Purpose: This study aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effect of accountability and organizational culture on organizational performance at the private hospitals in Bandar Lampung. Research methodology: The population in this study were all employees at the head of a private hospital in Bandar Lampung, quantitative methods, SPSS applications, information retrieval techniques using questionnaires, and a sample of 93 respondent. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression with the T-test as a hypothesis test. Results: This study shows empirical evidence that the accountability variables and organizational culture positively influence organizational performance, either partially or simultaneously. Limitations: The sample of this study only includes about 93 employees who are equivalent to middle-level managers at private hospitals in Bandar Lampung Contribution: This research can provide important information on accountability and organizational culture towards the hospital and related organization or institutions.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of budget participation, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Budi Berlian Motors in Lampung. Research methodology: The population in this study were all employees of PT. Budi Berlian Motors in Lampung, with a sample of 100 respondents. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression with the F test and T-test as a hypothesis test. Results: This study shows empirical evidence that budget participation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Limitations: The results of the questionnaire are based on the respondents' responses to the questions in the questionnaire presented so that the answers generated may not necessarily correspond to actual conditions that occur in the company. Contribution: This study can provide information about the effect of budgetary participation, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Budi Berlian in Lampung.

The method used is a questionnaire method of four variable items, namely Competency, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. The number of samples was 63 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS application. The first hypothesis test results,is the Competency variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Department of Trade and Industry. The second hypothesis test results is, the Motivation variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The third hypothesis test results is, the variable Organizational Culture (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fourth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competence and Motivation has a significant simultaneous effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fifth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competency and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The sixth hypothesis test results show that, the independent variable of Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Trade and Industry Office of Lubuklinggau City. The results of the seventh hypothesis test variables show that, the independent variables Competency, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office.

This research aims to know thecorrelation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang and used the correlational quantitative research. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. The research sample are 68 people consisting of 3 classes with ages ranging from 16-18 years. Data Analysis methods use the spearman rank technique and SPSS Version 23 for windows. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,037  where is p<0.05, it means there is correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. Other word that one of the factors that can influence adversity quotient is achievement motivation.

This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the relationship 1) work culture towards organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. 2) Coordination of organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. 3) Work culture and Coordination of organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of survey approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are 1) Work culture (X1) has an influence on organizational performance because the significance value is 0.041 <0.05 and t count> t table (2.064> 1.66), meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2) Coordination (X2) does not have an influence on organizational performance because the value of Significance is 0.109> 0.05 and seen from the value of t count <t table (1.615 <1.66), means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected or coordination does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. 3) Based on F count 3.091> F table (2.92) and significance 0.049 <0.05% means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or work culture and coordination simultaneously have an influence on organizational performance. So the conclusion is that if the work culture and coordination are carried out together well, then the organization's performance will also increase and vice versa.

<em>This study aims to determine the description and influence of human capital, creativity and organizational performance at Krisnadwipayana University.  The research method used in this study using quantitative methods can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. Researchers who use a quantitative approach will test a theory by detailing specific hypotheses, then collect data to support or refute these hypotheses. The approach to be used in this research is a quantitative analysis approach based on statistical information. This study shows that the effect of human capital on creativity has a significant effect, the effect of human capital based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, the effect of creativity based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, and the effect of human capital through creativity does not affect organizational performance. because the existence of creativity as a mediating variable does not make the role of human capital increase in organizational performance.</em>

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of knowledge management and organizational culture on organizational performance. This study uses theory of Resources Based View. The study conducted by the Agency for Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT), with 62 respondents on engineering positions. Data collected using questionnaire method that is by giving list question or questionnaire which submitted directly to respondent and also by email. Data analysis techniques in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 3.0. The results showed that knowledge management and organizational culture have positive and significant influence on organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Servant Leadership, Digital Transformation on Organizational Performance and Work Innovation Capabilities. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted in the population in this study were all SMEs in Tangerang City as many as 41,155 SMEs and based on the method of determining the number of samples according to Morgan, the sample units were 380 SMEs. Based on the results of data analysis transformational leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, transformational leadership has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, servant leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, servant leadership has no significant effect on work innovation capabilities, digital transformation has no significant effect on organizational performance, digital Transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, organizational performance has no significant effect on work innovation capabilities, transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities, Servant Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities, digital transformation has no significant effect significant to the Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities.

: This research to analyze the effect of service speed and service friendliness on the satisfaction of Lamongan coffee house customers. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection method in this study is questionnaire and documentation study. The method of data analysis uses descriptive quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests.Based on the F test results obtained F-count is greater than F-count 204.254> F table value = 3.09, service speed and service friendliness together have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the T Test Service speed (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service friendliness (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Service speed is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction. Through testing the Determination Coefficient by adjusted R Square (R2) 80.4%, customer satisfaction can be explained by variable service speed and service friendliness, while 19.6% performance can be explained by other variables not examined by this study.

How is the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with organizational culture as a moderating variable at the PT WKS Jambi? This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis used the structural-partial least square equation model. Eighty-four employees from each company plantation district were used as samples. The results showed that: 1). leadership style affects the work environment; 2). leadership style has a significant effect on organizational culture; 3). the work environment does not affect organizational culture; 4). organizational culture has a strong relationship with job satisfaction; 5). Leadership style does not affect job satisfaction; 6). the work environment does not affect job satisfaction; 7). through organizational culture, leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction; and 8. through organizational culture, the work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction with compensation as an intervening variable. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 95 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses SEM analysis. Based on the results of research with a hypothesis testing variables transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction with compensation as an intervening variable. From the PLS test results, it is known that transformational leadership style has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Competence has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Transformational leadership style has a direct effect on Compensation, Organizational Culture has a direct effect on Compensation, Competence has a direct effect on Compensation and Transformational leadership style, organizational culture and competence have an effect on job satisfaction through compensation.
