This article discusses auto-psychological competence as a system of characteristics that provide a high level of professional competence. Determination of the auto-psychological competence is connected with the fact that a person involved in professional activities should know his / her individual characteristics, abilities and inclinations and use them as means of realizing this activity. In addition, the auto-psychological competence acts as a factor contributing to the professional development of a person, where decisive importance is acquired to: need for self-organization in professional activities, independence and self-responsibility of the future teacher. The auto-psychological competence as a component of professional competence contributes to the conscious perception of the future teacher of their activities and, accordingly, allows them to manage the processes of self-development and self-education in professional activities, as well as provides a concentration of individual experience for solving professional problems.

The article deals with topical issues of professional training of future teachers. The essence of the concepts of «self-development» and «self-improvement» was revealed, the significance of pedagogical practice as a factor of professional self-development and self-improvement of the future teacher was substantiated. It was revealed that effective preparation of participants in the educational process in educational institutions is possible due to the strengthening of the practical orientation of students' training. That is, pedagogical practice is the initial stage in the system of professional training, the first part of the practical mastering of the pedagogical profession. It promotes the deepening and systematization of knowledge gained by students in the process of studying specialized disciplines, as well as the development of information competence of future professionals. Pedagogical practice provides a combination of theoretical training of students with their practical pedagogical activity in the conditions of educational institutions of different types and promotes the formation of a creative attitude towards future professional activities, deepening and systematization of the knowledge gained by students in the process of theoretical training; self-development and self-improvement of future teachers. In this period, the foundations of professional activity of future specialists are laid, professional qualities are formed, the ability to self-development, self-realization and interest in the future profession are revealed.It is established that proper organization of pedagogical practice contributes to professional growth of the future teachers, development of abilities, allows to create external and internal conditions for self-development of the student. З’ясовано, що ефективна підготовка учасників освітнього процесу у закладах освіти можлива за рахунок посилення практичної спрямованості навчання студентів. Тобто, педагогічна практика – це початковий етап у системі фахової підготовки, перша ланка практичного засвоєння педагогічної професії. Вона сприяє поглибленню і систематизації знань, отриманих студентами в процесі вивчення профільних дисциплін, а також розвитку інформаційної компетенції майбутніх фахівців. Педагогічна практика забезпечує поєднання теоретичної підготовки студентів з їх практичною педагогічною діяльністю в умовах навчальних закладів різних типів і сприяє формуванню творчого відношення до майбутньої професійної діяльності, поглибленню та систематизації знань, одержаних студентами в процесі теоретичного навчання; до саморозвитку та самовдосконалення, майбутніх педагогів. В цей період закладаються основи професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців, формуються професійні якості, розкривається здібність до саморозвитку, самореалізації та інтерес до майбутньої професії.Встановлено, що правильна організація педагогічної практики сприяє професійному росту майбутніх педагогів, розвитку здібностей, дозволяє створити зовнішні та внутрішні умови для саморозвитку студентів. Таким чином, постійне самовиховання та самовдосконалення – єдиний шлях, який дозволить сучасному педагогу стати справжнім професіоналом, розвинути професійну компетентність.Ключові слова: професійна компетентність, саморозвиток, самовдосконалення, педагог, навчальний процес.

The article analyzes various interpretations of the concepts “competence”, “professional competence”, “teacher-musician’s professional competence”. The article highlights the scientists’ views on the issue of future teachers-musicians’ professional competence developing during professional training. It is determined that the formation of professional competence implies a comprehensive, harmonious development of the future teacher-musician who has not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills and abilities.The author notes that one of the most important subjects in the content of special disciplines at art faculties is voice staging. During which students master vocal techniques, singing breathing, diction, emotional and dynamic expression, stage skills, etc. The main principles in solving musical and pedagogical issues of vocal education are the harmonious development of musical and creative abilities of vocal students in the process of developing general vocal culture, comprehensive development of individual qualities of vocalists.The study of scientific works allowed us to determine the essence of the concept of “professional competence of the future teacher-musician”, which includes a system of theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities, experience, pedagogical abilities, important personal and professional qualities to ensure the successful self-realization of the future teacher in music education. The prospects of scientific research on the introduction of innovative learning technologies into the educational process, the search for ways of creative self-realization of experts in the art industry with an emphasis on personal and professional development have been outlined.

The article presents the problem of forming the lexicographical competence in the system of professional training of the future teacher at the lessons of the philological cycle. By way of studying and analyzing scientific and technical literature the author defines the main directions of native electronic linguodidactics in general and the development and implementation of electronic lexicographical works for educational purposes in particular. To form the lexicographical competence the authors offer to use the informational technology, in particular the system of exercises and tasks of work with electronic dictionaries. The formed lexicographical competence indicates the high level of the future specialists’ language competence, defines the proper level of the development of the students’ lexicographical culture. The relevance of the work is conditioned by the need of forming the lexicographic competence that defines the level of language culture of the future primary school teacher.

The article considers the genesis of the concept of «interactivity» in modern psychological, pedagogical and methodological research. It is determined that interactivity runs through the entire history of pedagogical education. The paper analyzes the concept of «interactivity» in pedagogy, methods of teaching foreign languages, programming, telecommunications, multimedia, design, cultural studies, literature, sociology. The purpose of the educational process is to prepare future teachers for professional activities in rapidly changing conditions, the formation of thinking as a factor in the formation of the modern personality of the future teacher and the introduction of democratic values in future teachers of the new generation. It is noted that the competence approach in the organization of the educational process requires the teacher to change the learning process: its structure, forms of organization of activities, the principles of interaction of subjects. It is established that in interactive learning the interaction of the teacher and the future teacher changes: the activity of the teacher gives way to the activity of future teachers, and the task of the teacher is to create conditions for their initiative. The learning process is organized in such a way that almost all its participants are involved in the process of cognition, they have an opportunity to understand and reflect on what they know and think. It is found that the peculiarity of interactive methods is the high level of mutually directed activity of the subjects of interaction, emotional, spiritual unity of the participants.

The article includes a comprehensive analysis of the specifics of the system of active learning methods and a description of its resources in the professional training of future specialists in the context of modern modernization of higher education. Based on the results of the analysis of current trends in the development of a variety of technologies and formats of training in higher education, the criteria for determining their feasibility are identified. The paper presents an overview of the significant psychological characteristics of the teacher, acting as internal determinants of successful activity based on active learning methods. Various components of students' project activity are considered. The advantages of active teaching methods in the development of professional thinking, reflection of students' experience and competencies in ensuring the productivity of their advancement in educational and professional activities are revealed. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, the article describes the content features of modern students ' ideas about the resources and risks of active learning methods for their role in achieving a high level of professional competence development. The psychological factors that determine the success of the use of active learning methods in professional education are identified.

  The article reveals the model of professional competence formation of the future teachers of art and the aesthetic cycle of specialized training in institutions of secondary education. The integral model forms a construct with interconnected blocks: target, conceptual, substantive, procedural, and effective. The structural components of the model are established: components, principles, approaches, organizational and pedagogical conditions, criteria, and levels formation of professional competence of future teachers of art aesthetic cycle of specialized training. Today, a modern aviation specialist needs to have a high level of professional skills, psychophysiological reliability, general culture, skills to work in a team, skills to work with a modern amount of information, non-traditionally approach to solving various extreme situations, as well as to be able to organize professional activities on a prognostic basis. During the information explosion, accompanied by the latest technologies of priority in professional training of cadets, are tasked - to form skills of self-education, to instill the need for self-perfection, to teach the cadets of probable stylish thinking, quick perception of new ideas.Professional and personal development of the future aircraft in educational activities are the requirement of the present. The achievement of this goal is closely linked to the increase of the role of independence of cadets in educational activities. Independent educational activity is capable of determining the success of professional development of future aircrafts. It depends on the level of its development it depends on the formation of subjects of the cadet. Manifesting the independence of cadets in educational activities, their creative independent activity is a major factor in effective professional development. In this approach, the result of independent activity is not only educational tasks, but also formed subjects of the cadet, its ability to solve problem situations independently, reflect, self-motivate and self-regulate their own actions, and thus enrich individual experience in professional growth. To do this, it is necessary to provide relevant pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the independent training activities of future aircrafts. In our opinion, its effectiveness can be provided by adequate adaptation of the educational burden to the individual characteristics of cadets and the formation of an individual algorithm for independent educational activity.The overwhelming majority of modern researchers determine the independence of students in educational activity as quality, the property of the person, which it uses both tools to achieve a certain educational and cognitive goal, and which needs to be purposefully formed. Independence, thus, is the result of this activity. The ability of a person to identify independence in educational independence for its own self-development is an important argument, because through the autonomy of future aircrafts it is possible to intensify the mechanisms of professional self-development.

The article considers the problem of the future diplomat self-development professional training. With the development of the humanistic paradigm of education the forming an active, creative personality became relevant. The personality of a specialist in the field of international relations must distinguish between clear goals and socially significant value orientations, a creative attitude to work, the desire for high productivity, for continuous self-development. It is found that the main feature of man, which determines the significant characteristics of his nature, is the system-forming unity of a special objectively given creative activity – activity and subjectivity, which contains the need, need, ability and ability to change, expand, design such activities, attitude to it as a condition of their existence and their growth and development in it. A clear idea of the future diplomat about his professional future, the ability to build their professional and educational space at different stages of professional development and willingness to be realized in it is a diagnosed result of personal self-development during training. The self-development of the future diplomat promotes a high level of self-improvement and self-realization in future professional activity. The complexity of a diplomat's professional activity involves a specially organized space for professional training. The formation of such a space consists of several conditions: strategic – approaches, conceptual positions that determine the result, and technical – technologies of professional training in higher education institutions. Introspection is an important thing in self-realization. First, it helps the future diplomat to adapt to the conditions of the living environment. Secondly, it is the basis of the dynamics and development of self-awareness of the future diplomat, which allows you to change your perception of yourself and attitude to yourself in the process of life. Thirdly, it puts the future diplomat in an active position concerning his life, making him a subject of his life (a subjective life position is formed).

The article considers the problem of training an engineer-teacher of the food industry, in particular the peculiarities of the organization of independent work, which contributes to the formation of general and professional competences in the process of solving professional problems. Attention is paid to clarifying the role of independent work in the formation of general and professional competences, determining effective ways to implement it in the process of professional education of future specialists in the food industry. Types of tasks for independent work are characterized, attention is focused on their activity character.To optimize independent work, the use of educational, cognitive and practical tasks aimed at transmitting, organizing, transcoding information and related to the interpretation, analysis and generalization of information, which should be addressed in the process of working with textbooks and educational literature, in the process of independent observations, execution of graphic works are suggested.Independent work involves the implementation of various types of tasks (reproductive, as per the sample, reconstructive-variable, partial-search, educational-research), aimed at obtaining new knowledge, their systematization and generalization; formation of practical skills and abilities; control of student readiness for lectures, seminars, defense of laboratory and practical works, other control measures.The peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in higher education, which should be built so as to develop the ability to learn, to form in future engineers-teachers the ability for self-development, creative application of knowledge, ways to adapt to professional activities are considered. The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological achievements on the problem of the law bachelors’ professional competence forming. The meaning of the term “professional competence” is clarified, it means an integrative systemic state of a person and reflects his professional activity. It was found that professional competence is considered as a process of manifestation of a kind of individual professional activity of the subject, which is determined by individual ways of self-expression in the professional direction.The concept of “law bachelors’ professional competence” is clarified, by this we mean a complex of individual-psychological set of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and significant personal qualities that determine the readiness of a specialist for active work. It was found that the students readiness for professional activity includes the following features of the future specialists: active attitude to professional activity, passion for the process; implementation of an orderly set of actions; ability to feel pleasure from professional training, professional activity; stable mental state of the future specialist, i.e. the ability to clearly and confidently direct their actions in professional activities, to show erudition in the chosen field of activity; individual psychological properties that relate to the requirements of professional activity to the chosen professionKey words: readiness, competence, professional competence, bachelor, bachelor of law, law bachelors’ professional competence.
