This article discusses the issues of life safety of living objects under conditions of constant influence of an electromagnetic field on them. A planned laboratory facility for further research has been proposed. The mathematical apparatus of the generated electromagnetic field by the traction electric motor by the rolling stock of electric transport is shown. Conclusions are made that suggest the creation of special protective clothing for everyday use by humans with a constantly acting electromagnetic field in a man-made environment. Modern man is constantly in the zone of electromagnetic radiation, the influence of which cannot be avoided. Only by minimizing radiation by avoiding areas with increased electromagnetic activity and developing modern means of protection can ensure a safe and harmonious stay of a person in a modern technogenic environment of existence. If we turn to statistics and analyze the issue of the impact of electromagnetic radiation on the human body and study the problems that arise after its negative influence, we will find that almost all human systems and organs are negatively influenced with destructive consequences. This article discusses the latest developments in the field of electromagnetic waves on the human body. The most actual problems connected with work of electric transport as the technogenic environment are analyzed. The mathematical apparatus and the equation of the electromagnetic field for the electric motor are offered to create the mathematical models showing dependence of growth of an electromagnetic field depending on operating modes of the vehicle and places of stay of the passenger in vehicle interior. Еlectromagnetic radiation in the form of clothing, which will allow a comfortable and safe stay of people in a new man-made environment.

The issue of increasing the efficiency of urban electric transport through the introduction of CASE-technologies based on SADT-methodology is considered. The performance of the system analysis of the operation of urban electric transport is given. The system of urban electric transport is considered not as an isolated system that solves only its problems - making a profit, but in connection with the problems of the city, the population that uses transport services, enterprises that employ people who transport. The proposed methodology will allow to create a computer functional model of operation of electric vehicles in the IDEF0 format using the software package BPWin. It is shown that the operation of transport is a complex process consisting of three subsystems: operation management, commercial and technical operation. Each of these subsystems has its own functional tasks, which require appropriate resources. Therefore, to ensure resource conservation in the operation of rolling stock, the following levels of development are presented and considered: the city transport system, urban electric transport enterprises, technological processes of passenger transportation, maintenance, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. Also operation of city electric transport includes maintenance of vehicles in depot. This article describes the features of the impact of the rolling stock of urban electric transport on energy consumption, taking into account the influence of factors such as passenger cabin occupancy, mileage of the mobile unit when operating on the routes of large cities, operating speed. A new methodology for evaluating the work of a city electric transport company is presented, which allows to combine several different, economically independent enterprises into one functional model. It is shown that the use of the proposed model will make it possible to create a system of accounting for electricity consumption by different types of urban electric transport.

Uneven heating of the pantograph slide is the reason for limiting the pantograph removal of the maximum permissible long-term current from the contact network. The highest heating point is observed in the center of the pantograph head relative to the path axis, which can be taken into account when developing a pantograph slide cooling device. Existing models of the thermal state of the pantograph slide do not describe the transient modes of distributed heating of a closed-type structure (euro pantograph head) as a result of the impact of a contact wire in the plan when moving a rolling stock. Existing methods for calculating the heating of the pantograph slide require the use of special programs for the development of its three-dimensional model and significant power of electronic computers. The paper presents a mathematical model euro pantograph head standard design and are equipped with passive cooling system the center through the frame device of the confuser type, which can calculate the load characteristics of the pantograph slide, to evaluate the reduction of uneven heating of its design and to determine the maximal permissible continuous current of the pantograph.

For the first time, the “field” approach for explaining the processes of transmission and generation of electric power losses in devices of electric transport systems is described and theoretically substantiated on the basis of the theory of electromagnetic field. The results of the solution of the system of electromagnetic field equations show that it is energetically appropriate to design low-floor types of electric rolling stock. A qualitative view of electric power flows arriving through the air of the feeder zone from the traction substation and entering to the electric rolling stock through the roof and the front part of its body is presented. It is established that the main flow of energy enters through the roof porcelain insulator. At the same time, the electromagnetic waves partly penetrate into the metal surfaces of roof and frontal part of the body, and partially they are reflected from them creating losses of active power. The results of calculations of these losses, power factor and reactive power factor of the electric locomotive roof are shown. The relation between the standing waves, formed in the feeder zone, and the reactive power consumed by the electric rolling stock is established.

Modern methods for analyzing and assessing the reliability of complex technical systems consider only its individual elements. The specifics of structural-functional interactions and integration into subsystems of different hierarchical levels are not taken into account. Studies show that analyzing the reliability of urban electric transport, also focus on individual components: the reliability of electric traction rolling stock, the reliability of the power supply system, the reliability of the track infrastructure, etc. The authors propose an approach that allows to consider urban electric transport as a complex technical system consisting of several levels that are hierarchically subordinate. Each level combines the components directly involved in the transmission and transformation of electric power into mechanical operation of the rolling stock under the influence of the external environment by means of traction electrical equipment. This approach will allow to develop the theoretical foundations of methods for analyzing the impact of the reliability of individual components of a complex technical system of urban electric transport on the effectiveness of the electric traction implementation.

Introduction. The nature of a cellphone electromagnetic radiation (EMP) influence on the neutrophils in vitro activation was studied. The relevance of studying the impact of mobile communications and their effects on the body’s physiological processes is determined by the global prevalence of such tools and the research data inconsistency in the both domestic and foreign scientific literature. Material and methods. The object of the study was the whole venous blood samples and isolated neutrophils from 36 adult donors (aged from 22 to 65 years) of both genders. The responses of the neutrophils’ phagocytic activity and its registration were carried out in a flat-bottomed plate for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the daily culture of S. aureus ATCC 6538 (strain 209) was used as an inducer of phagocytosis. The intensity of phagocytosis was evaluated by changing the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) spectrophotometric method in our modification. Results. In the course of studies of the EMR impact of a cellphone on phagocytic neutrophils, the following was revealed: when culturing neutrophils without the addition of S. aureus, there was a tendency to increase spontaneous MPO activity (by 69%), i.e. its production in the absence of a stimulating factor and, conversely, a significant decrease in the enzyme activity induced by S. aureus (by 34%, p <0.05), i.e. the phagocytic activity of neutrophils. Conclusion We revealed the biological effect of the cellphone EMR as an increase in the spontaneous activity of MPO and a decrease in the bacterially induced activity of the enzyme may indicate a decline in the phagocytic activity of the main cells of the immune system, therefore, it demonstrates a weakening of the protective properties of the human body against infectious diseases. In previous studies, we have shown the presence of the impact of cellphone EMR on the activation of lymphocytes in vitro. The use of immunological tests can be a promising direction in assessing the impact of the cellphone EMR on the human body.

The paper analyses specific features of sociological data circulation in a public space during an election campaign. The basic components of this kind of space with regard to sociological research are political actors (who put themselves up for the election), voters and agents. The latter refer to professional groups whose corporate interests are directly related to the impact on the election process. Sociologists can also be seen as agents of the electoral process when experts in the field of electoral sociology are becoming intermingled with manipulators without a proper professional background and publications in this field. In a public space where an electoral race is unfolding, empirical sociological research becomes the main form of obtaining sociological knowledge, and it is primarily conducted to measure approval ratings. Electoral research serves as an example of combining the theoretical and empirical components of sociological knowledge, as well as its professional and public dimensions. Provided that sociologists meet all the professional requirements, electoral research can be used as a good tool for evaluating the trustworthiness of results reflecting the people’s expression of will. Being producers of sociological knowledge, sociologists act in two different capacities during an election campaign: as analysts and as pollsters. Therefore, it is essential that the duties and areas of responsibility for professional sociologists should be separated from those of pollsters. Another thing that needs to be noted is the negative influence that political strategists exert on the trustworthiness of survey findings which are going to be released to the public. Using the case of approval ratings as an illustration, the author analyses the most common techniques aimed at misrepresenting and distorting sociological data in the public space. Particular attention is given to the markers that can detect bogus polling companies, systemic violations during the research process and data falsification.

Gelendzhik is the resort town, there aren't a lot of industrial enterprises here. The main pollutant is transport. The work purpose is the assessment of a condition of the artificial landings of a pine located along the Federal highway "Don" and landings, which is nearly the sea coast. Researches were conducted to a standard technique of the General vital state (A. S. Bogolyubov). The assessment of a condition of pines was carried out during 6 years: from 2010 to 2015. For carrying out research we used 6 experimental grounds on the Markotkhsky spine and 2 control grounds within the town. We investigated 24 trees on each platform, middle age of the trees were 30 - 40 years. Results. 1. The condition of trees in the pine forests located in immediate proximity with the Federal highway "Don" (No. 1, 2, 3) is unsatisfactory. As even weak influences of the majority of atmospheric gaseous pollutants (sulphurous gas, nitrogen oxides, etc.) give effect of a necrosis and hloroz of pine needles, the condition of pines is connected with technogenic pollution. So near the Federal highway "Don" the air environment is strongly polluted by exhaust gases. Information of 2012 confirm that negative influence of the route on Markotkh's vegetation decreases at reduction of load of the route. 2. On the sites located above on a slope (No. 4,5,6) thanks to remoteness and the wind mode intensity of influence of pollutants is lower and a condition of pines the quite satisfactory. 3. Trees on the sites located near the sea (No. 7,8) are in a good shape. Small deterioration of a state is noted in very droughty years. Conclusion. Results of six years' research show that the condition of the plantings which are in close proximity with the road worsens. It is explained by increase in intensity of the movement on the road, especially during a resort season. Gelendzhik is the city with a good ecological shape, but the damage to environment is already caused. If not to take measures, we can lose a unique part of the nature in the future, recreate it will be impossible. Measures of reduction of negative impact of exhaust gases were offered. Results of researches are transferred to ecological department of the City administration of Gelendzhik.
