One side, most of the researches going on Universe, Space, Black holes, white holes, development of technology etc. and on the other side world is ending due to pollution. The transparent media, to which I’m calling as “Kalana”, that exists during sunlight and disappears at night, is actually brighter then sunlight. But due to pollution, it is looking dark. Wherever pure Kalana exists, there sunlight or any other source of light or Energy have no value. As Pollution increase, darkness also increases and reduces the presence of Kalana. Kalana itself is the source of creation and source of Energy in this universe. Each and everything that exist in this universe is created from Kalana. The outcome of Universal arrangements in Kalana is called “truth”. Truth has its own significant value in our society and everyone wish to be truthful for peaceful life. This is the main reason that, our ancestor was always tried to follow the truth and had advance technology then today what we have. Today’s technologies are not based upon the principle of truth and hence everything has its own side effects

This phenomenological study was conducted to explore the im- pacts of terminal illness on patients and familial relationships of couples in Pakhtun society. 36 terminally ill patients selected purposively were interviewed separately (24 male & 12 female patients) by the way of open-ended questions. Numerous themes were extracted following verbatim transcripts. All the participants explained the impacts of terminal illness on their social lives and the positive and negative aspects of their spousal relationship. Depression, anger and desperation were apparent in the terminal patients. Similarly bitterness, guilt, persistent sadness and loss were common in the patients and alternatively in their partners as explained by the patients. This research highlights adistinct viewpoint on the damaging influences which terminal illness can have on the marital rela- tionship. However it also recommends how to deal the situation in apositive manner by making adjustments required by the concerned disease. The findings indicate that social scientists need to confess and reply to the incredible psycho-social im- pacts that serious illnesses and related medical procedures can have on the patients and their families even in this modern era of advance technology. Advance social and psychotherapeutic techniques and socio-psychological support of partners can as- sist such patients to live with apositive life style till the end.

Vesical calculus (Hisat-e-Masanah) accounts approximately 5% of all urinary tract stones. It has bimodal peaks age of incidence at 3 years in children in developing countries, and 60 years in adulthood. Despite advance technology of lithotripsy, the management of vesical calculus in children remains a challenge due to difficulty in passing of stone fragments and adverse effect of surgery. Hence alternative and safe treatment like Unani system of medicine can be adopted to avoid surgical procedure. The present paper deals with a case study in which a 10 years old male child patient suffered from a single vesical calculus was treated with Unani pharmacopeial medicine; Qurs Kaknaj (2 tablets), Qurs Kushta Hajrul Yahood (1 tablet) and Sharbat Buzoori Motadil (10 ml syrup) twice a day as oral administration, with the aim to evaluate the efficacy of drugs and to avoid surgery. Patient has shown excellent and significant result as 8×5 mm size of a stone flushed out at 3rd day of treatment without any operation.

Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a crucial role in the economic sector, particularly in developing countries. BIT lays down instrumental principles which help to protect investors’ establishments in host states, by inter alia encouraging prompt compensation in case of expropriation. Governments need FDIs to gear up their economic growth, advance technology, and scale down unemployment. Most scholarly writings are in favor that BIT is a necessary tool for promoting FDIs, however this study takes a different approach and categorically unveils the draw backs of BIT in developing countries by highlighting some of the contentious provisions that have sparked unprecedented legal, economic, sociopolitical and diplomatic strife between the host countries, investors and investors’ home countries. Therefore, the author proposes development for regional Model BITs that would go in line with national laws to curtail the persisting sovereignty and socio-economic challenges.
