The problem that occurs in the education world right now is the low learning outcomes and student creativity. Based on references, the roles playing method is an effective learning method for increasing student creativity and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the roles playing method on creativity and student learning outcomes and to find out the effectiveness of the roles playing method on learning the immune system. This research is a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The population are all students of grade 11 in MIA MAN 2 Semarang 2018/2019 school year. The sample is determined by purposive sampling and 2 classes have selected as the experimental class and the control class. In this study the experimental class carried out immune system learning using the roles playing method while the control class used the lecture method. The results showed that 85.56% of the experimental class students has creativity with creative to very creative categories while the control class is only 41.67% of students included in the creative and very creative categories. Student learning outcomes data show that the classical learning completeness of the experimental class is higher than the control class with a difference of 36.12%. The average value of learning outcomes and the average N-Gain score of the experimental class students also have a higher average value of the control class. The implementation of learning the roles playing method gained a score of 95.56%. Based on the description it can be concluded that the role playing method is effective on the creativity and learning outcomes of high school students and it can be concluded that the role playing method is effectively applied to learning the immune system because the results of the study already meet all the indicators that have been set.

This type of research is class action research (PTK). This research aims to improve students ' learning outcomes by using the Inside Outside Circle theme of my residence in the sub I'm proud of my place to stay class IV Elementary school 068003 Medan Year learning 2018/2019. The subject in this study was a grade IV student of SD Negeri 068003 Medan which numbered 22 people consisting of 12 male students and 10 female students. The study consists of two cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of a one-time meeting. To obtain data during the study post-test used twice in two cycles to determine the increase in student learning outcomes and the teacher activity observation sheet to determine the effectiveness of models used by teachers and sheets Students to learn the extent to which students can apply a learning model that is conceived in the learning process. The results showed that by using the Inside Outside Circle model in Cycle 1, the average student learning results were 64.54% or about 54.55% of students who completed the results of 12 students. The results on this I cycle have not yet reached the expected outcome level. It is done cycle II and the average value of student learning outcomes is 81.27% with a percentage of 90.90% of students who have completed a total value of 20 students. Thus there is an increase in student learning outcomes of 90.90%. Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the use of the Inside Outside Circle model can improve the learning outcomes of grade IV students of elementary School 068003 Medan year of learning 2018/2019.

This study aims to describe the application of the cooperative learning model of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type assisted by manipulative learning media to improve student learning outcomes in shape material. This study involved 29 elementary grade VI students as a research sample and used a pre-experimental research type with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Student mathematics learning outcomes data obtained from student learning outcomes tests consisting of 10 breakdown questions and analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. To see an increase in student mathematics learning outcomes can be interpreted using normalized gain (N-gain). From the results of data analysis, it is obtained that: (1) the average value of student learning outcomes before applying the TAI learning model assisted by manipulative media is 42.21 with a low category; (2) the average value of learning outcomes after applying the TAI learning model assisted by manipulative media is 74.76 with a high category; (3) hypothesis test results obtained tcount> t table (13,589> 2,048) and the significance value is 0,000 <0.05 so that Ha (Ha: µ1 <µ2) is accepted; (4) increase in the value of pretest and posttest with gain index (d) of 0.56 with the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the TAI type can improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students in grade VI in shape material. Therefore, this type of TAI cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative learning model that can be used in order to improve student learning outcomes
