The information revolution has changed many aspects of our lives, They also included these changes in education. As the labor market needs now a day to new skills and qualifications led to impose of new trends and updated terms of reference in order to meet the need in the economy, Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the curricula and teaching methods to keep up with the requirements of the new offering and use of modern technologies, Such as e-learning, which relies on the use of computers and its software using a closed network or shared networks or the Internet.      There have been recent extensive changes in the area of education, The labor market started through its needs for new skills and qualifications to impose trends and innovative specialties to meet the needs of the new economy, So the curriculum is the other subjected a revision to cope with modern requirements and available technologies, Such as e-learning, which relies on the Internet as well as the application of information and communication technologies in e-learning.      The current study raised questions research that: Can you assign electronic curriculum technology on the application of information and communication technology? And how can be merge the electronic curriculum with one of the applications of information technology and communications? In order to answer these research questions relied on the case study approach by the researchers trying to design electronic curriculum to the Department of Management Information Systems in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Mosul      After take the theoretical framework for the study about the concepts information and communication technology and e-learning and its importance and components, Researchers initiated steps to design electronic curriculum. The study found set of conclusions was in the forefront, The adoption of e-learning project requires attention of electronic curriculum technology, And implemented by any educational institution requires them to provide a strong infrastructure and appropriate for this type of education, represented in prepare trained manpower as well as the providing of physical supplies, the appropriate software and provide communication lines that helps to communicate and transfer information between all the relevant authorities. As well as develop of specialized training programs for students, teachers and administrators and sensitize them towards the use of e-learning to make the most of this technology. One of the important recommendations made ​​by the study is the need to keep up with modern developments in the adoption of applications of information and communication technology in order to support e-learning and its technologies in the university.

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus. This is a new virus and a disease previously unknown before the outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. To suppress its spread, at the end of 2019 the government appealed to every educational institution to implement a home study program. In this regard, the development of a learning model in the Covid-19 emergency period is now an obligation that must be done by every educator in Indonesia. Nowadays information technology plays an important role in all fields, including in education. The right learning media to use now is certainly a choice that must be made, based on information technology. The development of information and communication technology has experienced rapid development, so that it impacts on human life. This development can be seen from the pattern of technology-based education. The application of technology in education better known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has finally become the pulse in the world of education. It is clear that ICT has become an integrated part of learning through distance learning or internet-based learning (e-learning). During the Covid-19 emergency. at the end of 2019 after receiving an appeal from the government regarding home learning programs due to the Covid-19 pandemic, STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang felt the need to build a system to be able to help monitor online teaching and learning activities from home by utilizing internet technology or known as e-learning. The main purpose of iClass (e-learning that will be built) is to collect student attendance data online so that it can help the academic community to control lecture activities in real time. Presentation of data will be faster, more precise and accurate.

AbstrakKemajuan teknologi informasi berkembang secara pesat di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Internet adalah salah satu bagian dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi  mempunyai efek dan pengaruh yang sangat besar. Website salah satu teknologi internet tidak hanya sebagai media informasi tetapi menjadi proses pendukung bisnis perusahaan, akan tetapi penjualan melalui website belum cukup efektif jika tidak didukung dengan strategi promosi yang baik. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) adalah salah satu teknik promosi dengan cara memanfaatkan pengoptimalan mesin pencari agar website yang sudah kita buat berada diperingkat teratas atau halaman pertama (first page) sebuah halaman mesin pencari. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada sebuah website yang awalnya belum dilakukan teknik-teknik dari SEO, kemudian dengan menerapkan metode SEO on Page seperti optimasi keyword pada title tag, content, meta keyword,meta description, dan  share ke sosial media, pada tahap ini juga dilakukan beberapa pengujian sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan penerapan teknik-teknik SEO. Hasil dari penerapan teknik-teknik SEO mampu meningkatkan SERP (Search Engine Results Page) website di mesin pencari dan berhasil terindek oleh google berada di page kedua pada bulan kedua dan berhasil terindex di page  pertama dalam pencarian google denga waktu kurang dari 3 bulan. Kata kunci : Website, SEO, Seo on Page, SERP AbstractThe advancement of information technology is growing rapidly in various fields of life. Abstrak Teknologi Informasi bisa di lakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya yaitu melalui internet yang bisa digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun menggunakan jaringan internet. Pemerintah Kota Kediri melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil mengeluarkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dikembangkan dengan berbasis Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), mengeluarkan program melalui media aplikasi online yaitu Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI). Kota Kediri memiliki fungsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berperan penting dalam masyarakat dan lebih strategis. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Kependudukan. Pelayanan harus dilaksanakan dengan benar dan cepat agar masyarakat puas dengan pelayanan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pelayanan Publik melalui Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI) di Kelurahan Semampir. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan; Kepuasan Masyarakat. Abstract Information technology can be done in various ways, one of which is through the internet which can be used anywhere and anytime using the internet network. The Kediri City Government through the Department of Population and Civil Registration issued population administration services which were developed based on the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), issued programs through online application media, namely the Information Technology-Based Population Administration System (SAKTI). The city of Kediri has the function of information and communication technology which plays an important role in society and is more strategic. Based on Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Management. Services must be carried out correctly and quickly so that people are satisfied with the service. The rapid development of information and communication technology or what is known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has penetrated various fields of life, including education and teaching. With regard to learning, the use of information technology, in this case, e-learning, is needed not only for educators who are skilled at utilizing technology and technology for the manufacture of teaching materials, but a design is needed to carry out learning effectively. In a learning design (instructional design) there is a process to guide actors (actors) to design, develop, implement e-learning content by utilizing the available e-learning infrastructure and applications. At the next stage in the implementation of e-learning, there is an evaluation stage which is used to revise or adjust to the previous stages. A good educational institution must develop teachers by providing various facilities to support the teaching and learning process. Teachers can replace it with a new method in the form of video or audio that has been combined with the teaching material they want to convey. As technology develops, mobile or smartphone versions of e-Learning can be compatible with the features available in conventional learning so that the quality of content in the form of subject matter can be accessed properly.

Governance based on the development of information technology and innovation requires human resources who have competence in the application of Electronic Based Government Systems (SPBE), namely the administration of government that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services to SPBE Users. Strategy Improvement of human resource (HR) competence in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) at the Department of Communication and Information and Statistics of West Bandung Regency is done through e-learning methods on computer network competence, programming competence and Multimedia competence. Implementation through the learning of e-learning methods, especially with the introduction of Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), obtained an average of 9.09 results, which shows that the introduction of SPBE has succeeded in increasing the competence of HR in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) at the Office of Communication and Information Technology and Statistics of West Bandung Regency.

E-learning is an information technology that has been widely applied to the field of education in the form of websites because it can be accessed indefinitely and place. The development of E-learrning is logical because it follows the age of putting forward information and communication technology. Conventional learning is especially an evaluation of essay form learning, where teachers check students' essay answers that require more time and effort. Automated Essay Scoring (AES) is one of the features of Elearning that can facilitate the teacher in matching the answer of student essay with answer key. Text similarity is a method of matching text that is recall word based on specified condition (term). The language used in AES is Indonesian which has a different word morphology with other languages. The results obtained in this study is the Error rate using the term frequency (tf) is lower with high accuracy.

The development and increasing use of information and communication technology and the Internet as well, have facilitated access to educational materials and increased the popularity of e-learning courses. The increase in the number of e-learning courses imposes the need for evaluating their quality. As a result, the criteria and procedures for evaluating the quality of e-courses are becoming increasingly important. Therefore, the use of the EDAS method for evaluating the quality of e-courses is discussed in this paper. The four e-courses are assessed against the seven evaluation criteria obtained on the basis of the literature review. The evaluation process is performed in the group decision-making environment with the aim of obtaining more reliable results.

This study was conducted to determine the principal components of the information and communication technology (ICT) adoption practices in a developing country. A nineteen- item instrument was developed from extant current literature. Eight hundred and fifty copies of the structured questionnaire were administered to teaching and non-teaching staff of two faculties from the University of Port Harcourt and Rivers State University of Science and Technology, both located in Rivers State. Out of the number distributed, 435 were completed and returned. To determine the dimensions of ICT adoption, an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted through the application of principal component analysis (PCA). From the analysis, three factors were extracted which account for 68.8% of the total variance. Thus, the researchers named the factors: virtual learning, e-learning and networking practices.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain, study and analyze: 1) the implementation of e-learning as a learning media in the study program of Educational Administration Concentration in Information and Communication Technology, University of Muhammadiyah Kendari. 2) the positive impact of the implementation of e-learning as a learning media on the study program of Educational Administration Concentration in Information and Communication Technology, University of Muhammadiyah Kendari. 3) the challenges faced in implementing e-learning as a learning medium in the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari.This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari in the Educational Administration Study Program. The sample in this study were students who were taught using e-learning totaling 17 people. This type of research is a combination of research (mixed methods) with a sequential explanatory model. The data obtained were analyzed in the form of a percentage.The results showed that 1) the results of the analysis of the implementation of e-learning as a learning medium showed that e-learning could be implemented as a learning medium in the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari supported by the readiness and ability of human resources in using information and communication technology devices (computers / laptop and internet), ease of getting teaching materials and ease of gathering assignments and evaluations, and the availability of supporting infrastructure (computer / laptop laboratories and internet networks). This is corroborated with quantitative data of 81.57%, 2) the results of the analysis of the positive impact of the implementation of e-learning as a learning medium in the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari showed that the positive impact of implementing e-learning as a learning medium was felt by students, namely being flexible in following learning, saving time in the learning process, can reduce the cost of traveling to campus, saving the cost of purchasing books, besides that students can learn anytime and anywhere and make more independent in gaining knowledge, this is strengthened with quantitative data of 84.55 %, 3) the results of the analysis of the challenges of implementing e-learning as a learning medium for students of the Educational Administration Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari University are the challenges faced in implementing e-learning as a learning medium that is not yet maximally supporting facilities and infrastructure (labora computer thorium and internet network), this is corroborated by quantitative data the challenges of implementing e-learning as a learning medium by 71.24%.Keywords: Impact, Challenges, E-learning, Learning media
