Abstrak Teknologi Informasi bisa di lakukan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya yaitu melalui internet yang bisa digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun menggunakan jaringan internet. Pemerintah Kota Kediri melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil mengeluarkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dikembangkan dengan berbasis Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK), mengeluarkan program melalui media aplikasi online yaitu Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI). Kota Kediri memiliki fungsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berperan penting dalam masyarakat dan lebih strategis. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Kependudukan. Pelayanan harus dilaksanakan dengan benar dan cepat agar masyarakat puas dengan pelayanan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Pelayanan Publik melalui Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (SAKTI) di Kelurahan Semampir. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan; Kepuasan Masyarakat. Abstract Information technology can be done in various ways, one of which is through the internet which can be used anywhere and anytime using the internet network. The Kediri City Government through the Department of Population and Civil Registration issued population administration services which were developed based on the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), issued programs through online application media, namely the Information Technology-Based Population Administration System (SAKTI). The city of Kediri has the function of information and communication technology which plays an important role in society and is more strategic. Based on Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Management. Services must be carried out correctly and quickly so that people are satisfied with the service. The information revolution has changed many aspects of our lives, They also included these changes in education. As the labor market needs now a day to new skills and qualifications led to impose of new trends and updated terms of reference in order to meet the need in the economy, Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the curricula and teaching methods to keep up with the requirements of the new offering and use of modern technologies, Such as e-learning, which relies on the use of computers and its software using a closed network or shared networks or the Internet.      There have been recent extensive changes in the area of education, The labor market started through its needs for new skills and qualifications to impose trends and innovative specialties to meet the needs of the new economy, So the curriculum is the other subjected a revision to cope with modern requirements and available technologies, Such as e-learning, which relies on the Internet as well as the application of information and communication technologies in e-learning.      The current study raised questions research that: Can you assign electronic curriculum technology on the application of information and communication technology? And how can be merge the electronic curriculum with one of the applications of information technology and communications? In order to answer these research questions relied on the case study approach by the researchers trying to design electronic curriculum to the Department of Management Information Systems in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Mosul      After take the theoretical framework for the study about the concepts information and communication technology and e-learning and its importance and components, Researchers initiated steps to design electronic curriculum. The study found set of conclusions was in the forefront, The adoption of e-learning project requires attention of electronic curriculum technology, And implemented by any educational institution requires them to provide a strong infrastructure and appropriate for this type of education, represented in prepare trained manpower as well as the providing of physical supplies, the appropriate software and provide communication lines that helps to communicate and transfer information between all the relevant authorities. As well as develop of specialized training programs for students, teachers and administrators and sensitize them towards the use of e-learning to make the most of this technology. One of the important recommendations made ​​by the study is the need to keep up with modern developments in the adoption of applications of information and communication technology in order to support e-learning and its technologies in the university.

<p>Pada tahun 2012, Kota Depok memperoleh penghargaan sebagai kota <em>Information and Communication Technology </em>(ICT) dari Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Salah satu parameter berkembangnya ICT di Kota Depok adalah meningkatnya jumlah pengguna internet dari berbagai sektor terutama perkantoran, hotel dan kampus dengan memanfaatkan jaringan <em>wifi </em>sebagai media transmisinya. Pada penelitian ini, kami melakukan audit terhadap keamanan jaringan <em>wifi</em> di Kota Depok dengan cara melakukan studi lapangan kinerja dan keamanan jaringan <em>wifi</em> menggunakan teknik <em>wardriving</em>. Studi ini mencakup sekitar 536 jaringan <em>wifi</em> di Jalan Margonda Depok. Hasil studi tersebut, kami menemukan bahwa 89% jaringan <em>wifi</em> menerapkan keamanan dengan<em> </em>menggunakan protokol WPA/WPA2, 1% menggunakan protokol WEP dan 10% bersifat terbuka. Kami juga menemukan sebanyak 20% jaringan <em>wifi</em> berada pada <em>channel</em> 1 dan 19% jaringan <em>wifi</em> berada pada <em>channel</em> 6 dan 11. <em>Channel </em>1, 6 dan 11  merupakan <em>channel</em> yang terbaik bagi penggunaan jaringan <em>wifi</em> karena terbebas dari interferensi jaringan <em>wifi </em>lainnya. Oleh karena itu penilaian kinerja dan keamanan jaringan <em>wifi </em>di Kota Depok dinilai sudah baik sesuai dengan standar IEEE 802.11i yaitu tentang peningkatan pengamanan pada jaringan <em>Wifi </em>menggunakan WPA2<em> </em>dan 802.11b tentang pengaturan <em>channel wifi </em>yang tidak menimbulkan interferensi.</p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>In 2012, Depok City was awarded as the city of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.<em>One of the parameters of the development of ICT in Depok City is the increasing number of internet users from various sectors, especially offices, hotels and campuses by utilizing wifi networks as the transmission media. In this study, we conducted an audit of the security of wifi networks in Depok City by conducting field studies on the performance and security of wifi networks using wardriving techniques.</em><em>This study covers about 536 wifi networks on Margonda Street Depok. The results of the study, we found that 89% of wifi networks implement security using the WPA / WPA2 protocol, 1% using the WEP protocol and 10% are open. We also found that as much as 20% of the wifi networks are on channel 1 and 19% of wifi networks are on channels 6 and 11. Channel 1, 6 and 11 are the best channels for using wifi networks because they are free from interference from other wifi networks. Therefore, performance assessment and wifi network security in Depok City are considered to be good in accordance with the IEEE </em><em>802.11i standard which is about increasing security on Wifi networks using WPA2 and 802.11b regarding wifi channel settings that do not cause interference.</em></em></p>

This study is entitled "Implementation of Gampong Online in Lhokseumawe City". Where the strengthening of information and communication technology is still considered a luxurious facility and requires very large costs, so only a small part of the village government has obtained it. The wide gap between the size of the budget needs and the limited budget that can be provided gives rise to budget allocations that lead to physical activities for the development of rural infrastructure alone without looking at the increasingly rapid technological developments and increasing the capacity of village apparatus resources to support the current government system. both in the administrative system, public services as well as on matters relating to community business development. This study aims to see and describe the implementation of technology to present online gampongs with basic information and communication technology training activities for gampong governments in Lhokseumawe City. A descriptive qualitative approach with observation and documentation data collection techniques has been carried out in this study with field assessments in 3 (three) Gampongs in the Lhokseumawe city area to see the application of technology, determine strategy, socialize and provide information and communication technology introduction materials. The results of the study found that training for 3 (three) gampongs in the Lhokseumawe city government, namely Gampong Hagu Barat Laot, Gampong Hagu Teungoh and Gampong Hagu Selatan, had provided an understanding and awareness of the importance of using information and communication technology in gampong government for the smooth running of public services, public relations and public relations. internal organization as well as improving the business of the village community in the field of technology, where technology can help the village government connect with the city government and the village community online.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) adalah salah satu teknik promosi dengan cara memanfaatkan pengoptimalan mesin pencari agar website yang sudah kita buat berada diperingkat teratas atau halaman pertama (first page) sebuah halaman mesin pencari. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada sebuah website yang awalnya belum dilakukan teknik-teknik dari SEO, kemudian dengan menerapkan metode SEO on Page seperti optimasi keyword pada title tag, content, meta keyword,meta description, dan  share ke sosial media, pada tahap ini juga dilakukan beberapa pengujian sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan penerapan teknik-teknik SEO. Hasil dari penerapan teknik-teknik SEO mampu meningkatkan SERP (Search Engine Results Page) website di mesin pencari dan berhasil terindek oleh google berada di page kedua pada bulan kedua dan berhasil terindex di page  pertama dalam pencarian google denga waktu kurang dari 3 bulan. Kata kunci : Website, SEO, Seo on Page, SERP AbstractThe advancement of information technology is growing rapidly in various fields of life. This paper describes the use of a Linux embedded system for use in digital information and communication technology in order to generate image warnings using Internet of Things (IoT) prin- ciples. The proposed project generated a product, developed using concepts of project-based learning (ABP), called SECI (electronic internal communication system) that is accessed by students to view online warnings by distributed monitors and also by mobile devices connected to the Internet.

The financial system is one of the primary users of information technology, which in recent decades has experienced phenomenal progress. This chapter discusses how information and communication technology has changed the financial system, and what policy challenges arise from the interactions of information technology progress and financial innovation. I focus on the asset management and banking industries. In the case of asset management, progress in information technology has partially transformed the industry, and potentially made it more efficient. In the case of banking, the industry has been changed profoundly, has grown significantly, but at the same time it has become more fragile. The chapter discusses the implications of these phenomena for policymaking.

While information technology has the potential to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care, it also raises important ethical and social issues. This IRIE theme issue seeks to provide a forum to identify, analyse and discuss the ethical and social issues raised by various applications of information and communication technology in medicine and health care. The contributions give a flavour of the extraordinarily broad landscape shaped by the intersection of medicine, computing and ethics. In fact, their diversity suggests that much more work is needed to clarify issues and approaches, and to provide practical tools for clinicians.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is currently having an impact on changes in various fields, one of which is changes in people's lifestyles, including consumption in society. The development of information and communication technology has resulted in easier access for people in the world to access the internet and use it to buying and selling transactions online via the internet. The report Global Web Index notes that Indonesia has a high level of users e-commerce highest in the world and as many as 96% of internet users looking for a product or service to make purchases online. This has resulted in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia and throughout the world which is increasing as a consequence of which the competition is getting harder service providers are e-commerce required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and trust so that customers will be loyal to using these services. This can be achieved by paying attention to customer value and corrective actions in an effort to restore service to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer perceived value and e-service recovery on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction and e-trust as intervening variables. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to ecommerce Shopee Indonesia customers in Medan City with a total sample of 328 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out through SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that customer perceived value has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and also e-loyalty. However, customer perceived value has no significant effect on e-trust. The variable e-service recovery directly has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction and e-trust cannot mediate the relationship between customer perceived value and e-loyalty, but they are able to mediate the relationship between e-service recovery and e-loyalty.
