The study seeks to investigate aspects of sexuality of women with breast cancer interned. The emergence of the study took place at the time of my professional practice where I came across patient dialogues, and health professionals with the behavior of women in different times, having sexual practice and professional assistants, on the other hand the kind of suppressed such an attitude as well as the patients more “excited” In the context of health, the educational process consists much more than the simple act of teaching. The client, who is often mistakenly called a passive individual, is a key player in the care process, since we already know that the process of health care is dynamic and requires the participation of both parties, whether caregiver or individual who will receive the care.

Abstract The Educator as a Manager. A Critical View In the following article tasks and motifs of the educator as manager are described. It is clear that there are other educator metaphors and associated behaviors. To some extent, the actions of the different educator metaphors overlap, but they differ in their purpose and perspective on the educational process and the person to be educated. First, a short time diagnosis is made, which describes the context of this metaphor of the educator as manager. Subsequently, on the one hand, the various motifs, tasks and objectives of an educator as manager are discussed. On the other hand, it is asked if it is possible in the current discourse to take a different perspective on the educational process.

This research aims to analyse the term interaction, through which experiences are exchanged in their knowledge and skill aspects, between the parties to the interaction. On the other hand, language has multiple formats, and interactive formats. Which carries common cultures and social customs. Therefore, linguistic interaction is the mainstay in linking social relations. The interaction within the classroom is one of the most important factors that increase the effectiveness of the educational process. There are three types of interaction that can occur in the educational process, interaction between the teacher and students, interaction between the teacher and one student, and interaction between the students themselves in the class. The colostomized person's perceptions regarding sexuality and sexual activity is a major component of quality of life and nursing care, however due to several limitations, the questionnaire only approach, although validated for such applications, has not enough resolution, due to its qualitative approach, to capture more delicate aspects of the impact of an ostomy onto a otherwise healthy patient. In order to correct such bias, a exploratory-descriptive study of a qualitative approach based on Bardain’s content analysis was conducted.  80 colostomized participants were recruited from Stomatology Outpatient Clinics in the Hospital de Base, Regional Hospital of Asa Norte and the Regional Hospital of Gama, Distrito Federal, Brazil. Data was collected through a clinical and sociodemographic questionnaire, as well as an individual interview. The results are presented in five categories: self-concept, leakage issues, odor and gases, stigma, sexual activity and companionship. The analysis suggests that the fulfillment of nursing care ideals, through clear and objective communication, results in the colostomized person's care and can favor in the acceptance of their new way of living. The exchange of knowledge and practices between the colostomized patient and the medical care support crew, in special the nursing care, allows the establishment of strategies that contribute gradually to the full health care, promoting the improvement of the QoL of both the colostomized person as well his/her partner. It is concluded that health services should provide care process in health and nursing, with the purpose of guaranteeing means for the planning of a holistic implementation of health care. This planning should include the psychological support and the educational process that develops one's ability for self-care, which may interfere in the role of sexuality and sexual activity, in addition to the physiological, psychological and social issues.

But do professionals warrant the trust placed in their hands? Headlines shout of bridges and buildings toppling. Health care costs escalate. Our children compare poorly in knowledge of science, math, and foreign languages with those of other countries. Malpractice suits skyrocket. Greed corrupts Wall Street. America has lost the industrial muscle that was once the envy of the world. Has our army of experts, whom we entrust to take care of us, let us down? Or, on the other hand, have we let them down, shackling them in regulations, keeping them from doing their jobs, impeding them in the free exercise of their expertise?

This article examines the claims made by surveillance entrepreneurs selling surveillance to parents and government agencies responsible for children.  Technologies examined include pre-natal testing, baby monitors and nanny cams, RFID-enabled clothing, GPS tracking devices, cell phones, home drug and semen tests, and surveillance toys.  We argue that governments, both in the contest of health care and education, use surveillance to identify and “manage” genetic or behavioural deviations from the norm.  Parents, on the other hand, are encouraged to buy surveillance technologies to keep the child “safe”.  Although there is a secondary emphasis on parental convenience and freedom, surveillance is predominately offered as a necessary tool of responsible and loving parenting.  Entrepreneurs also claim that parents cannot trust their children to behave in pro-social ways, and must resort to spying to overcome children’s tendency to lie and hide their bad behaviour.  We conclude by offering some ideas to rein in the variety and complexity of the issues raised and to help order controversies in this domain.

Background/Aims Providers face a paradox between professional conduct and reputation management when they respond to patients' online reviews. This article aims to establish when and how health professionals respond to patients' online reviews, and how these reviews differ compared to other, non-medical, industries, such as driving schools and jewellery stores. Methods Predictors of providers' responses to 180 patient reviews on NHS Choices were identified and compared against the predictors of responses to 180 customer reviews by non-medical providers. Results Responses to patients' online reviews could be significantly predicted by the number of patient reviews received on NHS Choices and the providers' response routines, but not by characteristics of the patients' reviews. The non-medical providers, on the other hand, were responsive to characteristics of the online reviews and particularly the rating stars allocated to the provider. Conclusions Responses to reviews seem to be a distinctive way of ‘responding without reacting’.

The relevance of studying the process of child’s growing up is due to a number of contradictions; on the one hand, children’s space of activities is changing, he/she develops in paradoxical, contradictory conditions, on the other hand, growing children do not show an active desire to grow up, sometimes imitate disharmonious forms of behaviour. The purpose of the study is, firstly, to describe the range of domestic and foreign works related to both childhood and adulthood on the background of changing socio-cultural practices, secondly, to isolate the existing manifestations of the problems, identifying the main contradictions caused by changes in the process of growing up, and thirdly, to attempt to develop conceptual provisions of psychological and pedagogical analysis of growing up in modern educational organization. We consider the growing up of a modern child in the educational environment as a process of constant changes in the structure of his/her subjective and objective characteristics, including the formation of child’s image of adulthood in ontogenesis, its development and implementation, as well as the reflection of development of adulthood by children in the psychological and pedagogical space by the participants of educational process (parents, teachers).

Telepathology as a demanding branch of telemedicine poses a real challenge to experts. The introduction of telepathology in underprivileged countries with poor infrastructure and low health‐care budget is a difficult task. On the other hand these countries would mostly benefit by introducing telemedicine/telepathology. In our experience it is possible to build an efficient telepathology/teleradiology network using analogue telephone links and still image transmission, and a store and forward mode of operation. This experience is based on the application of telepathology in Croatia for seven years leading to a national teleradiology network. In this paper the ideas, development and software solutions in the process of establishing a national telepathology and teleradiology network are highlighted.

Abstract The legal significance of the right to health care, in particular and of other fundamental rights in general, on the one hand unknown to citizens and on the other hand known, minimized or ignored by state authorities and institutions, will certainly lead to abuses of law coming from the latter, abuses that cannot be tolerated by the rule of law.
