  The purposes of this research are (1) to find out whether there is an organizational culture that affects the performance of firefighters in Bekasi (2) to find out whether performance discipline affects the performance of firefighters in Bekasi (3) to find out whether organizational culture and discipline Work affects the Performance of Fire Service Employees in the City of Bekasi. The population in this study was 650 firefighters in Bekasi City?. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The analytical tool in this study was the tool-assisted by the SPSS version 17 program. Based on the results of the study simultaneously the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Discipline) had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Ha, which reads that there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is accepted. While Ho reads that there is no significant effect between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on the Performance of Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi. Sedangkan Ho yang berbunyi tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) ditolak. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ketiga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi.

The method used is a questionnaire method of four variable items, namely Competency, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. The number of samples was 63 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS application. The first hypothesis test results,is the Competency variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Department of Trade and Industry. The second hypothesis test results is, the Motivation variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The third hypothesis test results is, the variable Organizational Culture (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fourth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competence and Motivation has a significant simultaneous effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fifth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competency and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The sixth hypothesis test results show that, the independent variable of Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Trade and Industry Office of Lubuklinggau City. The results of the seventh hypothesis test variables show that, the independent variables Competency, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This research aim to analyze the effect of Motivation, Occupational Health, and Safety (OHS) on Employee Performance.The amount of population are 70 employee in PT X  and 59 people were sampled by Morgan & Krecjie table.Based on research resultsindicates that: Partially show that motivation has a positive and significant influence amounted to 78,9% of employee Performance. In the second Partial results showed that Occupational Health has no positive and significant impact on employee performance by 19%. In the third Partial results showed that Safety has an inverse and significant impact by 60,1% on Employee Performance. The independent variables Motivation, Occupational Health, and Safety are jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on Employee Performance and the magnitude of the effect seen from coefficient of Determination (R2) is 35,4%.

Staff performance remains critical in every organization’s and indeed country’s’ performance hence factors critical for ensuring high performance must always be interrogated. Using conclusions from survey data from 700 Lesotho Correctional Service employees, the study sought to examine the factors that affect performance, assessing the extent to which variables; leadership style, employee participation, working environment, organizational culture and motivation impact on employee performance. The research sample consisted of Correctional Service employees picked from six departments/units out of 13 using a probability one’s stage cluster sampling design. The subjects were randomly selected from a target population of 1000 employees to understand the factors that affect employee performance. The sample included the civilian staff, senior management, middle management and subordinate level staff mainly to balance views. The use of questionnaires, semi structured interviews and researchers’ observations was utilized to collect research data for analysis. The study reviewed departmental policies and published literature on Correctional and Prison services staff performance, behavior and satisfaction as a theoretical base to endorse study independent variables. Data revealed that work environment was perceived to have the greatest influence on Lesotho Correctional Service employee performance (mean=4.88). Other factors include organizational culture (mean=4.77), employee participation (mean=4.22), leadership style (mean=3.51), employee empowerment (mean=3.67), employee motivation (mean=3.65) and employee training (mean =3.89) indicated as affecting employee performance. The study revealed that the style of management, low salaries and allowances, flawed legislation, lack of appropriate human resource policies, and limited development opportunities affect staff performance. Regression estimation using n450 responses between study dichotomous dependent variable (employee performance) and independent variables; leadership style, employee participation, working environment, organizational culture and motivation proved all the independent variables significant in explaining employee performance. The five independent variables studied explain 67.4% of the staff performance in the Lesotho Correctional Services as represented by the R2. The study recommended institutionalization of the performance reward system, incentivizing ethical conduct to enhance professional conduct amongst the officers, enhancement of team work, pioneering leadership training and revising and strengthening the current performance management system as amongst strategies that can enhance Lesotho Correctional Service employee performance.

Villages and sub-districts in Jayapura city are public organizations that provide service to the community. Villages and urban organizations require leadership, organizational culture and strong work motivation to support performance improvement. This research was conducted in 39 villages and sub-districts in the city of Jayapura. The population of this study was permanent employees in the villages and sub-districts in the city of Jayapura, which numbered 96 employees. All populations were chosen as research respondents, this research was census research. The analytical tool used in the research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that, first, direct leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, second, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, third, leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, fourth, organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation, fifth, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, sixth, work motivation is a perfect mediator of the influence of leadership on employee performance, seventh, work motivation as a partial mediator of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

After analysis of test results obtained by the first stage of the five independent variables are organizational Character , Leadership , Organizational Commitment , Employee Management , and success criteria , the dependent variable organizational trust , which has a significant effect only two variables: organizational commitment , and success criteria . While in the second stage of testing , the independent variables were tested through the organization of trust on employee performance result that only the commitment of the organization, which has significant influence over the organization of trust on employee performance. From the results of the test conducted discussion , that the variable attributes of organizational culture that directly affect or significantly affect the confidence of the organization, only organizational commitment and success criteria . While the attributes of organizational culture that has significant influence through trust organization to employee performance , organizational commitment only . The population in this study was 1150 people. The sample in this study was 100 people. The analytical tool in this study is the SPSS version 17 program tool. Based on the results of the study simultaneously the independent variables (Brand and Product Quality) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Ha which reads that there is a significant influence between Brand (X1) and product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is accepted. While Ho which reads that there is no significant effect between Brand (X1) and product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is rejected. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance
