The search is often used to search for the shortest route, the Hill Climbing Method is a part of the test that uses heuristic functions. The problem that is often encountered is in the form of miscalculations in calculating the distance so that it requires long distances, costs a lot and takes a very long time. To solve this case, it can be solved by making a structure graph by looking at the city points from the two sides of the point to be passed. Using an algorithm can help make it easier to find a location and save time and travel costs that will be passed. This advantage is that all points will be obtained and checked from the right and left sides one by one so as to obtain effective and maximum results. The Hill Climbing method that will be used has the concept of a geographic information system as a guide and is used as a system for decision making. The heuristic search method is one of the methods commonly used in finding a way

West Jakarta is one of the cities in the DKI Jakarta province which has great tourism potential, especially on cultural and historical tourism. In the city, there are lots of historical heritage buildings during the Dutch colonial era. However, in fact the information about it is still limited especially for foreign tourists that know more about Bali as Indonesia. One of the methods to introduce the tourism is by using webGIS technology as it is the aim of this research that develop a tourism webGIS of West Jakarta which can be accessed by internet media. By using webGIS, it can be displayed West Jakarta tourisms that equipped with map location point and its travel route, and it can be accessed by internet browser without using GIS-processed software. The displayed tourisms are cultural and historical, culinary, shopping, family and religious tourisms. The webGIS was created by using Location Based Service (LBS) method that utilizes Google Maps API and Framework CodeIgniter. With LBS, the coordinates of tourist locations in the form of lattitude and longitude originating from the Google Maps application can easily be inputed in the webGIS code structure. This WebGIS was successfully accessed through an internet browser both on a computer and smartphone device, and also with usability test by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. The questionnaires contain several questions regarding the effectiveness, simplicity, and satisfaction during accessing the webGIS. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the tourism webGIS application of West Jakarta classified into categories sufficiently effective, simple and satisfying.

KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

String searching is a common process in the processes that made the computer because the text is the main form of data storage. Boyer-Moore is the search string from right to left is considered the most efficient methods in practice, and matching string from the specified direction specifically an algorithm that has the best results theoretically. A system that is connected to a computer network that literally pick a web server that is accessed by multiple users in different parts of both good and bad aim. Any activity performed by the user, will be stored in Web server logs. With a log report contained in the web server can help a web server administrator to search the web request error. Web server log is a record of the activities of a web site that contains the data associated with the IP address, time of access, the page is opened, activities, and access methods. The amount of data contained in the resulting log is a log shed useful information.
