The lack of information related to the best practices in responsible tourism is one of the causes to tourist behavior problems. This study aims to determine the behavior of tourists in hiking, the adoption of responsible tourism practices, and to compile a responsible tourism practices guidebook. The research method used is survey research by spreading the questionnaire. Based on Likert analysis, at the pre-ascending stage, the classification of attitudes indicated by the respondents for cost and transportation is quite agreeable, while for equipment, guide, and simaksi is agreed. The ascent stage, the indicator when going up the mountain is quite agree, camping is not agree, the cook is agree, and when down the mountain is strongly agree. The post-ascent stage shows quite agreeable attitude. The public test of the guidebook, for the aspect of size and language of submission shows an agreeable attitude, while for the design, thickness, and content of the book shows an agreeable attitude. The conclusion is that (1) Still found the behavior of tourists in mountain climbing that is not environmentally friendly, (2) The responsible tourism practices of mountaineering that includes pre-ascending, ascent, and post-ascent, not well implemented by tourists, and (3) The responsible tourism practices guidebook still lack both technical and substance. Keywords: responsible tourism, mountain hiking, guidebook, tourist behavior

The public danger of illegal drug trafficking, drug addiction and related phenomena is obvious; therefore the world community is making significant efforts to counter these phenomena, because only through joint efforts it is possible to ensure an effective counteraction to drug trafficking. For this purpose, states adopt a significant number of international normative legal acts. The issues of countering the illegal drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors are considered both within the framework of general documents on combating crime, and in special acts. Taking into account the European integration course of Ukraine, the expansion of international cooperation in the sphere of combating the illegal drug trafficking drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, the following issues should be marked as ones of great importance: observance by Ukraine of its international legal obligations; integration into the world system of counteracting drug trafficking; bringing national legislation in line with the provisions of international regulatory legal acts. This article is devoted to the outlined questions. In particular, the provisions of the national legislation in the sphere of illegal drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors are analyzed, and the compliance of domestic norms with international regulatory legal acts in the sphere of combating illegal drug trafficking is concluded. The classification of international regulatory legal acts in the sphere of illegal drug trafficking in dependence to the authority that issued them is given. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the author suggests ways to further improvement of the domestic criminal legislation in the sphere of combating drug trafficking. In particular, it is proposed to criminalize the sowing and cultivation of any kind of narcotic drugs, as well as to partially revise the punishment for certain drug crimes.

This article aims to identify the monetary amounts spent by Fundação Universidade Federal de Rondônia (UNIR), with Labor Court due to administrative failures during the supervision of outsourced service contracts. It is a case study, with qualitative research, with documentary analysis of the decisions, sentences and judgments delivered in the processes. After the analysis of 68 (sixty-eight) cases in which UNIR appeared in the passive pole, categories were identified for the classification of the cases. It was found that there was a reduction in the number of lawsuits against UNIR after the Labor Reform and 21 (twenty-one) lawsuits were identified in which UNIR was ordered to pay labor indemnities or the contracted companies signed labor agreements, causing the public agency to be obliged to make payments through Small Value Requests (RPV), or Precatories, deriving from failures in internal controls and management contracts at Fundação Universidade Federal de Rondônia (UNIR).

After having discussed the contemporary importance of the not-for-profit and social economy, the chapter builds on a cluster analysis of performances and roles of grant-making foundations, who are the essential node of the cooperation and coopetitiveness, today. This chapter aims to present worldwide grant-making foundations for their performances and profiling according to the latest accounting data and mission reports, which collect results of their projects according to the classification of pure grant-making, networking, leadership, partnership and pooling. With this in mind, the chapter adopts a typical approach of cluster analysis of industrial organization. The cluster analysis emphasizes the profiling of the sample and it allows to separate groups with significant features. The main focus remains on the issues of the finance of the social economy, when the Public Welfare State is too much indebted. Complementary and substitute roles of the Private Welfare State can emerge for the support the not-for-profit economy.

The paper presents a detailed analysis of the market development stages of public transport bus services. Establishment of a new management model on the urban ground public transport entails a need to create a competitive market, through effective distribution of the city route network. As part of this goal we propose the route grouping method based on weighted average profitability and investigate some Moscow route network. The analysis and classification of these routes can determine the degree of variation in the route profitability. Drawing on the data obtained, we offer certain conclusions concerning the feasibility of a more detailed diversification of route portfolio followed by its further distribution among passenger carriers on regular urban bus routes.

This article examines the extent to which Gough and Woodʼs (2004) classification of most sub-Saharan African nations as insecurity regimes is still relevant by analysing public responses and attitudes towards general and specific (healthcare) welfare policies in Ghana, using a mixed-method design. Ghana presents a fascinating case study not only due to the changing socio-economic landscape but also because of the prevailing socio-political stability. The research findings demonstrate that most participants wanted more welfare spending (including on healthcare) but remained reluctant to rely on government provisions due to distrust and perceived inefficiencies in the public sector. The findings also depict the continuing reliance on family and social networks as safety nets and sometimes in preference to state arrangements. The article argues that Ghanaʼs welfare regime may be gradually shifting from the classic insecurity regime (albeit still relevant) to one resembling the less effective informal security regime – at least from the publicʼs experiences – and demands a careful integration of individual, familial, and community networks in current and future formal welfare arrangements.

The aim of this chapter is to provide a classification of business tourism texts based on Kelly's taxonomy for general tourist texts. The authors include examples of each of them so that the reader can have a wider perspective of the kind of texts that they can find in this field. The authors specifically study texts that are part of the promotional material from the public and private sector with real examples to illustrate the study. This will help readers understand the kind of text they are referring to in order to set the basis of what they will find in the following chapters. Finally, a classification of texts that are informative for exhibitors and companies will be provided in general terms but will not be specifically studied to limit the scope of the practical cases and examples provided in the later on in the book.

Bicycle Sharing Systems (BSSs) are exponentially increasing in the urban mobility sector. They are traditionally conceived as a last-mile complement to the public transport system. In this paper, we demonstrate that BSSs can be seen as a public transport system in their own right. To do so, we build a mathematical framework for the classification of BSS trips. Using trajectory information, we create the trip index, which characterizes the intrinsic purpose of the use of BSS as transport or leisure. The construction of the trip index required a specific analysis of the BSS shortest path, which cannot be directly calculated from the topology of the network given that cyclists can find shortcuts through traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, etc. to reduce the overall traveled distance. Adding a layer of complication to the problem, these shortcuts have a non-trivial existence in terms of being intermittent, or short lived. We applied the proposed methodology to empirical data from BiciMAD, the public BSS in Madrid (Spain). The obtained results show that the trip index correctly determines transport and leisure categories, which exhibit distinct statistical and operational features. Finally, we inferred the underlying BSS public transport network and show the fundamental trajectories traveled by users. Based on this analysis, we conclude that 90.60% of BiciMAD’s use fall in the category of transport, which demonstrates our first statement.

[Purpose / Meaning] Rumors are frequent in the COVID-19 epidemic crisis. In order to unite the power of dispelling rumors of various media platforms to help to break the rumors in a timely and professional manner, this article has designed a new fine-grained classification of rumors about COVID-19 based on the BERT model. [Method / Process] Based on the rumor data of several mainstream rumor refuting platforms, the pre-training model of BERT was used to fine-tuning in the context of COVID-19 events to obtain the feature vector representation of the rumor sentence level to achieve fine-grained classification, and a comparative experiment was conducted with the TextCNN and TextRNN models. [Result / Conclusion] The results show that the classificationF1 value of the model designed in this paper reaches 98.34%, which is higher than the TextCNN and TextRNN models by 2%, indicating that the model in this paper has a good classification judgment ability for COVID-19 rumors, and provides certain reference value for promoting the coordinated refuting of rumors during the public crisis.

A gait recognition method based on wavelet packet decomposition (WPD) and Locality preserving projections (LPP) is proposed in this paper. The method includes the following steps, pretreatment, feature extraction by WPD and dimensionality reduction by LPP and classification of the test samples to a corresponding class according to the nearest neighbor classifier. The experiment results on the public gait database show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
