The development of science and technology information in the era of globalization  so advanced. This phenomenon results in a change in all aspects of life, including one of them is the educational aspect. The use of technology in education is done in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process. However, the growing use of technology is not widely used lecturers to change the way student assessment. Student assessment is focussed on learning outcomes not only of the process of change as a result of the student's ability to learn. the use of portfolios also require adequate storage space and requires no small cost. Therefore we need a valuation technique that directs faculty to assess student skills or psychomotor aspects. By using the technique of portfolio assessment with the use of the video as a result be able to answer all the problems that exist. This journal will discuss how assessment techniques, portfolio assessment, the transition of the portfolio into an e-portfolio, the use of video as a medium of e--portfolio also discusses the problems encountered in the portfolio assessment. Besides, there are advantages and disadvantages of the use  of video  as a medium  of e--portfolio.   In the implementation  of this journal featuring two case studies of e--portfolio with student video uploaded on YouTube and shown in the playlist in Magics Channel owned Perguruan Tinggi Raharja

The indicators in this pedagogical competence among teachers are able to master every assessment techniques and ways of designing assessment. The context of a teacher's success in carrying out the assessment is inseparable from the quality of the draft assessment prepared. One design will be thorough assessment is a portfolio assessment. This study aims to determine how the competence of teachers in primary schools Objects in designing a portfolio valuation technique. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the level of competence of teachers at SDN Benda in designing portfolio assessment techniques is 89,32%. This means that all classroom teachers at SDN Benda was able to design a portfolio with good ratings, but in designing a portfolio assessment that there are still shortcomings, such as lack of teacher attention to documents that will be used as a portfolio and lack of willingness of teachers in documenting the design of the portfolio is made in writing.

Technology in education is a global phenomenon affecting learners of all ages. The breadth and variety of available tools make it difficult to implement a standardized method for assessing the impact of technology on learning. The lack of a consensus on good and bad practices results in inconsistent application and mixed learning results.   This article takes a look at the adaptation of technology to education and examines the various tools used to enhance learning. We discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using technology, as well as review methodologies for evaluating the impact.   The essay concludes by identifying several problems with the way technology is evaluated and offers suggestions for further research to address those problems.

This manuscript covers the analytical and optimization based techniques for the performance assessment of 3-phase IAG furnishing 3-phase and 1-phase load. It examines initially the basic phenomenon of voltage build-up and then the steady state performance of 3-phase IAG furnishing 3-phase and 1-phase load. This preliminary study forms the foundation or basis of the design of future controllers. The conventional techniques and MATLAB based optimization technique fsolve is elaborated in detail along-with advantages and disadvantages for attaining the solution of simultaneous non linear equation. The fsolve technique is recommended for the solution of non-linear equations due to its advantages over conventional method.

This research aims to find out the form and technique of assessment on aspects of knowledge and skills in the textbooks of students of physical education sports and health (PJOK) class VIII Curriculum 2013. The instruments in this study are researchers themselves who are equipped with a set of theories and data cards that contain techniques and forms of assessment of aspects of knowledge and skills. The instrument is validated by validation of content or content by experts or expert judgement in this case done by experts. Data collection technique with a record reading technique. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's interactive model analysis techniques. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The data source in this study is the textbook of students of PJOK Class VIII Curriculum 2013. Results in this study show that not entire forms and assessment techniques on aspects of knowledge and skills exist in every chapter in the PJOK Class VIII curriculum textbook 2013. In the aspect of knowledge only uses assessment techniques in the form of multiple choices, descriptions and assignments. Assessment techniques such as right wrong, matchmaking, stuffing and Q&A have not been applied in the textbook of PJOK students curriculum class 2013. For the skill aspect only in the form of practices and products only. Project and portfolio assessment techniques have not been applied in the PJOK Class VIII Curriculum textbook 2013. After the review of the textbook PJOK Class VIII Curriculum 2013, hopefully there will be revisions in the assessment in the latest version of the 2013 Curriculum PJOK textbook that covers all variations in assessment forms and techniques in aspects of knowledge and skills. This research contributes to the importance of subsequent research on the development of variation in forms and complete assessment techniques including aspects of attitudes in PJOK.Keywords: assessment, knowledge, skill, PJOK

The device of flexitanks, as well as technical and technological features of the transportation of goods with their use, are considered. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present almost 80 % of international transit in the world takes place in containers, on the domestic markets of the largest countries of the world, goods flows also go mainly in containers. Flexitanks are studied as innovative tools for organizing the chains of delivery of goods and goods in containers, having all the necessary equipment for transporting various kinds of cargo.Analytical and marketing methods are applied, taking into account the principles of the theory of logistics, logic, as well as shared materials.A comparison of this type of packaging with other transportation means is presented. It was revealed that flexitara is more oriented to non-hazardous liquid cargo in terms of its characteristics. The use of flexitanks allows to reduce transportation costs, reduce labor, time and transportation costs, as well as to carry out multimodal transportation using various modes of transport. It is established that flexitanks can act as a full-fledged and multi-functional alternative to tanks, tank containers and other containers for transporting bulk materials that are non-hazardous cargoes. The use of technology for the transportation of goods in flexitanks will contribute to the further innovative development of multi-modal freight transportation and the growth of containerization of goods exchange in general.

Blended cooperative learning applications, which offer education with the opportunities offered by information technologies, have the potential to increase the interaction between learners and support learners to learn information more permanently and to develop positive attitudes towards the lesson. Along with the developing technology, technological tools have been included in education. The effect of the blended learning method, which is a technological innovation, is very important in language teaching. The aim of this study; To determine the opinions of English teachers about blended teaching. Within the scope of this general purpose, the positive aspects and negative aspects of the technological tools, the advantages and disadvantages of the blended learning methods, the effect of this method on the students are determined by the English teachers working in the secondary school. A qualitative research method was used to reach the results of this research. The opinions of 15 English teachers who use the blended learning method and technological tools in their classes were taken. In the selection of the sample, the teachers' use of technology was taken as a basis. The opinions of 15 English teachers who used technological equipment in their classes and participated in the research voluntarily were consulted. The findings were thematised and explained with the content analysis method. It has been concluded that the teachers participating in the research have positive contributions to the learning of technological tools. It is among the results of the study that blended learning has important advantages such as providing instant feedback and continuous feedback to students, taking into account individual differences, increasing the interaction and communication outside the classroom, and increasing the interest in the lesson.
