The method used is a questionnaire method of four variable items, namely Competency, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. The number of samples was 63 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS application. The first hypothesis test results,is the Competency variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Department of Trade and Industry. The second hypothesis test results is, the Motivation variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The third hypothesis test results is, the variable Organizational Culture (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fourth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competence and Motivation has a significant simultaneous effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fifth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competency and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The sixth hypothesis test results show that, the independent variable of Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Trade and Industry Office of Lubuklinggau City. The results of the seventh hypothesis test variables show that, the independent variables Competency, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

The population in this study was 650 firefighters in Bekasi City?. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The analytical tool in this study was the tool-assisted by the SPSS version 17 program. Based on the results of the study simultaneously the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Discipline) had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Ha, which reads that there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is accepted. While Ho reads that there is no significant effect between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on the Performance of Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Compensation is everything that constitutes the benefits earned by employees in cash of money or something given directly (financially) or indirect (non-financial) which aimed for reciprocation that given from company on the results of employee performance at work. Compensation can be provided in financial and non-financial. Which including in the financial compensation are salary, bonuses, holiday allowances, superannuation. While that including in non-financial compensation are promotion opportunities, good colleagues, work environment, as well as a special achievement. The sample of this study is specified using purposive sampling technique using the theory of J Supranto with a total of 150 respondents focused on the permanent employees that worked at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Analysis of the data was used descriptive qualitative and quantitative including instruments data test, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination and hypothesis test partial and simultaneous. The results of this study that showed the partial test results and simultaneous between the independent variables are financial compensation (X1) and nonfinancial compensation (X2) to the dependent variable is the employee performance (Y) which has a positive and significant impact to overall the formulating of research hypothesis was resolved. Through the test results of coefficient determination is known that variable financial compensation and non-financial compensation can explain by employee performance at 60%. Multiple Linear Regressions showed that the independent variable has positive coefficient values respectively is 0306 and 0608 with financial compensation as independent variables were the most dominating in affecting the employees’ performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.

Influence of Competency, Communication and Cultural Organization on Employee Performance PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. To know and analyze the influence of competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros and as for the benefits to the parties bound research is expected to develop a repertoire of knowledge in the field of human resource management especially concerning competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance. Data used in this study are primary data that responses to questionnaires from respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The sample in this research is 93 respondents employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Results of this study stated that based on the analysis of data in the show showed that 66.2% of an employee's performance is influenced by competence, communication and organizational culture this means that 33.8% (100% - 66.2%) the employee's performance is influenced by other factors, where the regression results indicate that the independent variable is the style of competency, communication and organizational culture positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros

This research aim to analyze the effect of Motivation, Occupational Health, and Safety (OHS) on Employee Performance.The amount of population are 70 employee in PT X  and 59 people were sampled by Morgan & Krecjie table.Based on research resultsindicates that: Partially show that motivation has a positive and significant influence amounted to 78,9% of employee Performance. In the second Partial results showed that Occupational Health has no positive and significant impact on employee performance by 19%. In the third Partial results showed that Safety has an inverse and significant impact by 60,1% on Employee Performance. The independent variables Motivation, Occupational Health, and Safety are jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on Employee Performance and the magnitude of the effect seen from coefficient of Determination (R2) is 35,4%.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effect of accountability and organizational culture on organizational performance at the private hospitals in Bandar Lampung. Research methodology: The population in this study were all employees at the head of a private hospital in Bandar Lampung, quantitative methods, SPSS applications, information retrieval techniques using questionnaires, and a sample of 93 respondent. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression with the T-test as a hypothesis test. Results: This study shows empirical evidence that the accountability variables and organizational culture positively influence organizational performance, either partially or simultaneously. Limitations: The sample of this study only includes about 93 employees who are equivalent to middle-level managers at private hospitals in Bandar Lampung Contribution: This research can provide important information on accountability and organizational culture towards the hospital and related organization or institutions.

   The humor advertisement is important for every types of marketer. The main aim of the study is to analyze the impact of humor advertisement on the brand purchasing strategy of consumers. This study used descriptive research design by testing the hypothesis with dependent and independent variables. The questionnaire based survey has been undertaken upon the sample of 136 respondents. Furthermore, data analysis has been carried forward with the help of SPSS through regression and correlation. The results reveal that there is no significant relationship exists between the independent variable (humor advertisement) and the dependent variables (brand attitude, brand memories, purchase intention). There is low correlation between humor advertisement and brand attitude that shows p<0.1. Industries have been spending huge amount of money on humor advertisement but the study has also revealed that there is no significant changes in brand purchase strategy of consumer by appealing humor advertising. Test results of correlation and regression shows that humor advertisement can’t make brand purchase strategy. Therefore study of consumer behavior is important to create brand purchase strategy and spending nature of consumer towards advertised products.

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.
