Data on domestic violence (KDRT) sourced from the PPA symphony shows there were 12,185 reported domestic violence cases in 2018. Then in 2019 there were 6,009 reported domestic violence cases. Many cases of domestic violence that are not recorded and reported are caused by victims having difficulty in making complaints. Therefore, researchers designed a mobile-based complaint application that helps victims of domestic violence in the complaints process. In this study, researchers used a waterfall model software development method. This research resulted in a domestic violence complaint application that will facilitate victims to make complaints without having to come to the police station, so that the time needed is more efficient and effective.

Nusa Penida is an island which located on southeast of Bali and separated by the Badung Strait. By a variety of tourist pulling magnets to come to Nusa Penida, it also gives effect to the occurrence of crime. The purposes of the research are to develop the science of law, especially in the field of criminal law and to know and study the type and frequency of crime in Nusa Penida Tourism Area so that it can be constructed effective countermeasures formulation. The method used in the achievement of research objectives, methods of approach Juridical Empirical, namely legal research by way of existing facts approach by way of conducting observations and research through in-depth interviews of the object research. The result of the research shows that there are many types of criminal acts in Nusa Penida area, the most often frequency is the persecution of 24 reports, then theft of 12 reports, then another conventional crime based on data obtained from 2014 until 2017, crimes of a conventional type as stipulated in the Criminal Code and there are crimes that are classified as specific criminal acts such as narcotics abuse. Some obstacles are the existence of darknumber by reason; the omission of the community such as perceiving such acts as cock fighting, seeing guests using addictive drugs, there is also not want to take a risk by  reporting an incident, even the police sometimes do not take action or ignore a suspected incident is a crime because it avoids the occurrence of threats to the apparatus itself. Criminalization committed against such crimes as stipulated by the Criminal Code, namely Article 351, 362, 184, 338, 406, 385, 310, 187, 303, 368 and 285. However, there are also crimes threatened with the provisions of the law outside the Criminal Code : Law No. 23 of 2004 on Elimination of Domestic Violence and Law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation. There are other obstacles in relation to law enforcement in Nusa Penida crime, which is still unclear authority between Nusa Penida Police Station and Klungkung Police because of the type of crime they handled.

Work is a necessity and routine for everyone. In doing ordinary work there are agencies where someone works. One of the workplaces is ConocoPhilips Suban. The existing work is to secure the goods in each wellies. Currently in the process of monitoring existing goods in the ConocoPililips Suban willes is still being done conventionally, especially the situation report for each wellies owned. For this reason, in this study the development of software used to monitor and manage the willes guarding schedule and find out the identity of anyone on duty in order to improve the performance of the members of guard. The software development used in this study is the waterfall model. Waterfall is a structured software development method with five stages namely communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of the research are monitoring wellies software with three types of users, namely admin, patrol officer, guard officer. The software also has a menu in the form of data management officers, wellies, goods, and reports. The software has two types of display interfaces namely web-based used for admin type users and mobile interfaces used for officer type users. The results also showed that the software was able to monitor goods in each wellies so that the reporting carried out had good accuracy values.

Selection of a suitable Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model for project implementation is somewhat confusing as there are a lot of SDLC models with similar strengths and weaknesses. Also, the solutions proffered among the researchers so far have been the  qualitative comparative analysis of SDLC models. Hence, this paper proposes a comparative analysis of SDLC models using quantitative approach in relation to strengths and weaknesses of SDLC models. The study adapted comparative analysis and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models features’ classification using ten characteristics such as project complexity, project size, project duration, project with risk, implementation/initial cost, error discovery, associated cost, risk analysis, maintenance and cost estimation. A quantitative measure that employs online survey using experts in software design and engineering, project management and system analysis was carried out for the evaluation of SDLC models. Purposeful Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) technique was used to gather the data for analysis using XLSTAT after pre-processing, taking into consideration both benefit and cost criteria. The overall performance evaluation showed that Spiral-Model is the best followed by V-Model and lastly Waterfall Model with comparative values of 38.63%, 35.76% and 25.61% respectively. As regards cost estimation, Waterfall Model is the most efficient with value of 41%, then V-Model with 31% and lastly Spiral Model with 28%. V-Model has great error recovery capability with value of 45% which is closely followed by Spiral Model with 37% and lastly Waterfall Model with 18%. The study revealed that, a model with efficient risk assurance does not guarantee efficient cost management. In the future work, more characteristics regarding SDLC models shall be considered.

With the gradual maturity of component oriented software development method, component-based software evolution technology has become hot research in academia and industry. Although many evolution rules are designed, they rarely consider component type-mismatched problem in evolution rules. This has led to evolution rules that often run error in software evolution execution. Hence, focusing on the mismatch problem of component type in software evolution, this paper addresses various evolution rules with condition constrains to support component type matching. First, we use the bigraph theory to model the software architecture and employ bigraph term language to describe the basic component evolution operations. Second, we join type system into the term language and use the type term language to express the condition constraints on position and connection for component evolution rules. These condition constraints can guarantee the type-matched among components that participate in software evolution. Furthermore, we show that the component type-matched still kept during a number of different evolution rules are used in the whole software evolution reaction system. Finally, two cases study of evolution progress of ATM system and tourism information system are presented. Two cases illustrate the effectiveness of our approach.
