedals. In the simulation, the trajectory generator system is inverted to generate a sequence of music pitches from the actual trajectory of the quadrotor. The music generated by the quadrotor is then played back to the musician allowing for real-time interaction. The simulation results show that the proposed methodology yields an effective performance for a quadrotor choreography based on the real-time interaction with a musician. The proposed system was successfully used by an artist as can be seen in a video link to the work described in this paper and listed in the conclusions.

The paper focuses on the main components of the logistics planning process and justifies the connection between the qualitative planning of the required number of units and the availability factor of aircraft. We consider the potential of simulation modeling as applied to the study of the complex systems behavior, and substantiate the application of such modeling in the inventory planning and control system for the operation of state aircraft. It was found that the availability factor, the health coefficient and the cost of purchasing spare parts can serve as efficiency criteria. The increased aircraft availability or serviceability is achieved by minimizing downtime due to the lack of spare parts. In our research we describe the simulation model of inventory stock usage and test the model for aircraft operating as part of an aviation regiment. The simulation model showed almost complete coincidence with the results of an analytical model of a queuing system. This means that when planning material and technical support, on the basis of this simulation model, it is possible to build more complex models for analyzing multi-inventory stocks without applying a complex mathematical apparatus. The model can be used as a tool for planning the required number of units for the operation of state aircraft.

Mechanized processes of plant protection from pests, diseases and weeds are one of the main components of intensive technologies used for the cultivation of agricultural crops. The analysis shows that agricultural organizations are currently equipped with mechanization means of chemical plant protection by 8.7% of the scientifi cally grounded standard, recommended for our country. Therefore, the market for equipment for chemical plant protection in Russia is currently very attractive for product promotion and production development. At present, Russian enterprises manufacture sprayers, but the designing and manufacturing of new equipment for plant protection in most cases are carried out without taking into account the modern achievements of domestic and foreign science, international standards, technological and environmental requirements. Using the example of the European Union countries, the authors point out the need to improve Russian legislation in the fi eld of plant protection and control of the technical ondition of sprayers, as well as to develop regulatory documents and approve regulations that provide for constructive, technological and environmental requirements for plant protection equipment. As further development of the production of mechanization means of plant protection is observed, the priority should be the introduction and improvement of information systems and automation of technological processes and individual systems using modern domestic and foreign scientifi c solutions aimed at improving the quality of plant protection and reducing the impact of negative factors on the environment.

Abstract:On-line intelligent monitoring, diagnosis, and control of dynamic systems such as patients in intensive care units necessitates the context-dependent acquisition, processing, analysis, and interpretation of large amounts of possibly noisy and incomplete data. The dynamic nature of the process also requires a continuous evaluation and adaptation of the monitoring strategy to respond to changes both in the monitored patient and in the monitoring equipment. Moreover, real-time constraints may imply data losses, the importance of which has to be minimized. This paper presents a computer architecture designed to accomplish these tasks. Its main components are a model and a data abstraction module. The model provides the system with a monitoring context related to the patient status. The data abstraction module relies on that information to adapt the monitoring strategy and provide the model with the necessary information. This paper focuses on the data abstraction module and its interaction with the model.
