The article considers the problem of the future diplomat self-development professional training. With the development of the humanistic paradigm of education the forming an active, creative personality became relevant. The personality of a specialist in the field of international relations must distinguish between clear goals and socially significant value orientations, a creative attitude to work, the desire for high productivity, for continuous self-development. It is found that the main feature of man, which determines the significant characteristics of his nature, is the system-forming unity of a special objectively given creative activity – activity and subjectivity, which contains the need, need, ability and ability to change, expand, design such activities, attitude to it as a condition of their existence and their growth and development in it. A clear idea of the future diplomat about his professional future, the ability to build their professional and educational space at different stages of professional development and willingness to be realized in it is a diagnosed result of personal self-development during training. The self-development of the future diplomat promotes a high level of self-improvement and self-realization in future professional activity. The complexity of a diplomat's professional activity involves a specially organized space for professional training. The formation of such a space consists of several conditions: strategic – approaches, conceptual positions that determine the result, and technical – technologies of professional training in higher education institutions. Introspection is an important thing in self-realization. First, it helps the future diplomat to adapt to the conditions of the living environment. Secondly, it is the basis of the dynamics and development of self-awareness of the future diplomat, which allows you to change your perception of yourself and attitude to yourself in the process of life. Thirdly, it puts the future diplomat in an active position concerning his life, making him a subject of his life (a subjective life position is formed).

ntroduction. In the process of professional training, there are qualitative changes in the professional development of the individual, because it is during this period that the basic identification characteristics that determine her propensity for the future profession are formed. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the conceptual foundations of pro-fessional training of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy. Methods. Analysis of scientific methodological literature. Results. In the course of the research the three main stages of forming the professional identity of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy are distinguished and characterized. Important in shaping the professional identity of future speci-?lists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is involved in specialized trainings, during which the future specialist compares professional value orientations with their own capabilities, realities of professional activity and interpersonal relationships. Due to the factors of cooperation, dialogue, activity–creative approach, individuality and freedom of de-velopment, choice of content and forms of training, approaches have some common features: psychological basis of educational activity of future specialists; focus on the formation of professional qualities; combination, integrated use of components, principles, criteria, learning tools, methods and different technologies. Originality. The basic provisions of the conception of formation of professional identity of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy in higher education institutions are developed. Conclusion. On the basis of the conducted research it is established that at the present stage of development of psychological and pedagogical science methodological and textological material is accumulated, contains various complementary theoretical and practical approaches to the study of professional identity, but differentiates the object of study various aspects of scientific phenomenon and "identity". The organization of vocational training, taking into account the provisions developed, will contribute to the formation of professional identity of future physical therapists and ergotherapists.

The article deals with the problem of professional training of future specialists of preschool education to professional activity, features of the value aspect in the process of professional training of the future teacher of preschool educational institution are highlighted, peculiarities of using poetic word as a means of formation of value orientations of future educators in the process of their vocational and pedagogical preparation are substantiated. The content of concepts "value orientations", "poetic word" is revealed. It is proved that despite modern advances in the field of science, technology and the realm of culture, along with innovations, in the arsenal of educational means a significant role belongs to the poetic word.

In the article the author shows the peculiarities of the development of socio-professional maturity of the future pedagogue in the context of pedagogical acmeology. Therefore, there is an urgent need to optimize the process of professional training of future lecturers on the basis of a new methodology that would combine personal and professional development in the educational process, direct professional self-determination and self-improvement of the future specialist, promote their self-realization and professional development. We believe that the process of professional training of future pedagogues should be based on the developed acmeogram and professiogram, model the professional and personal development of the specialist in accordance with the content and objectives of professional activity. The article discusses the problem of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking. The concept of «professional thinking of the Technology teacher» is clarified, which is considered as the features of the teacher’s thinking, letting him/her perform professional and pedagogical tasks successfully at a high level of mastery: quickly, accurately solve both the ordinary and extraordinary tasks of teaching and upbringing students in an original way. It has been established that the professional training of Technology teachers is a multi-faceted and time-consuming process. On the one hand, the student must master various work operations and technological processes at the industrial level or close to it, and on the other hand it must have general pedagogical knowledge and methods of their sharing. The peculiarities of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking are determined by their activity specifics, which is defined by the goals, tasks, content, external and internal conditions, means, difficulties, features of the mental processes occurrence, motivation displays, the state of a person and a team towards the implementation of management and guidance. That is why the formation of the Technology teachers’ professional thinking should be carried out in an integral system of educational process at a pedagogical institution of higher education, and the methods of teaching students technologies to solve pedagogical tasks should be widely used at training sessions and pedagogical practices, contributing to the professional thinking formation. Moreover the research proves the necessity of wider informational technologies elements’ application with the use of computerized and audio-visual complexes as leading means and a leader, which allow synthesizing the intellectual components of professional thinking and activating its structural components development. The benefit of the article is the defined conditions for the formation of the future Technology teachers professional thinking, they are: a motivation, new means of mastering professional activity, a mental activity intensification, the scientifically substantiated selection of educational material, students’ age possibilities and individual peculiarities. As a result, the article reveals the need to include the material that reflects the specifics of the future Technology teachers professional thinking formation to the content of their subject and psychological and pedagogical training, as well as to combine individual and collective forms of students' work in the process of forming a professional thinking and to carry out a step-by-step control and correction of the future Technology teacher professional thinking formation.

This article discusses auto-psychological competence as a system of characteristics that provide a high level of professional competence. Determination of the auto-psychological competence is connected with the fact that a person involved in professional activities should know his / her individual characteristics, abilities and inclinations and use them as means of realizing this activity. In addition, the auto-psychological competence acts as a factor contributing to the professional development of a person, where decisive importance is acquired to: need for self-organization in professional activities, independence and self-responsibility of the future teacher. The auto-psychological competence as a component of professional competence contributes to the conscious perception of the future teacher of their activities and, accordingly, allows them to manage the processes of self-development and self-education in professional activities, as well as provides a concentration of individual experience for solving professional problems.

Conditions for improving the professional training of future social pedagogues are considered. Contradictions in the professional training of future social educators are analyzed. The results of a statement experiment are presented, which confirm the need to improve the professional training of future social educators. Thus, the majority (69%) of students showed a low level of readiness for professional activity; middle level - is 23%. Only 8% of students belong to a high level of professional readiness, which implies the following components: formation of clear plans for the realization of their own identity in the future; implementation of real practical steps to achieve them. Those students are characterized by social activity (participation in scientific competitions, projects, etc.) and an active attitude to one's own life; use of interest classes as a mechanism for implementing their plans; have formed a subjective position in the interaction and use rational their free time. The concept of "social and psychological conditions" is specified and the necessity of realization of such social and psychological conditions is substantiated. First, the inclusion of the future professional in various activities in which professional knowledge is acquired, skills are formed and, as a result, self-confidence emerges. These types of activities include volunteering in various organizations that solve socio-pedagogical problems, participation in international and domestic projects, organizations, student associations. Secondly, it is creating opportunities to attract various material resources, lobbying for socio-pedagogical work and attracting public attention to them. One of the methods that helped to implement these areas was the method of project creation and obtaining grants for their implementation. Learning to create socio-pedagogical projects, students get acquainted with the specifics of defining the purpose of projects, structure, tasks, principles of selection of project activities, the rules of preparing a project work plan and budget, improve skills to predict results and efficiency. Third, we identified the need to form a worldview of students, which involves the development of leadership skills, a positive attitude to life, a responsible attitude to their own mental and physical health.

The article considers the psychological and pedagogical conditions of personal and professional self-improvement of future professionals, including psychology students. Such conditions include technologies of self-education and self-education, specially designed forms, methods and approaches of interactive work, focused on stimulating of motivation and expanding of self-development resources. In the process of professional training of future psychologists, specially designed training sessions are crucial if specific content and methodological requirements for targeted training of personal and professional self-development are taken into account. Usually such training is realized by activating the internal factors of self-improvement process, one of which is internality - a personal property that acquires special significance in the context of the specifics of a psychologist’s professional activity. It is assumed that an effective psychological and pedagogical condition for the formation of internality as a factor of future psychologists’ personal and professional self-development is a specially organized educational activities of students. In this regard, a special training course "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the future psychologists’ internality formation" was designed. The methodological basis of special training course is a personal-acmeological approach and experimentally substantiated data concerning the results and means of applicants’ for higher education personal and professional self-development. The purpose, tasks, psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of students’ internality by educational materials are formulated. The structure of the special course, the content of classroom and independent work are revealed, the forms of control are offered. The content and methodological features of the special course, which contribute to the formation of internality as a factor of future psychologists’ readiness for personal and professional self-development, and the expected learning outcomes are highlighted.

The article describes the possibility of providing pedagogical conditions to involve the future PE teachers into the system of multicultural relations. This system determines the quality of physical culture and self-development of the learner in models and means of self-expression and self-realization, cooperation and socialization. Specific features of professional training and organization of practice in obtaining professional skills and experience of professional activity determine the process and the content of the process of shaping the teacher's personality, which will enable them to independently solve the developmental tasks for their future students. Pedagogical conditions for the preparation of the PE teacher for physical training and self-development of their future students depends on the successful solution of the following tasks: personified use of the foundations of pedagogical modeling and constructs of pedagogical activity in vocational training. The paper features the concept of "pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future PE teacher for the physical training and self-development of their students". It stresses the possibility of personified solution of the task in the structure of continuous professional education of teachers.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the important tasks of training the future manager of the economic sector, taking into account the creative nature of his professional activity. According to the author, the creative potential of the future manager should also be considered as one of the drivers of self-development, a factor of self-motivation. The active manifestation of a young person's creative inclinations indicates that he is psychologically attuned to change, the source of which is himself, and the object - both the external and internal world. Creative ideas can positively affect the development of the enterprise, first of all, when the manager acts in close cooperation with other managers, does not distinguish himself as an unusual, gifted person, is able not only to admire attractive prospects, but to defend them throughout their implementation, able to reformat it at any stage if the need for such steps has become apparent.The active manifestation of a young person's creative inclinations indicates that he is psychologically attuned to change, the source of which is himself, and the object - both the external and internal world.The article substantiates the need to emphasize in the system of training the manager of the economic sector the creative nature of his professional activity. Peculiarities of formation of creative personality are considered and its important characteristics in the context of professional tasks of the manager-economist are specified. The expediency of using various forms of educational modeling, quasi-professional activity with different degrees of abstraction, which will expand students' understanding of the essence of the chosen profession, increase the field of choice of personality-attractive forms of educational material and didactic interaction.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню феномену суб’єктної позиції особистості майбутньго фахівця.  Актуалізовано  проблему   розвитку  суб’єктної  позиції   в   середовищі   вищої  школи,   оскільки   втрата  суб’єктних проявів особистості є переважаючими характеристиками багатьох студентів вузів. Здійснено  аналіз  та  систематизацію  характеристик  означеного  поняття  у  розумінні  низкою  вчених.  Уточнено  поняття суб’єктної позиції студента, сутність якого полягає у системі особистісно-значущих, ціннісно- смислових ставлень до процесу навчання, до обраної професії, до себе як до фахівця і до свого майбутнього  професійного шляху, спрямованих на саморозвиток та самоактуалізацію. Суб’єктна позиція реалізується у  таких  критеріях  та  показниках,  як:  ціннісні  орієнтації,  що  відображають  осмисленість  минулого,  теперішнього життя та майбутніх перспектив; характер мотивів учбово-професійної діяльності, що  передбачає     наявність     внутрішньої     мотивації     учбово-професійної     діяльності;     прагнення     до  самоактуалізації, яка є провідним мотивом, що спонукає до максимальних досягнень у майбутній професії  через    самопізнання,    саморозвиток,    самовдосконалення,    самозміну,    самоздійснення;    властивості  особистості як суб’єкта діяльності, які генералізуються в таких якостях, як активність, відповідальність  та автономність; локус контролю, який передбачає взяття на себе відповідальності за події власного  життя та пояснення їх власною поведінкою, волею, прагненнями, можливостями та адекватно оціненими  здібностями;  саморегуляція,  яка  реалізується  в  уміннях  усвідомлювати,  контролювати  та  коригувати  власну  поведінку; самоставлення  як  здатність  поважати  і  цінувати  себе  таким,  який є,  розуміючи  і  приймаючи як свої можливості, так і обмеження, та рефлексивність, що виявляється в адекватній оцінці  та осмисленні власних професійних можливостей.  This article is devoted to studying the phenomenon of the subjective position of the future specialist. The  problem of the development of a subjective position in a higher school is outlined because the loss of subjective  manifestations  of  personality characterized  most  of the  students.  It  have been  analysed  and  systematized  the  characteristics of the concept in the understanding of a number of scientists on a theoretical level. Elaborated  concept of «subjective position of the student» the main point of which is  the system of meaningful, valuable and  semantic attitudes to the learning, to the chosen profession, to himself as a specialist and to the own future  professional way that are aimed at self-development and self-actualization. It realizes in such criteria and indicators  as a value orientations that are shows meaningfulness of the past, present life and future prospects; the character of  the  motives  of educational  and  professional  activity  that  are  assumes  the  presence  of  internal  motivation  of  educational and professional activity; the desire for self-actualization is a main cause that motivates for the best  achievements in the future profession by self-knowledge, self-development, self-improvement, self-change, self- realization; humans features as a subject of activity  are generalizes in such qualities as activity, responsibility and  autonomy;  locus  of  control  which  is  involve  an  acceptance  responsibility  for  events  of  their  own  lives  and  explanation of their own behavior, will, aspirations; the self-regulation which is realized in the ability of  self  controlling; the self attitude as  the ability to respect and appreciate himself  understanding and accepting own  possibilities and as the limitation and reflexivity that appears in realizing of adequate assessment of personal  professionals’ skills
