It is significant for the reverts to have an existing helping organization. Therefore, this study aims to identify organizational issues that are directly and indirectly involved with counsellors at the Council of Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. This study utilizes a qualitative approach by using the case study method. This study involved five (5) counsellors from Council of Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. This study used the N'Vivo 10.0 for the data analysis to develop themes and sub-themes that related to this study. The findings showed that there are two (2) sub themes involved both government and non-government. There are six (6) sub-sub themes for the government which are Jabatan Agama Islam, Jabatan Mufti, Pusat Dakwah Islamiah, Pusat Kaunseling MAINS Negeri Sembilan, Jabatan Kehakiman and Baitulmal. While, non-government has ten (10) sub-sub themes; Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia, Unit Saudara Baru, Unit Ukhuwah, Pusat Saudara Baru Darul Saadah, Darul Ukhuwah Yayasan Kasih Sayang, Volunteer Body, Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA), Pertubuhan Kebajikan Islam Malaysia (PERKIM), PERKAMA and Skuad Mubaligh Seremban. In conclusion, this study could be used as a guide for counsellors to provide guidance and counselling services to revert clients. Keywords: Organization; support system; revert and client.

Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance.This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. Attitude is essential issue to be considered in designing an appropriate learning for learners because it greatly affects the performance and implementation of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. One of the most important attitudes to be explored is the willingness of teachers to implement the curriculum set by the government. This study aims to determine the willingness of English teachers to carry out scientific approach and also to know the implementation of scientific approach in the learning. This research applies qualitative approach with case study design. It is conducted in SMAN 1 Situbondo with three teachers become the informants. Interview and observation are implemented to explore the willingness and the implementation of Scientific Approach. Data analysis in this research using Spradley’s method. From this research, it can be seen that the teachers has enough willingness to apply scientific approach totally. Furthermore, the implementation of scientific approach has been implemented well enough and has implemented it in accordance with government regulation.

This study aims to identify the use of external support systems by counsellors located at the Council within the Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. Data for this research was collected using a case study. The case study included an interview of five (5) registered counsellors in Islamic Organization in Malaysia. This study was based on a qualitative approach and data were analyzed using N’Vivo 7.0. The data were developed into appropriate themes and sub-themes. The study revealed that the external support system (community support, peer counsellor, Islamic law and Islamic organization) should be applied to Muslim counsellors and Muslim converts. This research could be used as a guide for a counsellor to be more robust in providing guidance and counselling services to specific clients, such as, new Muslim converts.Keywords: system support; convert clients

ABSTRAKJumlah pengunjung di wisata Sunan Giri sejak tahun 2017 hingga 2019 mengalami peningkatan, sehingga membuat pendapatan rata-rata harian yang diperoleh pengemudi dokar cukup tinggi yaitu kurang lebih 400.000 rupiah di hari kerja, sedangkan di akhir minggu atau musim libur bisa mencapai dua kali lipatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan anggotan paguyuban di wisata religi Sunan Giri berdasarkan prinsip ashabiyah melalui circle of equity Ibnu Khaldun. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dalam menganalisis permasalahan. Wawancara dilakukan kepada lima anggota paguyuban di wisata Sunan Giri, yang terdiri dari kusir dokar, wakil ketua paguyuban, dan informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tingkat keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan paguyuban wisata Sunan Giri menurut teori Ibnu Khaldun melalui ashabiyah dan circle of equity yang masih rendah. Hasil penelitian diperkuat diperkuat dengan penambahan analisis penelitian melalui triangulasi dengan teori Al Ghazali.                Keywords: Kesejahteraan Islam, Ibnu Khaldun, Circle of Equity, Ashabiyah ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the welfare of traditional public transportation service providers in the Sunan Giri religious tourism area in the perspective of Ibn Khaldun. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study method. The results showed that Ibn Khaldun's thought in the Circle of Equity theory of a person's level of welfare could be measured through Sharia values, so that when the providers of doctoral services in the Sunan Ampel religious tourism area performed obligatory prayers at the mosque and performed alms. Ashabiyah badawah-based economies are also applied in this community, because people tend to have a goal to save for the future in the hope of providing something more for their offspring later. The value of their wealth has not been able to share their wealth with fellow believers because it is only enough for themselves and is still classified as a prosperous family in stage III. in fact the circle of equity theory experienced a setback which increasingly troubled and kept the community from the word prosperous because the government did not want to be involved in the process of welfare for its people.Keywords: Islamic Welfare, Ibnu KHaldun, Circle of Equity, Ashabiyah

Introduction. The research aims to examine knowledge transfer by a local community Rurukan Adat "Nabawadatala" in preserving local knowledge ion Citengah village – Sumedang, West Java. Data Collection Method. This research used qualitative approach with a case study method. Data Analysis. Qualitative data analysis was conducted iteratively and continuously until reach the data saturation. The three steps of data analysis were conducted, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Results and Discussion. Pattern transfer occurred in the study includes three processes, namely the preparation of sustainable work plan; the concept of learning and knowledge sharing; and the creation of knowledge to form a tourist area-based education. Conclusion. A cultural centre established by the Citengah village community leaders to support knowledge transfer is very useful, not only for people inside of the community, but also for people around the community.

This study aims to explore the role of the tax intelligence unit in increasing tax revenues in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, particularly the case study method, using the Bali Regional Tax Office as a research setting. Through in-depth interviews and a data analysis that comprises of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, this study shows that the tax intelligence unit performs effectively in boosting tax revenues through three main steps: investigation, security, and accumulation. The findings of this study present substantial implications to the Indonesian tax authority in strengthening its tax intelligence and maximizing the tax revenues. Abstract West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that possesses the most critical land area, approximately 714,000 of 911,000 hectares (ha) in total. So that to deal with that severe issue, the Forestry Office of West Java has established an eminent program named “Gerakan Tanam dan Rawat 50 Juta Pohon (The Movement of 50 Million Trees Planting and Caring)”. This research aims to analyze the reforestation program in West Java Indonesia viewed from an agile governance perspective. The study employed the qualitative approach with the descriptive case study method. In addition, in-depth interviews and literature studies were utilized in collecting the data. Moreover, to ensure validity, this study uses the triangulation technique. This study showed that the Planting and Preserving 50 million Trees Program carried by the stakeholders has applied agile governance. The government has made the program in collaboration with various media and technology. However, several activities must be fulfilled more appropriately among multiple parties, especially the government, which is the leading sector.

ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan banyak aspek yang terdampak hal tersebut memerlukan adanya bantuan yang disalurkan dari pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan guna membantu menyejahterakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran  Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah yaitu Bank Wakaf Mikro di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Wakaf Mikro berperan dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan melakukan sistem baru dalam pelayananya meliputi proses pendataan nasabah yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19, mempermudah angsurannya, memberikan fasilitas pemanfaatan media online sebagai pengembangan usaha, menutup proses pembiayaan tetapi memberikan fasilitas untuk diarahkan kepada lembaga keuangan lain.Kata Kunci: Bank Wakaf Mikro, Pembiayaan, Pandemi, COVID-19 ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has affected many aspects. This pandemic requires the government and financial institutions to help people of the community. This research purpose to determine the role of Islamic Microfinance Institutions, namely Micro Waqf Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this research show that the Micro Waqf Bank plays a role in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, that's to do a new system in its services including the process of data collection of customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating installments, providing facilities for using online media as business development, closing the process. financing but providing facilities to be directed to other financial institutions.Keywords: Micro Waqf Bank, Financing, Pandemic, COVID-19

Vocabulary mastery strongly supports one's skills in conducting language activities. In early childhood, storytelling activities can be used as a means to get vocabulary. The research was conducted at the Rumah Ceria Yatim Seribu Pulau with the aim of knowing in depth about storytelling activities and their relationship with mastery of 7-year-old vocabulary. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is done through interview techniques, observation and document study. After the researchers conducted data analysis using Campbell's technique, it was concluded that storytelling at the Rumah Ceria Yatim Seribu Pulau was delivered by competent storyteller, with techniques using hand puppet media, children's interest and having a positive impact on vocabulary mastery.

Abstract The traditional house is one of the nature reserves that have the characteristics of various regions and must be protected and preserved. This research aimed to explain the species of wood used in the manufacture of traditional Besemah houses in the Pelang Kenidai Village, Central Dempo District, Pagaralam City, South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The implemented methodology of this study was a qualitative approach alongside a case study method. The wood species used in the preservation of traditional Besemah houses (ghumah baghi) consisted of three species: mersawa (Anisoptera sp.), surian (Toona sureni Merr.) and rasamala (Altingia excelsa Noronha). The government is expected to support the preservation of traditional houses through policies on preserving traditional houses, rehabilitating forests and land, cultivating the species of wood used as raw materials for making traditional houses, providing alternative species of other wood as a substitute for these woods, developing culture-based tourism and supporting the community in preserving the culture they have.
