This research aims to help alleviate the task of teachers Counseling. Because in an educational institution such as a school in all their activities can not be separated from the role of a teacher, such as the role of teacher’s Counseling. Counseling is the task of teachers to work with students who have problems. Where students who have problems in their daily need of special attention on the problem that has been done, the limited number of teachers BK is a constraint in monitoring troubled students. Application-based monitoring troubled students on this website is used as a tool to monitor the state of the student. With this application, especially in the field of school counseling can monitor and report on the condition of students getting in trouble and facilitate parents to get information about the activity or activities of their children while in school.

The aim of the article is to present the state of environmental knowledge of young people. Contemporary perception of environmental problems has been evaluated in recent decades. More and more often are the problems related to climate change and our role in activities to maintain the values of the natural environment directly visible. The implementation of the idea of sustainable development not only in economic but also social life creates opportunities for both broadening one’s knowledge and taking actions for nature. Environmental awareness presented in the article is based on the assessment of the state of ecological knowledge. The research, on the basis of which the article was developed, was carried out in 2004 on a group of students from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and was repeated in 2019. The research was carried out in a group of students of the faculty of Economics. The obtained results indicated that the main sources of acquiring knowledge on topics related to the environment are changing, and the role of education and training in the educational institution is increasing. On the other hand, the level of ecological awareness, expressed in the state of knowledge, varies in terms of subject matter. In the case of defining the five researched terms, it was possible to observe a higher correctness of the assignment of terms and their definition among the respondents from the second survey carried out in 2019. The respondents from the repeated survey also showed a higher level of knowledge in the field of knowledge of national parks in Poland.

Education is a main asset in the growing and development of a country. Various financial resources from the government and private agencies are provided to ensure that all Malaysians have the opportunity to obtain education and further their studies. Waqaf and zakat are one of the most important contributors in education. There have been many efforts undertaken by waqaf and zakat institutions in the development of education sector such as helping the B40 and underprivileged gorup. Therefore, this study will discuss the role of waqaf and zakat for educational institutions in the context of Malaysia. The study also will discuss the proposed educational institution model through the synergy of waqaf and zakat funds. This qualitative study uses the method of documentation. The findings suggest that the proposed establishment of a fully-funded educational institution using waqaf and zakat funds should be established for the sustainability of waqaf and zakat institutions as well as the ummah. The synergies between waqaf and zakat funds are believed to strenthen the management and development of the education sector in Malaysia including for those in need. It is hopeful that this study can be used as a guideline and reference to the authorities especially the State Islamic Religious Council, Centre for Waqaf, Waqaf Foundation, as well as NGOs which involved either directly or indirectly in the management of waqaf and zakat throughout Malaysia. ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan aset utama dalam kemajuan dan pembangunan sesebuah negara. Pelbagai sumber kewangan daripada pihak kerajaan dan swasta disediakan bagi memastikan semua rakyat Malaysia berpeluang mendapatkan pendidikan dan melanjutkan pelajaran. Wakaf dan zakat merupakan salah satu penyumbang terpenting dalam bidang pendidikan. Terdapat banyak usaha-usaha yang telah dilakukan oleh institusi wakaf dan zakat dalam pembangunan sektor Pendidikan termasuk membantu golongan B40 dan kurang bernasib baik. Justeru, kajian ini akan membincangkan peranan wakaf dan zakat bagi institusi pendidikan dalam konteks Malaysia. Kajian ini juga akan membincangkan cadangan model institusi pendidikan melalui sinergi dana wakaf dan zakat. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan kaedah dokumentasi. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa cadangan penubuhan institusi pendidikan yang dibiayai sepenuhnya menggunakan dana wakaf dan zakat wajar ditubuhkan bagi kelestarian institusi wakaf dan zakat serta ummah. Sinergi antara dana wakaf dan zakat diyakini dapat memperkasakan pengurusan dan pembangunan sektor pendidikan di Malaysia termasuk golongan yang memerlukan. Diharapkan kajian ini dapat dijadikan panduan dan rujukan kepada pihak berwajib khususnya Majlis Agama Islam Negeri, Pusat Wakaf, Yayasan Wakaf, NGO-NGO yang terlibat sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung dalam pengurusan wakaf dan zakat di seluruh Malaysia.

Eradication of homelessness as a «social evil» was one of the most important tasks of the young Soviet state. Each national region of the country tried to solve it to the best of their abilities and opportunities, and the Chuvash ASSR was no exception. Its experience was quite successful. The article examines the work of Tsivilsk children’s town named after V.I. Lenin, which, as an informal center of guardianship and patronage in the first decade of the Chuvash ASSR, carried a serious burden of educating troubled children and adolescents. The author, based on unpublished sources of the State historical archive of the Chuvash Republic, analyzes the activities of the educational institution, examines the lives of its boarders, and draws certain conclusions about the role of the town in the state’s fight against child neglect and homelessness. The archival materials processed by the author indicate scarcity of financial resources allocated for the life support of the educational institution; lack of property for its proper functioning, lack of teaching staff and maintenance personnel for the normal life of the children’s town. However, the existing difficulties in the first decade of the Chuvash ASSR formation were typical for most institutions of guardianship and patronage, and they were systematically overcome by the authorities of the Chuvash region to the best of their abilities and opportunities.

Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that are in great demand by many Muslims in Indonesia starting from the middle to lower classes of society to middle and upper society. The role of the pesantren in educating the younger generations in the millennial era has quite a lot of impact. The current phenomenon is that many education systems only prioritize school education in the classroom without understanding character education. One of the pesantren which is quite long and in demand and produces many alumni who are engaged in government and professional fields is Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG). PMDG is Islamic boarding schools which have considerable domestic and foreign cooperation. This pattern of diplomacy and cooperation will have an impact on the existence of PMDG in pesantren education. In globalization era, diplomacy involves not only the state but also non-state actors. Diplomacy Line 5 (Educational Pathway) have a main goal to advancing the education. Educational institution can influence the thinking of learners, moreover it can be seen that the cooperation carried out by the pesantren educational institutions are many from foreign institutions and even students who demand knowledge from many other countries.

SummaryThe role of intravascular coagulation in the production of the generalized Shwartzman phenomenon has been evaluated. The administration of endotoxin to animals prepared with Thorotrast results in activation of the coagulation mechanism with the resultant deposition of fibrinoid material in the renal glomeruli. Anticoagulation prevents alterations in the state of the coagulation system and inhibits development of the renal lesions. Platelets are not primarily involved. Platelet antiserum produces similar lesions in animals prepared with Thorotrast, but appears to do so in a manner which does not significantly involve intravascular coagulation.The production of adrenal cortical hemorrhage, comparable to that seen in the Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome, following the administration of endotoxin to animals that had previously received ACTH does not require intravascular coagulation and may not be a manifestation of the generalized Shwartzman phenomenon.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly.
