In the property business, this company can help provide a place for long-term business and investment. In this discussion the property sales system used is to use SWOT, so that it can help stakeholders in make decisions. In this case the author uses several methods including research methods, analysis methods, design methods, testing methods. Where the research methods in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies. The analysis method which uses SWOT analysis. The design method uses a design model using UML (Unified modeling language), PHP a database using MYSQL, and browser using Google Chrome. The testing method uses a blackbox. In this case the researchers have several objectives in conducting research in this thesis including To facilitate marketing to market property products sold by entering the list of properties to be sold, To help the process of buying and selling transactions quickly, precisely, and safely, To help process sales reports . Along with the development of current technology that has been very sophisticated and rapidly happening in this world, namely in a company, agency, even the world of education as well. At PT Sintech Berkah Abadi has an obligation to give permission to employees who submit. At this time, the management of employee exit permits is still running manually and has not been centralized computerized. Therefore, it requires papers in each process and is less efficient and it is difficult to control permit approval by employees if the HRD and the Chair are outside the office. The method used to develop an information system is to apply the analytical method using SWOT analysis, as well as data collection methods, there are three stages that must be done in collecting data, namely, Observation, Interview, and determining Literature Review (Literature Study) with the journal. The design method is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Notepad ++, XAMPP and the web browser used to open the web that has been designed, Google Chrome. With the licensing system in and out of employees at PT Sintech Berkah Abadi can make it easier for employees to permit and more efficient in its use because they do not have to wait for HRD or leaders when outside the city.

Abstrak: Kegiatan surat menyurat ialah kegiatan operasional yang biasa dilakukan setiap orang dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk prosedur pengolahan surat masuk dan keluar saat ini dilakukan secara konvesional baik dalam pembuatan, proses mengelompokan arsip hingga mencari surat. Dalam prosesnya masih ditemui kendala-kendala pada surat itu sendiri ataupun sumber daya manusia yang terlibat didalamnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada proses pengolahan surat, maka perusahaan memerlukan sistem yang dapat membantu karyawan dalam proses pengolahannya. Pengelolaan surat yang baik dan terstuktur rapi akan lebih efektif dan efisien untuk proses arsip dan disposisi surat, kurangnya penggunaan media kertas dapat meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan di pencatatan surat, dan mempercepat proses pencarian surat. Sistem pengelolaan surat pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi proses analisa kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program serta pengujian. Metode perancangan sistem yang dipakai ialah unified modelling language terdiri dari rancangan diagram usecase, diagram aktifitas serta pembuatan diagram relasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu karyawan yang terlibat dalam proses surat masuk dan keluar sehingga proses pengarsipan, disposisi, pencatatan hingga pencarian surat yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dan akurat.   Kata kunci: metode waterfall, prosedur surat masuk, sistem informasi, surat keluar, Unified Modelling Language   Abstract:  Correspondence activities are operational activities that are usually carried out by everyone in an organization or company. At PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, the procedure for processing incoming and outgoing mail is currently carried out conventionally both in the manufacture, the process of grouping archives to finding letters. In the process, there are still obstacles in the letter itself or the human resources involved in it. To overcome problems that occur in the mail processing process, the company needs a system that can help employees in the processing process. Good and neatly structured letter management will be more effective and efficient for the archive and letter disposition process, the lack of use of paper media can minimize the error rate in recording letters, and speed up the letter search process. The mail management system at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk uses the waterfall method which includes the process of needs analysis, design, program code creation and testing. The system design method used is a unified modeling language consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and relationship diagrams. This study aims to help employees who are involved in the process of incoming and outgoing letters so that the filing, disposition, recording and searching process for the required letters is faster and more accurate.   Keywords: maximum 5 keywords from paper

Information systems have a positive impact on the advancement of life in the technology industry, making it easier for corporate human resources to be fast and precise. For example, companies that currently use applications in their electronic devices or software and drivers to streamline their products and products. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is in need of an accounting information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for its members. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is a cooperative engaged in several fields, one of which is a loan unit on credit. For this reason, researchers designed the Loan Accounting Information System. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari method used by the buyer is swot analysis for the design method using unified Modeling language (UML) and blackbox testing system testing methods. This study makes it easy to record loan applications, member loan data, payments, data input, calculations and report generation.

Islamic Vocational School Iqro Pasar kemis has the vision, mission and goals of graduates who have faith, piety and morality as well as competent in mastery of science and technology. But now Islamic vocational high school Iqro Pasar Kemis still use conventional way in conducting SPP transactions that is by noting the payment card and payment data manually recorded on the book. This causes the payment process to take a long time and a large errorrate, but it also inhibits the speed of data access and information delivery to be too late. With the existing problems then the researchers propose the design of payment systems to facilitate the process of payment of SPP. The research method used is SWOT analysis, for design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system testing method using Blackbox Testing. This research is expected to provide easiness in the implementation of school fee payment activities as well as easiness in the delivery of school fee payment information to students and parents of students.

With people pay more and more attention to component software testing, the generation of test case is as one of the important works of software testing, it becomes a hotspot inevitably. For component software testing, making combination of the testing method based on model and testing method based on Genetic Algorithm, this paper proposes a generating method of test case which based on UML (Unified Modeling Language) activity diagram and Genetic Algorithm, and gives the overall design and implementation steps of the method. Then this paper applies the proposed method to model the adding table business in catering management system, and design test case. The example verifies the feasibility and validity of the method.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Dan sistem yang dikembangkan bisa membantu INBIS STIKI Indonesia dalam mengelola proses pendampingan tenan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Coaching Log, Inkubator Bisnis, Tenan, Pendamping</p>

The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.

Web service is actually a collection of functions and methods contained on a server that can be called by the client remotely, then to call those methods we are free to use applications that will be created with any programming language that run on any platform. The existence of web service technology can bridge the technological differences of each source. The purpose of this system design is to build a mediation system that can integrate different information systems platforms, databases and functions, so that can communicate between systems. Software development methods used include three main parts of the method of analysis, design and literature study. Methods of analysis include the collection of data using samples, learning on existing systems, and analysis of the results of interviews aimed at the parties concerned. Design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The result is a system-based mediation system design using the SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) protocol. The formal modeling method can accurately describe systems. Using formal method to test software improves the efficiency of software testing and it is comprehensive. Common real-time embedded software formal testing methods include Z language, finite state machine (FSM) and unified modeling language (UML), Petri net and time input/output automata (TIOA). This paper analyzes the characteristics of embedded software testing. The above formal methods and test case coverage criterions and test data collection methods are introduced. Combined with the characteristics of missile-borne software, this paper presents suitable ideas of testing missile-borne software.
