Objective of the article is to open main tasks of the #OlympicLab and to show projects’ achievements and results. Methods. Theoretical analysis and generalization, the method of analogy, comparative-historical and descriptive statistics. Results. Olympic movement and Olympic education, as well as sport in general, is becoming increasingly popular in society. It gives new challenges adaptation of sustainable projects to the modern needs of the population. Olympic Academy of Ukraine is one of the best Olympic Academies in the whole world. In addition to the Olympic education projects conducted by the Olympic Academy of Ukraine, there is a network of the schools of Olympic education in Ukraine, which curriculum contains additional lessons and activities in Olympic education. Analyzing current position of the Olympic education in Ukraine, we can come to the conclusion that all projects are already sustainable and are those that have met the tasks, but our world is developing too fast. That is why we have to take into consideration “time’” requirements. #OlympicLab – is a new form of the Olympic education. The project is up to the modern demands and has free access for everyone who would like to be acquainted with all aspects of the Olympic movement and sport. In turn, #OlympicLab includes 6 modules which are based on the Learn and Share program of the Youth Olympic Games and the annual NOC of Ukraine project – Olympic lesson. #OlympicLab project was launched in Ukraine in 2016. From 2016 to October 2018, the number of participants of the #OlympicLab is more than 33,210 persons. Also, for this period 934 educational institutions took part in the project, and more than 155 events were held throughout Ukraine. Conclusion. The increasing number of participants, educational institutions and events of the #OlympicLab shows rise of popularity of the project and its’ development. The #OlympicLab tasks confirm the flexibility and complexity along with the multi-functionality of the project tasks themselves. #OlympicLab project is being improved and developed, we hope to promote it and offer it to the National Olympic Committees in other countries. In the era of education information and globalization, a new mode of teaching and micro class has emerged in the background of the Internet, which brings new challenges and opportunities to the teaching of the classroom. MOOCs has been piloted and applied in many universities in the form of SPOC. As a new form of curriculum, micro course has been applied to the teaching and learning process. The integration of Moor and micro class resources helps to turn the classroom into a mixed mode. This article will focus on this hot topic to analyse the characteristics of the class, the characteristics of the micro class and the influence on the students and teachers, to improve the quality of teaching and to realize the individualized and active study of the students. The article summarizes the results of blended teaching mode at home and abroad, and explores the development and application of MOOC and micro class resources.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Denmark has pursued a mass testing strategy culminating in the testing of 12.167 individuals per 100,000 inhabitants per day during the spring of 2021. The strategy included free access to COVID-19 testing, and since 2021, compulsory documentation for negative tests or vaccination has been required for access to workplace, educational institutions, restaurants, and many other places. Testing and subsequent isolation if testing was positive were voluntary. The present study provides an analysis of whether testing frequency in Denmark showed any correlation to hospitalizations throughout the relevant stages of the pandemic. Mass testing was found not to correlate significantly with the number of hospitalizations during the pandemic. Interestingly, during the highest level of testing in spring 2021 the fraction of positive tests increased slightly; thus, the Danish mass testing strategy, at its best, failed to reduce the prevalence of COVID-19. Furthermore, the relationship between positives in antigen testing and in rt-PCR testing indicated that many patients were not tested early in their infection when the risk of transmission was at the highest. In conclusion, the Danish mass testing strategy for COVID-19 does not appear to have a detectable correlation to the number of hospitalizations due to COVID-19.

Due to the transition of higher educational institutions to remote functioning in the spring of 2020 and the impossibility of conducting nursing practice on the basis of medical establishments it became necessary to create a new form of having classes that would allow students to master practical skills without contacting patients. The article presents the author's methodology of remote practical training in class to obtain professional skills and experience of professional activity (nursing) at the medical faculty. The author offers simple methods of making moulages for students to master practical skills and describes the methodology of organizing and conducting distance classes using these moulages. The pedagogical analysis of one of the classes is carried out. It is shown that the new form of conducting classes allows to individualize the work with students and help each student achieve perfection in mastering the methods of nursing manipulations. The method of giving remote classes described by the author can be used by teachers at practical training in the future, in classes on “nursing” at the medical faculty, in institutes of higher nursing education, and after the removal of epidemiological restrictions imposed due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, for remote counseling of students undergoing nursing practice in medical establishments outside the Saratov region.

Mental workload is a well-known concept with a long development history. It can be used to examine students’ attitudes at the end of the educational process and compare them in groups or separately. However, building a continuous workload profile across the range of task complexity increase is still an urgent issue. All four groups of methods used to define mental workload have such flaws for the workload profile construction process as significant time requirements, single value processing and post-processing of the received results. Only one of them can be used without modifications to construct the operator’s attitude chart (profile) regarding the workload range and it doesn’t operate with more reliable absolute values. To resolve this problem, a special workload assessment grid was developed, considering the advantages of a subjective group of methods and seven core characteristics. The reasoning for grid axes choice, threshold values, and question formulation were provided. Statistics were calculated for the full sample, different grades, and educational institutions. Comparison of the received responses with referential values, cross-comparison between institutions and different grades were performed. The results contribute to such important aspects of workload, as redlines, workload profiling, and operator’s comparison.

The increasing digitization of the world of work is associated with accelerated structural changes. These are connected with changed qualification profiles and thus new challenges for vocational education and training (VET). Companies, vocational schools and other educational institutions must respond appropriately. The volume focuses on the diverse demands placed on teachers, learners and educational institutions in vocational education and training and aims to provide up-to-date results on learning in the digital age.


Open Educational Resources (OERs) have gained increased attention for their potential to provide equitable and accessible educational facilities for people worldwide. Obviating demographic, economic, and geographic educational boundaries can be the OERs slogan. Realization of this promise is an inevitable target of eLearning, thus offering education new challenges. In this observation paper, we express OERs altruistic and idealistic reasons as well as their opportunities and advantages for three groups of eLearning stakeholders, namely learners, teachers, and educational institutions. Also, this paper addresses open questions such as what are the current limitations and challenges of developing and distributing OERs in the fast changing global educational environment.

 ABSTRAK Caring merupakan inti dari nilai-nilai keperawatan. Caring bagi mahasiswa keperawatan merupakan hal yang penting untuk dipelajari dan dipraktikkan. Sejauh ini, penelitian tentang perkembangan kemampuan caring mahasiswa keperawatan masih kurang. Mahasiswa datang dari lingkungan keluarga, sosial, budaya, etnik dan latar belakang ekonomi yang berbeda. Sehingga perkembangan kemampuan caring mahasiswa perlu diperhatikan oleh institusi pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan caring mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode proportional stratified sampling. Total sampel terpilih sebanyak 240 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Caring Ability Inventory dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa setengah dari mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan caring pada kategori rendah (50%), kurang dari setengah mahasiswa pada kategori sedang (42,5%) dan sebagian kecil mahasiswa pada kategori tinggi (7,5%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan caring mahasiswa sebagian besar adalah kategori rendah dan sedang. Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran perlu meningkatkan perhatian terhadap perkembangan kemampuan caring mahasiswa. ABSTRACTCaring is the core of nursing values. Caring for nursing students is an important element to learn and practice. There was limited research on the development of caring ability of nursing students. Students came from different familial, social, cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds. The development of students caring ability needs to be considered by educational institutions. The aim of this research was to describe nursing students’ caring ability at Faculty of Nursing, Padjadjaran University. This quantitative descriptive study used proportional stratified sampling method. In total240 students were selected as samples. Data were collected using an Indonesia version of Caring Ability Inventory and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that half of the students had low caring ability (50%), less than half students were in moderate category (42.5%) and a small percentage of students were in high category (7.5%). In conclusion, nursing students caring ability mostly were in low and moderate category. Faculty of Nursing, Padjadjaran University needs to improve attention to the development of students’ caring ability.
