After a year and a half of online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning is limited to taking into account strict health procedures. Limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) is not necessarily the same as face-to-face learning before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, because it contains elements that collaborate face-to-face learning with online learning, which in contemporary terms is called hybrid learning. Therefore, the intensification of face-to-face learning activities is a determinant of learning success so that the learning outcomes obtained by students can be maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an increase in learning outcomes in Understanding Ball Throwing Techniques through the application of the Snowball Throwing Cooperative model in grade 3-A students of SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43, Semampir sub-district, Surabaya City with a two-cycle action research mechanism. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes in Understanding Ball Throwing Techniques through the application of the Snowball Throwing Cooperative model in grade 3-A students of SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya.

The low learning motivation of students in the learning process. The initial motivation of students is 69% (less), namely out of 14 students, only four students meet the indicators of success. It is because teachers still dominate teaching and learning activities so that learning is teacher-centered. In the learning process, some students did not pay attention to the lessons given by the teacher. This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning achievement of students through the cooperative model of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions type assisted by audio-visual media. This type of research is classroom action research. The research procedure was carried out in two cycles. The source of the data taken is the entire class V, totaling 14 students. Data collection methods used are documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed an increase in student motivation. Students' learning motivation in the first cycle reached 74% (enough) as many as 8 students had met the success indicators, and in the second cycle, it was 81% (good) as many as 12 students had met the success indicators. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the Student Teams Achievement Divisions type cooperative model can increase students' motivation and learning achievement.

Abstract: Technological advances can help learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The development of internet-based technology provides zoom video conference applications. The use of zoom helps teachers and students in virtual face-to-face interactions separated by space and distance. The Who Am I cooperative model uses zoom meetings to stimulate student literacy in online learning so as to increase literacy during the Covid 19 pandemic. Literacy stimulation is an inner drive (without coercion) to carry out reading and writing activities. Who Am I model that uses game tournaments as a learning-while-playing strategy. Learning while playing is able to provide a good stimulus for literacy activities. The characteristics of the Who Am I learning model provide a stimulus to literacy. These characteristics are: 1) learning in groups, 2) learning while playing, 3) fun learning, 4) learning vocabulary mastery.
