Front Liner body to customer satisfaction Bank Muamalat branch Palangka Raya. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods, data collection techniques using Angket (questionnaire), the number of samples in this research is as many as 345 customers of Bank Muamalat in Palangka Raya. Sampling techniques are by means of random sampling techniques or randomized samples, the analytical techniques used to process the data are with techniques of simple linear regression analysis. Results of analysis using simple linear regression in the equation can be regression (Y = a + BX), changed known Y = 26,885 + 0205 x, then there is the influence of Bak quality to the satisfaction of Bank Muamalat customers in the city of Palangka Raya

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of the employees of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The population in this study were all 156 ASN employees. Through the Proportional Random Sampling technique and the Slovin formula, a sample of 61 people was determined. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The influence of the leadership variable on the employee performance variable is 38.1%; while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in compliance with the Badung Regency tax reporting. Sampling is done by method random sampling. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 143 taxpayers consisting of hotel, restaurant, parking and entertainment taxpayers. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique that is preceded by a classic assumption test and processed using the program SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate an increase in the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online will be followed by an increase in compliance with the tax reporting in the Badung Regency. And there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in the compliance of the Badung district tax reporting.

This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion on the sales of Islamic insurance policies at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga RO Riau Agency Pekanbaru. This research was motivated by the development of Islamic insurance companies both in terms of assets and in terms of company contributions that have an impact on insurance policy sales. The formulation of the problem in this study was to determine the effect of the relationship promotion on insurance policy sales. This research used quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 49 respondents. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), the tcount was 1.391 <t-table 2.016, so the promotion had no significant effect on the variable sales of the insurance policy of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga RO Riau Pekanbaru. The regression results showed that the promotion variable does not affect sales.

Each religion obliges its followers to do philanthropy deed. Zakat is one of philanthropy tenets in Islam. In Islam, zakat is believed to be one of the vital instruments in an effort to eradicate poverty, decrease unemployment rate, and improve the life quality of society. As Muslim majority country, Indonesia rightly need to optimize the zakat philanthropy program through stimulating people's inclination to become loyal zakat philanthropist or Muzakki in one of the Zakat collection agencies in Indonesia. This research, therefore, is aiming at analyzing the influence of promotion on forming people's interest in becoming Muzakki in one of the Zakat agencies in Ambon, Maluku province. The quest was particularly conducted in YAKESMA Zakat Agency in Ambon. The data collection processes were literary study, interview, and questionnaire allotment regarding the research. As for the data analyzing, the simple linear regression analysis was used with variables consisting of promotion scale and people's proclivity of 25 out of 154 respondents. The outcome of the research indicated that the promotion scale has a significant improvement of people's proclivity to become Muzakki or zakat philanthropist in YAKESMA Zakat agency in Ambon. The promotion effort contributed 78.9 percent in forming Ambonese’s proclivity to become loyal zakat philanthropist (Muzakki) in YAKESMA Zakat agency in Ambon.

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socio-economic level of the family. This study contains an analysis of the effect of compensation and training on the work motivation of hotel employees in the city of Bandar Lampung, research using multiple linear regression analysis is assisted using SPSS 25.0 with quantitative methods, the population used is employees who work in hotels by determining the research sample using hair formula which amounted to 65 respondents but in this study added respondents to 82 respondents The results of this study are as follows (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (3) Compensation and training jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

The main aim of this paper is to to explore the perception and attitude of people toward an important issue like the City Garbage Management. A new Survey Questionnaire to measure the perception and attitudes towards city garbage management has been developed by the Authors, in order to realize a very first analysis of compatibility of the Comprehensive Action Determination Model - CADM (Klöckner, 2013) with City Garbage Management issues. To test the application of the CADM model to City Garbage Management, a simple linear regression was calculated to predict the dependent variables based on predictor variables according the CADM model. The linear regression analysis shows a first confirmation of the CADM model applied to the perception and attitudes towards city garbage management.

Abstract. This study aimed to analyze and provide theological reflection on the stress levels of Christian Religious Education teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic as a result of online learning activities. This research was conducted by using quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. The subjects of the research were 197 teachers of Christian Religious Education and Character in Surakarta at the primary secondary education degree, with 127 respondents as the sample. The results showed that the pandemic had indirectly increased the stress level of Christian Religious Education teachers in Surakarta. Theologically Christian Religious Education teachers need to motivate themselves according to the example of Jesus as the Great Teacher so that they can reduce stress level in teaching during the pandemic.Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memberikan refleksi teologis terhadaa tingkat stress guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen selama pandemi Covid-19 sebagai akibat dilaksanakannya kegaitan pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Subyek penelitian adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Budi Pekerti di kota Surakarta pada jenjang pendidikan dasar menengah dengan jumlah 197 guru, dengan 127 responden digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pandemi secara tidak langsung meningkatkan stress guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Kota Surakarta. Secara teologis guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen perlu memotivasi diri sesuai keteladanan Yesus sebagai Guru Agung sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat stress dalam mengajar selama masa pandemi.

This study aims to determine the effect of education provided by parents in realizing rational economic behavior of students. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 659 students and a sample of 70 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. This research was conducted on hotels and restaurants in Badung Regency. The formulation of the problem in this investigation is to test whether the quality variables of service, moral moral variables, and variables of taxation penalty have an influence on the compliance of hotel and restaurant taxpayers in badung district. the data in this study was collected by disseminating questionnaires to hotel and restaurant taxpayers in Badung Regency using random sampling techniques in sampling, where the questionnaire was distributed as many as 98 kursioner. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that will be combined with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program. This study showed the results that variable (X1) quality of service, variable (X2) moral obligation, and variable (X3) tax sanctions showed positif results.
