EVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVITY OF ADOLESCENTS IN LEARNING MUSICAL ACTIVITIES

The article examines the specificity of the development of creativity of adolescent students in educational musical activities. Various interpretations of the concept of "creativity" in relation to the peculiarities of adolescence of schoolchildren are analyzed. The creative nature of educational musical activity and its connection with the artistic nature of musical art are traced. The influence of problem learning methods, in particular situations of choice in educational musical activity, on development of creativity of adolescent schoolchildren. A specially designed situation of choice puts adolescents in conditions associated with the need to give preference to one of the options, to make an independent conscious choice. IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANISMS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE RESULTS OF PARLIAMENTARY CONTROL

The main objective of the study, the results of which is presented in the article, is an analysis of the content and essence of parliamentary control, which is a prerequisite for improving mechanisms for its implementation. The author has shown that the concept of parliamentarism means the presence of a division of state power to the legislative, executive and judicial, and therefore means independence and simultaneous interconnection of all branches of power. Such interconnectivity makes it possible to restrain branch branches due to mutual influence, pressure and control. The article determines that the state policy develops in a way that makes it possible to synchronously and in this case it is symmetrically involved in various branches of power to its formation, implementation and adjustment, depending on manifestations of legal reality, socio-economic reality and public-political processes in the state. The author revealed that, in democratic countries, the Parliament acts as a state policy that is responsible for state policy: taking on the legislative level of basic principles, the principles and mechanisms for implementing the state policy that rely on all the basis of all without exception social relations with the basis of public relations with the legislative level. its realization. Parliamentary control covers spheres much wider than a purely process of realization by the state executive authorities of their own powers. It is about the possibility of introducing separate forms of parliamentary control as an element of political legal personality, when the appointment of parliament officials that is part of its competence entails direct responsibility of such persons in the form of possible release due to the unsatisfactory results of the implementation of its powers or violations of legislation in the process of their the realization. In general, it can be noted that the unique combination of legislative and control functions in a representative body of state power increases the effectiveness of state regulation as a whole, since the adoption of the law means only the implementation of the establishment function by the state, and already its direct realization and enforcement of state power bodies - will provide the dynamics of the process of regulating public relationship. Instead, such an enforcement requires control not so much by the completion of the state authorities of its powers, but for the correctness of understanding the essence of the norms that are determined by the mechanisms of state regulation in the field of environmental activity.Key words: parliamentary control, execution of parliamentary control, lawmaking, state policy, central executive authorities.

SPECIFICITY OF COMPLETING ACROBATIC JUMPS BY BACHELOR STUDENTS IN THE GENRE "CIRCUS ACROBATICS"

The article analyzes acrobatic jumps in the genre "Circus acrobatics", the discipline "Professional training in the genre − Acrobatics". Indicated their specificity, types, features of implementation, as well as errors that may be present in the learning process for students of the educational degree "Bachelor", specialty 026 Performing arts, educational professional program "Circus genres". Clarified characteristics of jumps, methodology for their implementation. Examples of injury prevention and avoidance of gross professional mistakes are recommended. MODELS OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP IN THE ANCIENT EAST

The article is devoted to the historical investigation of the peculiarities of the ancient Eastern models of political leadership. The accent has been made on the specific features of political power in ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, China and India. It has been concluded that any leadership model has its own social and cultural context and reflects the ideological and cultural specifics of the era. The common feature of ancient oriental models of leadership is bright mystical-religious character – the personality of the leader is deified and endowed with special, supernatural qualities which are often opposed to natural and social being. The personality of the ruler is always a kind of sacred authority that is worshiped and which guarantees the integrity and stability of the cosmic order. EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION

The article presents the results of empirical research of the main theoretical approaches to the concept of efficiency of management services in the field of higher education. It is determined that the concept of efficiency management is a complex multifaceted indicator that includes certain performance indicators related to efficiency, profitability, effectiveness, etc., in economics and management there is no single general approach to determining the effectiveness of management. SELECTION AND JUSTIFICATION OF COMFORTABLE MICROCLIMATE PARAMETERS FOR OFFICE PREMISES

The paper analyzes the requirements of international standards for the parameters that determine the comfortable working conditions in office premises, in particular when working with the computer. It has been proposed to determine the microclimate of office premises by four parameters and it is shown that one of the promising methods is a method based on the calculation of two indicators that specify the degree of comfort, taking into account the requirements of potential consumers. The application of the proposed methods and approaches allows to reasonably choose the microclimate parameters (temperature, humidity, air quality, and electrical radiation) that affect the life and health of the worker.Keywords: microclimate parameters, international standards, comfortable working conditions, office premises.

COMPETENCE APPROACH TO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF MUSIC AS A PRIORITY OF MODERN TRANSFESSIONALIZATION OF MODERN ART EDUCATION

The article analyzes the current state of professional training of future music teachers. As a result of the research it was established that one of the priority directions of improving the professional training of future music teachers is the content-procedural implementation of the competent approach. It is grounded that the introduction of a competent approach contributes to the renewal of the educational process in institutions of higher pedagogical education as a result of the accentuation of methods and mechanisms of formation and development of students' ability to practically act and apply their acquired knowledge and experience in future professional activities.. THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF MEMBRANE AIR DEHUMIDIFICATION IN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

The paper presents a simulation of the process of removing moisture from the air in air conditioning systems using construction vapor-permeable membranes. The existing classical physical and mathematical models are considered and analyzed. Based on the analysis of classical models, a schematic and corresponding theoretical mathematical model of air dehumidification with a semipermeable building membrane with certain characteristics for possibilities of use in air conditioning systems is developed and presented. The data of calculations of moisture release from air for the developed model are given. As a result of analytical researches the correct data for possible use in air conditioning systems are received. DURABILITY OF A WELDED TRUSS UNDER CYCLIC LOADS

The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the durability of a rectangular welded truss. The truss is made of profile pipes with butt joint nodes. A concentrated cyclic load is adopted for the construction, which corresponds to the operating mode of the roof truss with the ways for the bridge crane. The study was performed using the method of semi-natural and computer simulation experiment in ANSYS Workbench 17 environment. It was found that the loss of bearing capacity by the truss during operation occurs due to the fatigue crack initiation in the K-shaped node on the upper chord of the truss. The durability of the truss is determined by the ratio of the parameters of force and time of operation of the truss. The results of the semi-natural and computer simulation experiment were verified and the fatigue damage indicators coincided at the level of 5.7%.Keywords: welded truss, fatigue damage, truss nodes, durability of the truss.

PROSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF LAW-MAKING FOR MODERNIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC SYSTEMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article reveals prospects for legislative implementation of educational and scientific systems of higher education institutions in the circumstances of European integration of educational space as envisaged by constitutional provisions of Ukrainian education. It highlights stages in evolution of ideological basis for development of the legislative process in the field of education. It has been found that the first stage established the ideology for development of a national education system; the second stage launched modernization of the national education in accordance with the European standards and principles; the third stage activated the potential for modernization of Ukrainian school on the basis of social equality and cohesion, economic development and competitiveness of Ukraine. The article exposes directions in development of legislation in the field of education which are determined by structural components. It has been established that development of each of the listed areas is covered in provisions of two framework laws on education, state programs and branch-specific laws that have been approved since Ukraine has proclaimed its independence. Analysis of the abovementioned sources facilitated exposure of certain advantages and contradictions, the consideration of which is an important precondition in forming a new regulatory environment for education.
