The major of piano coach nowadays has a large market demand and is promising in China, and should be attached great importance. However, many music learners in China believe that the students of the piano studies major are sufficiently competent in the work of piano coach, and they often confuse piano coach with piano accompaniment. Although the two majors both require deep understanding of music and good performance skills, they are different in many aspects. The piano coach requires practitioners to have rigorous logic, rich content, corresponding mastery and understanding of the universal law of art and other qualities.

Abstract This paper extends Kempf and Rota-Graziosi (2010, “Endogenizing Leadership in Tax Competition.” Journal of Public Economics 94 (9):768–776) and Hindriks and Nishimura (2015, “A Note on Equilibrium Leadership in Tax Competition Models.” Journal of Public Economics 121:66–68) by jointly considering the effects of market power and strategic interaction in tax competition. We depict the regional asymmetry as different slopes and different vertical intercepts of the inverse demand for capital. In our setup, the risk-dominant equilibrium in which the large region leads is regained. Moreover, dissimilar to Kempf and Rota-Graziosi (2010, “Endogenizing Leadership in Tax Competition.” Journal of Public Economics 94 (9):768–776) and Hindriks and Nishimura (2015, “A Note on Equilibrium Leadership in Tax Competition Models.” Journal of Public Economics 121:66–68), we show that with a large market demand and a low capital endowment, the leadership by the large region can still be Pareto-dominant even if the asymmetry is very small.

Nori is a traditional japanese food made from sea algae Phorphyra with a very large market demand. Phorphyra have ecophysiological aspects of the cultivation of the most successful, but only on the development of the East Asian subtropical climates. Edible film based polymer material of myofibrillar proteins is innovation can be developedto anticipate of those needs. Typical characteristics of nori and the availability of edible film, making the development of nori sheet imitation is possibly to be conducted. The purpose of the research was to developed formulations imitation nori sheet with the idea myofibrillar protein-based edible film of tilapia. Homogenisation myofibrillar proteins of tilapia concentration of 28% (w/v), 30% (w/v) and 32% (w/v) was performed with 3 ml of 1M NaOH (pH 11), 10% glycerol (plasticizer), and leaves suji solution, continued by casting, drying and hot smoking. Various concentrations were used and significantly gave effect to the thickness, hardness/fracturability or brittleness, content of protein, fat, ash, water, dietary fiber and potassium, but not for the tensile strength of the nori sheet imitation. Nori sheet imitation based on myofibrillar proteins of tilapia that characteristically almost equal with commercial nori is a concentration of 28% (w/v).<br />Keywords: Edible film, myofibrillar protein, nori, tilapia

Renewable technologies, and in particular the electric vehicle revolution, have generated tremendous pressure for the improvement of lithium ion battery performance. To meet the increasingly high market demand, challenges include improving the energy density, extending cycle life and enhancing safety. In order to address these issues, a deep understanding of both the physical and chemical changes of battery materials under working conditions is crucial for linking degradation processes to their origins in material properties and their electrochemical signatures. In situ and operando synchrotron-based X-ray techniques provide powerful tools for battery materials research, allowing a deep understanding of structural evolution, redox processes and transport properties during cycling. In this review, in situ synchrotron-based X-ray diffraction methods are discussed in detail with an emphasis on recent advancements in improving the spatial and temporal resolution. The experimental approaches reviewed here include cell designs and materials, as well as beamline experimental setup details. Finally, future challenges and opportunities for battery technologies are discussed.

What does it mean to have true cultural competence as an speech-language pathologist (SLP)? In some areas of practice it may be enough to develop a perspective that values the expectations and identity of our clients and see them as partners in the therapeutic process. But when clinicians are asked to distinguish a language difference from a language disorder, cultural sensitivity is not enough. Rather, in these cases, cultural competence requires knowledge and skills in gathering data about a student's cultural and linguistic background and analyzing the student's language samples from that perspective. This article describes one American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)-accredited graduate program in speech-language pathology and its approach to putting students on the path to becoming culturally competent SLPs, including challenges faced along the way. At Teachers College, Columbia University (TC) the program infuses knowledge of bilingualism and multiculturalism throughout the curriculum and offers bilingual students the opportunity to receive New York State certification as bilingual clinicians. Graduate students must demonstrate a deep understanding of the grammar of Standard American English and other varieties of English particularly those spoken in and around New York City. Two recent graduates of this graduate program contribute their perspectives on continuing to develop cultural competence while working with diverse students in New York City public schools.
