The possibilities of using fluorescent research methods and their advantages for visualization and determination of the type of programmed cell death of human tumor cells under the action of flavonoids in experiments in vitro were investigated. The object of the study were the tumor cells of cervical cancer HeLa and A498 kidney carcinoma, the flavonoid containing extract of hedge hyssop (Gratiola officinalis L.) was used for testing in the experiments. The following fluorescent methods were used: the "living and dead" test with double staining - - iodide propidium and acridine orange, the method of double staining with annexin and iodide propidium. The confirmation of autophagy induction was performed using Muse cell analyzer with fluorescent reagents MuseAutophagy LC3-Antibody Based Kit. The application of fluorescent staining methods using double staining with acridine orange and iodide propidium in the "living and dead" test compared to phase microscopy allows to visualize the formation of apoptotic cells and autophagosomes in cells and, therefore, can serve as one of the methods of evaluation screening of the effectiveness of various chemotherapy drugs.

Investigations into the multi-criterion evaluations have been performed for different purposes for more than 30 years. Nevertheless, up to now there are no common rules how to apply multi-criterion methods of evaluation and how to interpret their results. But the solutions of the problem must be found. The investigations are based on the joint programme LEVI developed by the VGTU and the Leipzig HSTEC. In accordance with the programme, for solving the problem a matrix is created in which all solution variants are evaluated by the same criteria. For the transformation of initial data different methods are used. Besides, the problem solution may be oriented to a choice of a variant and the determination of an optimal sequence or to the determination of the rational behaviour balance of two adversely interested groups. The maximisation, minimisation and mixed problems are distinguished. In case of the last mentioned problems the meanings may be unsuitable and expressions about the maximisation or minimisation too strong. When solving the problem of maximisation by different transformation methods, similar curves are obtained and the results are not dispersed heavily. In case of the minimisation, when solving according to different transformations, a considerable deviation of results has been noticed. The investigations also disclosed that solutions may vary depending on the optimisation goal. Dispersion of results in case of minimisation is stronger than in case of maximisation. When analysing different transformations, the vectorial transformation is regarded as “neutral” and there is no sense to include it into comparison. In case of the minimisation problem, linear transformations should be investigated in a more detailed way.

The article substantiates the necessity and determination of the prospects for the innovative development of intellectual resources in the conditions of the formation of entrepreneurial-type universities in Ukraine. The process of transformation of the role of intellectual capital in the modern economy is analyzed, the evolution of approaches to the development of universities is studied, the specifics of the formation of entrepreneurial-type universities are defined, and intellectual resources are designated as a factor in the development of modern universities. The possibility of creating a fundamentally integrated integrated structure of a priority technological platform, including a HEI, research institutions and enterprises, an innovative integrated structure, has been determined. Also considered are important innovative forms of integration of science, business and education – clusters and public-private partnerships. The role of the state in supporting the development of interaction between enterprises and scientific and educational organizations has been determined. The article examines the global trends in the development of universities: general patterns and national characteristics, analyzes patterns and prerequisites for the formation of entrepreneurial-type universities in Ukraine, and defines the values of intellectual resources in the formation of entrepreneurial-type universities. The article considers the innovative development of intellectual resources in the context of the formation of entrepreneurial-type universities, identifies promising areas for enhancing the innovative development of intellectual resources. The algorithm for introducing the competence approach to the process of innovative development of intellectual resources for the formation and development of business-type universities in Ukraine is analyzed.

The institution always expects the output quality and personality, but if the surroundings of education never give appropriate habitus, then the result will not be achieved. On the basis of this research, trying to peel about the role of habitus in developing intellectual capital which is a student at Ma'had synergy between the structure with an agency, how an intellectual capital created and run in a Ma'had university. The question of the Islamic College during this time, when students are extremely variable input, its ability to be tough in the formation and determination of the standard of their abilities.  The results of this study found that the role of habitus intellectual capital improvement done in Mahad Aly Al Furqon Ponorogo there are seven models of the structure that supports the students ' intellectual capital development in Ma'had Aly Al Furqon Ponorogo. As for overcoming the Burnout, the students do a variety of activities that make students fresh so avoid burnout. The results of the intellectual capital developed in the Mahad Aly Al Furqon students achieved the target of memorizing a set amount and the more intellectual growth of students marked with a creative, independent inquiries, in drawing up the scientific agenda, active removing the arguments in different ways.

Purpose The competitive model has changed. In this context, society entered into an era in which intangible assets are the greatest assets of a company. However, some gaps and uncertainties are presented in the literature as to understand the value of a company based on knowledge intensive activities. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the methods of evaluation of intangible assets in the context of business, economic and strategic management. Design/methodology/approach This is a qualitative research. This research is characterized as descriptive, bibliographic, inductive. Findings The main results of this research can highlight the existence of valuation methods of intangible assets intended for specific industries, as public and/or private, that can be better aligned to the context of business; economic and/or strategic management. The article presents the analysis of a commonly used performance modification method for turboprop and turboshaft engines with a free power turbine. The description of analytical and numerical methods of evaluation for a change of parameters and geometry of turbine assemblies are presented. There are also given the basic methods of changing throat area of turbine nozzle guide vanes and its influence on engine performance. The calculation methods are verified by experimental tests run by WSK “PZL-Rzeszów” S.A.

Share value as a security is a money equivalent of its definite investment qualities and management possibilities which depends on concrete goals and methods of evaluation. Determination of the market value of enterprise shares may be realized by estimation which is carried out by an estimator who has the corresponding qualification certificate of the State Property Fund, or by carrying out forensic examination which is fulfilled by forensic experts having corresponding qualification certificates of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and entered in the Register of certified forensic experts. After abolition of an expert speciality 16.1 «Estimation of integral property complexes, equities, securities» by the order the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in June, 2016 the demand in expert researches on determination of the value of enterprises stocks has not disappeared, on the contrary, the quantity of appeals on performing such researches has increased. At the present time «The technique of comprehensive expert studies of determination of the enterprises shares value» in the co-authorship of experts-economists and experts on building and technical researches (to whom qualification of the forensic expert on speciality 16.1 was earlier conferred) is developed. This technique is registered in the Register of techniques on performing forensic examinations of the Ministry ofJustice of Ukraine. The complex of methodical approaches, methods and evaluation procedures serve as the methodical basis for stocks evaluation. All these demands from the expert of application during the research of considerable extent of special knowledge on the issue and circulation of such securities, as well as about the features of business accounting, taxation and the operations, realized with them. The particularity of researching of the operations with securities is the necessity of comprehensive consideration of the problems related with circulation that makes up the subject both forensic economic examination and forensic evaluative examination.
