PT. FSI is a company engaged in the automotive sector. Increased demand and efforts to meet customer satisfaction, then encouraging companies to continue to make various improvements including the shipping department, which is to facilitate the delivery of products to customers. One of the causes of the delay in the delivery of products to customers (delay delivery) is that there is a problem in the pre-delivery process, namely the storage conveyor machine. A storage conveyor machine is a machine that connects from the results of the production process to the temporary storage of goods which are then put into trucks to be sent to consumers.<br />The objective achieved in this study was to analyze the causes of the delay delivery in the process of shipping car seats on conveyor storage machines and make improvements to reduce the jammed base pallet frequency on the storage conveyor machine using the six sigma method. Based on the results of the research and analysis that have been carried out, it turns out that the case of the jammed base pallet on the conveyor storage machine is the cause of delay delivery to the customer and then make improvement to overcome or reduce the frequency of jammed base pallet problems on the storage conveyor machine by adding sponges to the shaft roller conveyor. The addition of sponge rolls is intended to increase power when moving base pallet between stations.

XYZ is a company engaged in fabrication. Quality is very important for the company because it can affect customer satisfaction. In the production process there are still defect problems found on the top side of the structural construction and it affects the quality of the part. The failure rate on the topside product has a 5:28% percentage exceeds the standards set by the company which is 2%. Based on the percentage of defects that have been obtained, the problem can be solved by fishbone analysis and FMEA. In the first stage using CTQ which aims to identify failures that occur and determine quality characteristics. The next step after identifying the failure that occurred can be calculated DPMO and Sigma Level. After getting the DPMO value and the Sigma level, identification of the root causes of the failure occurred. The concept of quality has gained increasing importance over the last decades. Regarding the production process of a company, the quality control implementation allows companies to offer a higher quality product, which has positive influence on customer satisfaction. This paper aims to reflect the importance of statistical methods for quality control. Based on the two broad areas of statistical inference, parameter estimation and hypothesis testing, we demonstrate the usefulness of such methods in problem solving when the proportion of defective items is considered.

PT. Maspion III is a company engaged in household appliances products, In carrying out its production process activities PT. Maspion III experiences various problems. Clarisa products are products that are found reject or defective. because it is caused by suboptimal quality control. This can be seen from the number of reject or defect products. This study aims to determine the type of waste that causes defects, determine the capability of the production process, and provide recommendations for improvement in the production process. The research methods are quantitative and qualitative approaches to lean six sigma and yang and FMECA (Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis). lean six sigma is a systemic and systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste. FMECA (Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis) is used as a reference for companies to take corrective actions to identify product critical points in the production process. The results obtained are waste that affects product quality, namely waste defect, there are two highest defects, namely floi with a cumulative presentation of 51% and a breakage of 65%. In August the capability process is 1.5012, In September the capability process is 1.6818, In October the capability process is 1.3727, In November the capability process is 1.4275, In December the capability process is 1.4366

An effective and efficient order fulfillment system is absolutely needed to achieve customer satisfaction. However, wastes which occur in production process would hamper toward its progress, that it is necessary to do an efficiency effort by implementing a concept of Lean Six Sigma which is a combination of lean method and six sigma method. Lean method improves process flow and reduce wastes meanwhile six sigma method improve process capability and reduce variations. In measure phase, known that the most significant waste in production process of sugar at PT. PG. Krebet Baru were waiting, Inventory and Defect.Based on that fact, this research was very necessary to be executed to understand the causes of wastes and to make an improvement plan by using Lean Six sigma approach and Analysis of Ishikawa diagram. From analze phase, it is known that the causes of wastes were (a) The split of job description in inspection session is not focus,(b) The filter in chycling mchinedidn't work well caused by unslilled operators, ( c) the number of crushing machine is insufficient so there were material piles. The purposed improvement plans are are (a) Review and improve job description especially in inspection and weighing section, (b) Give additional training to operator who work in spinning section, (c) Machines and tool inspection before starting the production process so it is going to work well.

<p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini berkaitan dengan tidak diketahuinya kepuasaan Pelanggan setiap tahun, Jika ini dibiarkan terus menerus, perusahaan tidak dapat menentukan strategi untuk meningkakan kepuasaan pelanggan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan. As technology advances at this time, players in business are aware of the importance of product quality in the increasingly fierce competition in the industrial world due to the emergence of many similar companies. Therefore, companies must be able to compete to meet customer desires and try to retain customers. To maintain customers and their marketing areas, companies must have high competitiveness in order to survive by prioritizing quality improvement, increasing efficiency and increasing productivity to improve quality because by increasing quality, products can be accepted among consumers so that company goals can be fulfilled. Therefore, the company must carry out effective quality control which will result in high productivity, lower overall cost of making goods and the factors that cause production failure to be minimized. To improve quality, use the six sigma method, DMAIC and seven tools so that it can be known the cause of the damage and what actions are taken so that there needs to be a controversy to stabilize the processes of the production process so that we can know what percentage of damage and what factors cause damage, therefore there must be measurements and recommendations for improvement and control to reduce the causes From the analysis, it was found that the dent cup was 20.36%, the lid was 21.36% less dense, the lid was damaged in the finished product 18.72%, the cup was 19.28% less thick, the packaging was flexible 20.55%Seiring kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini pelaku di bisnis menyadari akan pentingnya kualitas produk dalam persaingan dunia industri yang semakin ketat karena banyak bermunculan perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis. Oleh sebab itu perusahaan harus dapat bersaing untuk memenuhi keinginan  pelanggan dan berusaha dapat mempertahankan pelanggan. Untuk mempertahankan pelangan dan wilayah pemasaranya perusahaan-perusahaan harus mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi untuk dapat bertahan dengan mengutamakan peningkatan mutu, peningkatan efisiensi dan peningkatan produktivitas untuk meningkatkan kualitas karena dengan peningkatan kualitas, produk dapat diterima di kalangan konsumen sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat terpenuhi. Maka dari itu perusahaan harus melakukan pengendalian kualitas yang efektif akan menghasilkan produktivitas yang tinggi, biaya pembuatan barang keseluruhan yang lebih  rendah serta  faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan produksi akan dapat ditekan sekecil mungkin. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas mengunakan metode six sigma, DMAIC dan seven tools agar dapat diketahui penyebab  kerusakan  dan  tindakan  apa  saja  yang dilakukan sehingga perlu ada kontror untuk menstabilkan  peoses proses produksi sehinga dapat di ketahui berapa persen  kerusakan dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan  kerusakan maka dari itu harus ada pengukuran dan  rekomendasi perbaikan serta melakukan kontrol untuk mengurangi penyebab kerusakan. Dari hasil analisis  di ketahui cup  penyok 20,36%, lid kurang  rapat  21,36%, lid  rusak  pada produk jadi 18,72%,cup kurang tebal 19,28 %kemasan lentur 20,55%

With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the demand of customer become higher and higher. The timeliness of distribution becomes one of the important factors that directly affect the profit and customer satisfaction of the enterprise. If the distribution route is planned rationally, the cost can be greatly reduced and the customer satisfaction can be improved. Aiming at the routing problem of A company’s vehicle distribution link, we establish mathematical models based on theory and practice. According to the characteristics of the model, genetic algorithm is selected as the algorithm of path optimization. At the same time, we simulate the actual situation of a company, and use genetic algorithm to plan the calculus. By contrast, the genetic algorithm suitable for solving complex optimization problems, the practicability of genetic algorithm in this design is highlighted. It solves the problem of unreasonable transportation of A company, so as to get faster efficiency and lower cost.
