<p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of actuating and controlling on the performance of the South Sumatra Province Porprov XII organizing committee in Prabumulih in 2019. The data used in this study are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 128 respondents. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, using SPSS version 23 shows that: (1) Actuating has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Porprov committee. (2) Controlling has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Porprov committee. The percentage value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.524 illustrates that 52.4% of the variation in performance variables can be explained by the actuating and controlling variables at Porprov XII South Sumatra Football Branch in Prabumulih in 2019, while 47.6% others are explained by causes other than the model under study.</em></p><p><em> </em><strong>Keywords : Actuating, Controlling, </strong><strong>Performance, Porprov, Football </strong></p>

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. This research aimed of presented to examine the effect of intellectual intellegence on the performance of educator accountant. Primary data in this research were obtained from the perseption off all lecturers and 76 generation students majoring 2013/2014 in Departement of Accountancy Economy faculty and Business Halu Oleo University. Preceptions in measured by responses to ques tionnaires that uses ordinal measurement with a 5 point Likert scale. The analytical tool used to test the hypotesis is simple linear regression analysis with the help software IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciencess (SPSS) Statistics Versi 22, with comparing the answers of respondents are students and lecturers.The results of this research indicate that intellectual intellegence significantly effect on the performance of educator accountant. The results of the coefficient of determination for intellectual intellegence in R2 = 0,664 dan 0,748. This number can be used to see the contribution of intellectual intellegence on the performance of educator accountant is 66,4% and 74,8%, while the remaining 33,6% and 25,2% was obtained from the contribution of other factors.

<p><em>The focus of this study is to determine the psychological factors that influence the behavior of Muslim investors in the capital market. Besides, it is to find out the psychological factors of Muslim investors can be used to predict the type of investment (stocks, mutual funds, bonds) chosen by Muslim investors. This research is exploratory. This study tries to provide an overview of the influence of psychological factors on investment choices and the behavior of Muslim investors in the capital market. To prove the hypothesis that has been made, a linear regression analysis technique is used which is carried out on the results of the questionnaire that has been filled by the respondents. Linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The independent variables tested were psychological factors which included; Overconfidence; Data Mining; Status Quo; Social Interaction; Emotion; Mental Accounting; Representativeness; Familiarity; Considering The Past; Fear and Greed; Self Control; and Loss Aversion. The dependent variable tested is Muslim investor behavior which includes; risk seeker (likes risk) and risk averter (fear of risk). Overall, R values </em><em></em><em>of 0.653 and R square (R2) of 0.426 were obtained. the coefficient of determination of 13.78% states that the type of investment influenced by psychological factors is only 13.78% and the capital is 86.22% influenced by other factors.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection methods, namely through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 60 employees at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The analysis technique in this research is through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Organizational culture and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Grand Darmo Suite Surabaya Hotel has many determinants in customer satisfaction, these factors are Price, Facilities, and Promotion. And these factors will be examined statistically which aims to determine how much influence the price, facilities, and promotions on customer satisfaction Grand Darmo Suite Surabaya Hotel. The population in this study were guests of the Grand Darmo Suite Hotel Surabaya, who were staying at this hotel. While the determination of samples on customer satisfaction will use a purposive sampling technique, and the data used is primary data with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variables of price, facilities, and promotions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And in terms of the closeness between prices, facilities, and promotions on customer satisfaction, the Grand Darmo Suite Surabaya Hotel has a fairly high relationship.

This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Employee Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of giving compensation to employee performance at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 48 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 10,271 + 693 + e. The results obtained in this study showed an R2 value of 59.8% and a t-test of 8.270 so it can be concluded that the provision of compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Rantau Prapat, the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other factors.
