Physically challenged persons those who are suffering from different physical disabilities face many challenging problems in their day-to-day life for commutating from one place to another and even sometimes they need to have to be dependent on other people to move from one place to another. The purpose of this task is to make a Multi-Functional Wheelchair using Accelerometer ADXL335 and ESP32 as sensor to help physically disabled human beings in transferring from one region to any other simply by giving path from the hand, voice, Bluetooth. This Accelerometer ADXL335 and ESP32 primarily based totally challenge use Accelerometer ADXL335 and ESP32 for transferring backward path, ahead path, left path or proper path. We have advanced a Multi-useful wheelchair for medically disable human beings. We are working wheelchair by multi-feature 1) Bluetooth (Using Bluetooth device, ESP32), 2) Hand Gesture (Using Accelerometer ADXL335 MEMS), 3) Voice (ESP32). This makes challenge very powerful. The fundamental of this challenge is achieved retaining in thoughts to able the handicapped man or woman to transport round their domestic without any assist of different character.

Physically disabled persons can have sleep problems, which affects their mental health more than those in non-disabled people. However, there are few studies on the relationship between sleep duration and mental health targeting physically disabled people in South Korea, and existing studies on the disabled have mostly used data collected from convenience rather than nationally representative samples, limiting the generalization of the results. This study used data from the second wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED, 2016–2018, 1st–3rd year). Participants included 1851 physically disabled individuals. The Chi-square test and generalized estimating equation (GEE) were used and the Akaike information criterion (AIC) value and the AIC log Bayes factor approximation were used to select sleep trajectories. This is the first study to elucidate multiple sleep trajectories in physically disabled people in Korea, and the relationship between sleep duration trajectories and self-rated depressive symptoms. People with physical disabilities who sleep more than 9 h have the highest risk of depression and need more intensive management as a priority intervention.

This paper discusses the delivery of sport psychology services to physically challenged (disabled) athletes. It begins with a description of the current status of athletic competition for physically disabled individuals. Commonalities in the sports experience of able-bodied and physically disabled athletes are addressed. Unique issues that must be considered for effective sport psychology consultations with disabled athletes are discussed. These include the background of physical and psychological trauma, altered physiological responses and medical problems, complexities in motivation to compete, unique performance problems, and the structure and organization of disabled sports. The article concludes with the effects of the social environment of disabled sports on the consultation process.

Present research was intended to examine the association between suicidal ideation and clinical anger among the physically disabled. The Purposive Convenient study was conducted at Artificial Limbs Centre, Fauji Foundation Hospital Rawalpindi from February 2016 to November 2016. The modified scale for suicidal ideation and the clinical anger scale were used for data collection. Sample comprised of 150 physically disabled individuals including 87 (56%) males and 63 (42%) females.  Findings revealed that suicidal ideation had significant positive relationship with clinical anger and females were significantly higher in clinical anger and suicidal ideation as compared to males. Furthermore, results revealed higher mean scores on clinical anger by the participants having the problem of spinal cord 26.10±9.25 and suicidal ideation is higher in persons having problem of polio 15.87±9.41as compared to other physical disabilities. The study highlighted the need develop and enhance mental and physical health. Continuous...

The cognitive Science is the leading technology which works on the principle of Neuroscience. Human Computer Interface is a challenging approach in neurosciences, which is the leading method to handle the brain activities to control external communications with the electronic devices for physically challenged human beings. The various HCI applications are developed with this advance technology. This helps in various patients which are physically challenged or facing the lock in syndrome, a condition where limbs are not functioning to full extent. Therefore, this paper is the review paper to the various EEG signal classification techniques using different taxonomy with techniques like linear, nonlinear, stableubstable, static-discriminant to design various HCI applications.

Gesture is one of the most natural and expressive ways of communications between human and computer in a real system. We naturally use various gestures to express our own intentions in everyday life. Hand gesture is one of the important methods of non-verbal communication for human beings. Hand gesture recognition based man-machine interface is being developed vigorously in recent years. This paper gives an overview of different methods for recognizing the hand gestures using MATLAB. It also gives the working details of recognition process using Edge detection and Skin detection algorithms.

This chapter aims to analyze a strategic transformational transition of green economy, green growth, and sustainable development from the institutional perspective. The analysis begins questioning the implications of the concepts and principles of green economy, green growth, and sustainable development from different perspectives in the transformational transition considering the investment, trade, and capacity building though the design and implementation of strategies and policies as well as measures from an institutional analysis. The methodology followed was the analytical review of the literature to derive inferences, challenges, proposals, and conclusions. It is concluded that the green economy concept addresses current challenges delivering economic development opportunities and multiple benefits for the welfare of all human beings.

This paper presents about an overview on several methods of segmentation techniques for hand gesture recognition. Hand gesture recognition has evolved tremendously in the recent years because of its ability to interact with machine. Mankind tries to incorporate human gestures into modern technologies like touching movement on screen, virtual reality gaming and sign language prediction. This research aims towards employed on hand gesture recognition for sign language interpretation as a human computer interaction application. Sign Language which uses transmits the sign patterns to convey meaning by hand shapes, orientation and movements to fluently express their thoughts with other person and is normally used by the physically challenged people who cannot speak or hear. Automatic Sign Language which requires robust and accurate techniques for identifying hand signs or a sequence of produced gesture to help interpret their correct meaning. Hand segmentation algorithm where segmentation using different hand detection schemes with required morphological processing. There are many methods which can be used to acquire the respective results depending on its advantage.

An approach of hand gesture recognition, setting the orientation histogram of the picture as the characteristic vector of hand gesture, is discussed in this paper. It can decrease the influence of light changes during the process of recognition effectively. A gesture-Driven system for intelligent wheelchairs is also introduced in the paper. Experimental results show that the method is robust and accurate.
