The aim of this study is to examine the influence of Audit Firm Size, Firm Size, and Audit Opinion towards Auditor Switching. Some of past research regarding auditor switching, shows different results. Because of that, another research needs to be done to verify theory of auditor switching. The purpose of this research is to find empirical proof concerning factors that might influence auditor switching in Indonesia.This research used the sample of real estate and property industries which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2014 periods. The number of real estate and property industries sampled in this study were 10 companies with 5 years observation. Based on purposive sampling method, sample consist of 50 financial statements in this research. Research variable being used are Audit Firm Size (KAP), Firm Size (LnTA), Audit Opinion (OPINI), and Auditor Switching (SWITCH). By using logistic regression in SPSS 20 software. The result of this research shown below: (1) Audit Firm Size has effect on Auditor Switching, (2) Firm Size does not has effect towards Auditor Switching, and (3) Audit Opinion does not has effect towards Auditor Switching.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of management change, financial distress, auditor firm’s size, and audit opinion to auditor switching. Auditor switching, management change, and audit opinion are measured by using dummy variable. Financial distress is using Zmijewski Model, and audit firm size is measured by using an ordinal scale based on the big or small of the audit firm.</em></p><p><em>The populations in this study were companies in property and real estate sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016. Total of 36 samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis in this research are tested by logistic regression analytical method. </em></p><p><em>The result of the analysis shows that management change and financial distress have significant effect on the auditor switching. while the audit opinion and audit firm size doesn’t have significant effect on the auditor switching.</em></p>

Abstract: This study aims to measure company size, company audit size, profitability, solvency and public ownership toward audit delay. It is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. It selects transportation industries listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on period of 2008-2015 as population. It took 64 samples from public companies using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis that include descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression, simultaneous test and partial test). The results of this study proved to be useful and efficient. Based on test results in this study, it can be concluded that firm size and audit firm size have an effect on audit delay. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memilih industri transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2008-2015 sebagai populasi. Penelitian ini mengambil 64 sampel dari perusahaan publik dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda yang mencakup statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis (regresi linier berganda, uji simultan dan uji parsial). Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bermanfaat dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan ukuran kantor audit berpengaruh terhadap audit delay. Sementara itu profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, dan kepemilikan publik tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay.Kata kunci: audit delay, karakteristik perusahaan, ukuran kantor audit

The purpose of this research is to analyze impact of firm size, type of audit opinion, reputation of audit firm, board of commissioner’s size, and committee audit size either partially or simultaneously significant influence toward audit delay in Banking Industry that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research from 2011 until 2014. Sampling method that used is purposive judgement sampling method. Of the 41 companies that are trading at the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011 until 2014, there were 28 companies that meet the characteristics of the sample that have determined. Data used in this research is financial report from each firm that published in the website www.idx.co.id. Process of data analysis performed with the assumption classic, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result in research show partially, firm size, reputation of audit firm, and board of commissioner’s size havesignificant toward audit delay. Where as type of audit opinion and committee audit size are not influence toward audit delay.


Every company that goes public or has already listed on the stock exchange must first be audited financial statements before publishing. Auditors who audit often change, both mandatory and voluntary. The researcher wants to know what causes the company to make auditor changes. This study aims to determine the effect of audit opinion, company size, financial distress and return on assets for auditor switching. This study conducted on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period year 2015-2017. A total of 36 manufacturing companies are used as sample by using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Auditor switching is measured by the switch of audit partner. The result concluded that audit opinion effect on auditor switching, whereas the company size, financial distress and return on assets have no effect on auditor switching.

This research is examining factors that affect auditor switching. Those factors are audit opinion, KAP size and financial distress. Population of this research are maufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the years 2013-2017. Total sample in this research are 55 companies using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements and independent auditor’s report published in the website www.idx.co.id. Data analys by using logistic regression analysis method. Result of this research is Audit Opinion and CPA firm size have significant effect with auditor switching. Meanwhile, financial distress does not have signifiicant effect with auditor switching.

This research aims to examine the effect of company characteristics, consisting of company size, solvency, on audit delay in the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In addition, this research also adds three variables, i.e. accounting firm size, auditor switching and audit opinion, that are considered having an effect on audit delay,. The sample used in this research is all property and real estate sector companies listed on IDX in 2011-2015. Sampling is conducted using purposive sampling technique, with the final sample consisting of as many as 40 property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2011-2015. Logistic regression analysis is used to test hypotheses by explaining the relationship between the variables in this research. The results of this study show that the variables of company size, accounting firm size, solvency, and audit opinion do not have effect on audit delay, while the variable of auditor switching has a significant effect on audit delay

This study aims to study the phenomenon of audit delay that still Occurs in various companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, Thus affecting the decision of the users of financial statements. This study secondary uses of data in 2009-2015 from 20 companies selected by purposive sampling method, which is to determine the company as a sample according to research needs. This research found that firm size (X1), leverage (X3), and audit opinion (X5) have the significant effect on the audit delay of the company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable profitability (X2) and reputation audit (X4) have no significant effect on audit delay in companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Audit delay (Y) does not affect stock price fluctuations, so it does not have a significant impact on the company’s abnormal return (AR) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to test and provide empirical the effect of profitability, leverage and firm size of the audit report lag. The population in this study is a sub company property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Sample of 34 companies was selected by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study as much as 102 samples. This study uses several stage of calculation, using outlier test that is by converting the data into a standardized score or so-called z-score. After going through the process of outlier samples were chosen in this study to 93 samples. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% and determine the hypothesis used t test and f test. The results test showing that profitability, leverage and firm size are simultaneous positive and significant effect on audit report lag. The results test this study indicate that profitability has significance on audit report lag are partial. Meanwhile leverage and firm size has no significance on audit report lag

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, inflation, and interest rates on the value of the company. Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 as a population. Purposive sampling method for sampling and research is quantitative type. The data sources used secondary data are obtained from annual financial statements and analysis used multiple linear regressions. The results of research into external factors of the company namely inflation and interest rates influenced the increase in the value of the company. While the company's internal factors namely leverage and liquidity do not affect the increase in the value of the company.
