Application of Information Systems becomes an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage, thus becoming the highest priorities. Assessment Information System is a system studied its impact on user satisfaction in the neighborhood of Al-Huda School. In this study tested the effect of the quality of information systems against user satisfaction using the basic method of success DeLone and McLean. This study uses a quantitative approach to mapping the characteristics of the data by means of descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Quality System (X1) and quality information (X2) effect either jointly against user satisfaction (Y) Information System Assessment. T significant value to the quality of the system is smaller than the specified α (α = 0.05) is 0.000. In addition, the results of this test also showed the value of t is greater than t table (2.871> 1.686) for the quality of the information system, Based on the test results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Significance for 0,000 t of quality information. So the probability value 0.00 <0.005 and t value greater than t table (2.973> 1.686), so it can be decided that H1 is accepted. This means that the quality of information has positive influence on user satisfaction, the results of the study also concluded that the quality of the information system has a dominant influence on user satisfaction.

Quality of information system is reviewed by many as critically important for most if not all organizations to review their return on their investment in information system (IS) technology. Currently, there are numerous works of literature addressing factors or techniques for measuring system quality – business benefits, user satisfaction, or usage among others. This paper is evaluating the quality of information systems- self-services (Mawared) at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) using the Dillon and McLean Model. Intrinsically, information systems (IS) vary depending on the industry they are applied, for example, in this research, the IS under review as an educational-based information system. This paper aims to explore the relationships of information system quality and its main outcomes which are expected or were proposed for the IS. Subsequently, this paper focuses on the self-service information system, its quality. The research uses questionnaires for its research methodology that are distributed out to the faculty members in College of Business Administration at PSAU. The findings of this study indicate to a positive and high degrees of satisfaction among the faculty members towards Mawared as a self-service quality information system for the academic year 2020-2021. Moreover, it provides new insights into the efficacy of selected determines of information system quality and user satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of information quality, information system quality and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of regional management information systems (SIMDA). Data are collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the Head of Financial Subdivision, Treasurer of Revenue, Treasurer of Expenditures, and Operators SIMDA to the Regional Government of Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that information quality, information system quality, and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on SIMDA user satisfaction. Thus, the better the quality of information, the quality of information systems, and perceived usefulness, it will increase SIMDA user satisfaction. Etik Ipda Riyani: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the success of the implementation of the information system e-SPT Sales Tax (e-SPT PPN) to tax compliance. The model used in the study was the model of success of information systems updated D & M IS Success Model. This model is based on six measures of success is the quality information system (System Quality), the quality of information (Information Quality), quality of service (Service Quality), user interest (Intention to Use), the satisfaction of users (User Satisfaction), and tax compliance. The population of this research is all taxpayer is incorporated and registered in Madya Tax Office A and B. Researchers using simple random sampling in the sampling. The analytical tool used in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis).The results showed the successful implementation of the information system e-SPT PPN with dimensions System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, Intention to Use and User Satisfaction effect on Tax Compliance.Key words: the success of information systems, e-SPT VAT, tax compliance

Measurement of the quality of information systems is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the system as a consideration for companies to develop the information system. This research aims to apply and test the Service Quality method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Indihome Dunsanak Information System Provisioning Monitor (SIMIDUN) to serve as a benchmark for system developers to develop Indihome Dunsanak's Information System Provisioning Minitor. The data used in this study is data about the details of items or indicators contained in the application to be evaluated, by distributing questionnaires to system users. Data processing is done using the Service Quality method, then the data is processed by calculating the perception value and the expected value based on the questionnaire that has been distributed then calculating the gap score to make a cartesian diagram. The results obtained in the evaluation of user satisfaction information system provisioning indihome dunsanak based on Distribution and Percentage of User Perceptions of the information system that 38.47% of SIMIDUN Information System users are satisfied with the performance of the system and only 18.47% of users assess the performance of the SIMIDUN Information System very much. satisfactory, based on the data obtained that the average servqual score is -0.97 means that the score gap between user expectations and what the user feels is negative. This means that the average expectation of new users is fulfilled by SIMIDUN Information System with a score of 0,97.

 One way to identify the success indicator of the use of information systems is conducting a survey of user satisfaction. Measuring the quality of Information Systems of Registration and Lecture Scheduling at the Bureau of Administration and Finance University of XYZ is important because it aims to find out how far the role and utilization of existing information systems run. This research aims to investigate the faktors that influence user satisfaction of the information system. Data are collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the number of respondents as much as 378 students. The data collected are analyzed using sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between Information System Quality and Information Quality affect student satisfaction by 6.6% and 4.9%.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of users of academic information systems. The factors tested in this study were: system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness. The research population is STIE Malangkuçeçwara students batch 2014, with a sample of 193 respondents as users of academic information systems. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed through mass media (WhatsApp and Line). Data were analyzed using partial least squares. The results showed that the quality of information, system quality and perceived usefulness affect user satisfaction.

This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. The research on the influence of the quality of software human resources information systems and user participation on user satisfaction in the Bureau of Human Resources Trisakti University. <br />The research purposes (1) Identify the effect of the quality of software human resources information system for user satisfaction as users of the system, (2) Identify the effect of user participation on user satisfaction as users of the system (3) identification of the influence of the quality of software human resource information systems and participation user together to user satisfaction as users of the system. <br />This research is descriptive and correlational research is to describe the characteristics of respondents and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. <br />The research was conducted at the Bureau of Human Resources University of Trisakti by respondents as many as 32 people and using correlational and regression analyzes. <br />The study found that the quality of the software (Xl) and user participation (X2) either individually or group have a strong influence and positive impact on user satisfaction (1J as the user s system. <br />From this study several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) there is a strong and positive relationship between software quality variables (Xl) to the satisfaction of the user m with r values of 0.584, (2) there is a strong and positive relationship between the variables user participation (X2) with user satisfaction (Y) with r value of 0.721 (3) The regression model obtained is Y = -2.125 + 0.304 software quality (Xl) + 0.397 user participation (X2), (4) regression models can state that the variable quality of the software and user participation is jointly affect user satisfaction as users of the system. It is shown from ANOVA test results were obtained Fcount of 22.642 with a significance level of F = 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05, (5) The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.610 implies that, 61.0% user satisfaction can be explained by a variety of software quality and variety of user participation, while the rest is explained by other factors.

This study aims  to  provide empirically the effect of system quality, information quality and training on performance as well as the effect of mediating satisfaction on the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (Siskeudes) in East Lombok Regency. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, with a sample of 71 village treasurers. The results showed that system quality, information quality and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance and satisfaction partially mediated the effect of system quality, information quality and training on the performance of village financial information system users (SISKEUDES) in East Lombok Regency. INTISARIPondok Pesantren Imam Bukhari Surakarta merupakan lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama Islam yang menerapkan pendidikan dengan sistem boarding school, dengan jumlah siswa mencapai 2500 siswa aktif. Dalam pengelolaannya saat ini pondok pesantren telah menerapkan penggunaan sistem informasi dalam kegiatan di lembaga pendidikannya, namun dalam penggunaan sistem informasinya belum dilakukan evaluasi layanan dan kualitas website. Oleh karena itu maka sangat diperlukan sebuah evaluasi layanan dan kualitas website untuk pengembangan dan penggunaan sistem informasi yang menjadikan pondok pesantren memiliki sistem informasi yang dapat diandalkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan evaluasi layanan dan kualitas website sistem informasi pondok pesantren Imam Bukhari menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 yang melakukan evaluasi pada variabel independen. Yaitu 3 area meliputi usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Hasil dari penelitian adalah rekomendasi berupa hipotesis dan rekomendasi tentang kepuasan pengguna yang merupakan variabel dependen dari penilaian pada standar nilai area variabel independent dan ukuran kualitas website sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan di Pondok Pesantren Imam Bukhari. Kata kunci— evaluasi layanan, kualitas website, sistem informasi, webqual 4,0  ABSTRACTImam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School Surakarta is an Islamic religious-based educational institution that implements boarding school education, with a total of 2500 active students. In its current management, Islamic boarding schools have implemented the use of information systems in activities at their educational institutions, but in the use of information systems there has not been an evaluation of the service and quality of the website. Therefore, it is very necessary to evaluate the service and quality of the website for the development and use of information systems that make Islamic boarding schools have reliable information systems. The research objective is to evaluate the service and quality of the Imam Bukhari Islamic boarding school information system website using the WebQual 4.0 method which evaluates the independent variables. Namely 3 areas include usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The results of the study are recommendations in the form of hypotheses and recommendations about user satisfaction which is the dependent variable of the assessment on the standard value of the independent variable area and the size of the quality of the information system website implemented at the Imam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School. Kata kunci—  Service evaluation, website quality, information system, webqual 4,0.
