ABTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lemahnya guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Dusun Tuo Kecamatan Keloyang Kabupaten Indragiri hulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, pada siklus I, dari 5 aspek yang dinilai yaitu, kesesuaian dengan format penilaian, relevansi antara waktu dengan bahan ajar, pembukaan, kegiatan inti, dan penutup mendapat nilai rata-rta sebesar 65 dengan persentase 64.96% dengan kategori cukup. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, hasil penilaian rata-rata dari 15 guru meningkat, menjadi sebesar 89 dengan persentase 88.96% dengan kategori amat baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan supervise akademik di SD Negeri 004 Dusun Tuo Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru. ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in choosing learning models in 004 State Primary School in Dusun Tuo, Keloyang Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competency in choosing learning models. This type of research is School Action Research which consists of two cycles. The results showed, in the first cycle, from 5 aspects assessed, namely, conformity with the format of the assessment, the relevance between time and teaching materials, opening, core activities, and closing received an average value of 65 with a percentage of 64.96% with sufficient categories. After repairs in the second cycle, the results of the average assessment of 15 teachers increased, to 89 by 88.96% with a very good category. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that by implementing academic supervision in 004 Public Primary School, Dusun Tuo, Kelayang Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu can improve teacher competence in choosing learning models.Keywords: Academic supervision, teacher competence.

This research reveals the teacher's low ability in preparing Classroom Action Research Proposals (CAR). This proved to be the absence of teachers who submitted classroom action research proposals in the last 2 years. This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the application of group guidance in an effort to improve teacher competence in the preparation of CAR proposals. This research was carried out in the guiding process at the regular meeting of Subject Teachers at Neger 06 Bengkulu Utara Middle School. The School Action Research is conducted in two cycles, where each cycle has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results in the study are: 1). The indicator of success in the study is: if 10% of the number of coaching participants have obtained an average value of ≥ 85, 2). cycle II obtained supervisor observation data (4.22), teacher observation (4.14), classical work results (84.02). Indicators of success have exceeded School Action Research declared successful. 3). Very effective group guidance in an effort to improve competency in the preparation of CAR proposals reaching 90% of the total number of participants has succeeded in developing CAR proposals as expected.Keywords: Group Guidance, competence, CAR

This research was motivated by the low competence of teachers in developing learning models. This researchwas conducted at SD Negeri 009 Seberang Teluk. This study uses school action research (PTS) which consists oftwo cycles. The results of the study indicate that the readiness of teachers to attend workshops in the first cyclehas not met the criteria for success in all aspects, with the achievement of success has not been achieved. In thesecond cycle, the readiness of teachers to attend the workshop has met the criteria of success for all aspects withthe categories already achieved. But it has not been fully achieved one hundred percent. The results of theteacher competency assessment in preparing the learning model in cycle I, get an average score of 65 teacherswith C qualifications with enough categories. After the second cycle, the average value of the teacher in thelearning model is 88 with a qualification of A with a very good category. Based on the results of the researchthat has been carried out it can be concluded that through workshops can improve teacher competency in thelearning model in SD Negeri 009 Seberang Teluk.

This research is motivated by the still many weaknesses found in teachers, especially in the preparation of learning implementation plans. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competency in preparing plans for implementing learning through academic supervision. This research was conducted at 004 Sungai Manau Elementary School with 9 teachers. This study uses a school action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of the research prove, in the first cycle, the average value of the overall teacher in preparing the implementation of learning plans amounted to 67.5 with enough assessment categories. After conducting the assessment in the second cycle, the results of the assessment of the preparation of the learning implementation plan increased to 88.4 with a very good category. It can be concluded that through academic supervision in 004 Sungai Manau State Elementary School can increase teacher competence in developing learning implementation plans.

This school action research (PTS) aims to improve teachers' ability in making RPP through clinical supervision.This research is conducted in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection, anddone in two cycles. The first cycle of researchers directly observed the increase in teacher competence in makingRPP. Results from the observation of the overall teacher's RPP assessment in cycle I showed a mean score of72,1% with good rating category. In cycle II the average value of teachers in making RPP is 86% with thecategory of assessment is very good. The improvement of teacher's RPP assessment per cycle also increased, ieclass I, II, IV, and V teachers showed an increase in scoring score of two points or 16,7 ,. while grade 3 andgrade 6 teachers showed an increase of one point or 8,4%. This proves that the implementation of clinicalsupervision can improve the competence of teachers in the preparation of learning tools.

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences fourth grade students of Public Primary School 003 Sukajadi with a total of 27 students, consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. This study uses classroom action research with important stages such as planning, implementation, practice, and reflection. The results of this study show, judging by the basic score, the average value of students is 64.37, with students completing 13 people or 48.14%. after the first cycle, the average value of students has increased to 76.45 while students who completed it became 19 people or 70.3%. while the second cycle, the average value increased to 80.39 with students completing 23 people or 85.18%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the inquiry learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences in fourth grade students of Public Primary School 003 Sukajadi.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang mencakup kegiatan perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), observasi (observation), refleksi (reflection) atau evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dilihat dari skor dasar siswa yang tuntas sebesar 13 orang dengan persentase 46%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus I, hasil belajar siswa meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang tuntas sebesar 20 orang atau 71%. Sedangkan pada siklus II, hasil belajar siswa kembali meningkat menjadi 28 orang siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 100%. Dari analisis hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pemebelajaran Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas II SDN 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Kata kunci: model picture and picture, hasil belajar IPA. ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes with the application of a picture and picture learning model in class III 004 Cendirejo Public Primary School Pasir Penyu District. This research is a classroom action research that includes planning, action, observation, reflection or evaluation activities. The results showed, seen from the basic score of students who completed at 13 people with a percentage of 46%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning outcomes increase, this is evidenced by students who complete by 20 people or 71%. While in the second cycle, student learning outcomes again increased to 28 students who completed a percentage of 100%. From the analysis of the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the Picture and Picture learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences class II 004 Public Primary School Cendirejo Pasir Penyu District Indragiri Hulu.Keywords: model picture and picture, learning outcomes of Natural Sciences.

This article aimed to improve the understanding of the concept of purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III through the application of information multiliterasi learning models. This research was  classroom action research. This research was conducted in three cycles. The results showed that the percentage of classical completeness in the first cycle has average 63.2 with the percentage of classical completeness which was 48.5%. In the second cycle the average score of students were 70 with the percentage of classical completeness  63.6%. In the third cycle the average value of students were  81.2 with the percentage of classical completeness 87.9%. Then it can be concluded that the application of the multiliteration learning model of information on social studies subjects has success to increase the understanding of the concept purchase and sale in class III Elementary School of Mekarjaya III District Majalengka. This research type is Classroom Action Research with student population of sixth semester Graha Nusantara University which amounted to 26 people with object model of learning using problem based instruction as an effort to improve concept understanding student study on vector analysis course. The results showed the results of concept comprehension siclus I test with problem-based instruction obtained percentage of 69.23% sufficient criteria and on the second siclus obtained percentage of 84.62% good criteria. Based on the observation of student activity on the first cycle obtained student activity levels of 70.56% with sufficient category and on the second cycle increased student activity to 86.68% with good category. As for the observation of lecturer ability of cycle I obtained the average value 3,428571 with the category of "Good" and cycle II increased to 4.107143 with the category of "Good". The conclusion of this study is the use of problem based instruction learning models can improve students' understanding of concepts in vektor analysis subjects.

Madrasah action research is one of the efforts of the madrasa / Madrasah head in improving the system and learning tools to achieve optimal learning outcomes by teachers who have high competence. This study aims to determine the implementation and results achieved in academic supervision to improve teacher competency in MIN 1 Gunungkidul. The objects in this study were 12 class teachers and 1 PAI teacher. The methodology used is the academic supervision and approaches implemented in two cycles, with each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in teacher competence from the results of academic supervision of 13 teachers who were the object of research experiencing increased ability to plan and implement learning. The following capabilities characterize competency enhancement: 1) making lesson plans that are by the rules of curriculum 013, 2) implementing the learning process by the syllabus and lesson plans, and 3) implementing the assessment by the assessment standards.

This research is to find out the improvement of teacher competency in preparing the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through mentoring in MIN 1 Southwest Aceh 2018/2019 Academic Year. The subject of this school action research is Teachers MIN 1 Southwest Aceh. The number of teachers is 8 with a total of 1 male and 7 female. This School Action Research was conducted in Sep-tember to November of the 2018/2019 academic year Odd semester. The methodology of this study is the School Action Research (PTS) consisting of two cycles and each cycle consists of one meeting. In each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research procedure consisted of pre-research, planning cycle one, implementing cycle one, observing cycle one, reflection cycle one, planning cycle two, implementing cycle action two, observing cycle two and reflection cycle two. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and discussion. Observation data was carried out by filling out the teacher motivation questionnaire and guidelines for evaluating the 2013 curriculum RPP. Through mentoring, it could improve the motivation and competence of teachers in preparing the 2013 Curriculum RPP completely in MIN 1 Southwest Aceh 2018/2019 Academic Year. This can be proven from the results of observations / observations which show that an increase in teach-er competence in preparing the 2013 Curriculum RPP from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle the average value of the 2013 curriculum curriculum RPP components was 69% and in the second cycle 83%. So, there was a 14% increase from cycle I.
