Introduction. The research aims to examine knowledge transfer by a local community Rurukan Adat "Nabawadatala" in preserving local knowledge ion Citengah village – Sumedang, West Java. Data Collection Method. This research used qualitative approach with a case study method. Data Analysis. Qualitative data analysis was conducted iteratively and continuously until reach the data saturation. The three steps of data analysis were conducted, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Results and Discussion. Pattern transfer occurred in the study includes three processes, namely the preparation of sustainable work plan; the concept of learning and knowledge sharing; and the creation of knowledge to form a tourist area-based education. Conclusion. A cultural centre established by the Citengah village community leaders to support knowledge transfer is very useful, not only for people inside of the community, but also for people around the community.

This study aims to explore the role of the tax intelligence unit in increasing tax revenues in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, particularly the case study method, using the Bali Regional Tax Office as a research setting. Through in-depth interviews and a data analysis that comprises of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, this study shows that the tax intelligence unit performs effectively in boosting tax revenues through three main steps: investigation, security, and accumulation. The findings of this study present substantial implications to the Indonesian tax authority in strengthening its tax intelligence and maximizing the tax revenues. This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

<p class="abstrak">The purpose of this study was to analyze the Covid-19 Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding school with the complete independent isolation model. The subjects of this study consisted of Covid-19 patients and leaders of Covid-19 Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. This research was conducted at the Covid-19 Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta, which was located at the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique followed the Miles and Huberman model, namely data display, data reduction, and data verification. The validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the approach model used was complete self-isolation, on psychosocial and neurospiritual aspects. With the development of social relations on the psychosocial aspects, patients feel healthy and not stressed. As for the increase in priests and spiritual neurospiritual perspectives, it helps the immunity of Covid-19 patients to remain stable and their good deeds are better. This research has implications for Covid-19 patients in repairing and coaching related to social behavior and religious behavior during the Covid-19 period.</p><p class="abstrak" align="left"><strong> </strong><em>Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pesantren Covid-19 Muhamamdiyah dengan model Isolasi mandiri paripurna. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari pasien Covid-19 dan pimpinan pesantren Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitataif jenis studi tudi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pesanren Covid-19 Muhamamdiyah Yogyakarta yang bertempat di Rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langusng, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yaitu display data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pendekatan yang diguanakn isolasi mandiri paripurna, pada aspek psikososial dan Neurospiritual. Dengan adanya pembinaan hubungan sosial pada aspek psikososial pasien merasa sehat dan tidak stress. Adapun peningkatan imam dan spiritual perpespektif neurospiritual membantu imun pasien Covid-19 tetap stabil dan lebih baik amal sholehnya. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap pasien Covid-19 dalam perbaikan dan pembinaan yang berhubungan dengan prilaku sosial dan prilaku beragama di masa Covid-19.</em></p>

The approach of this research is qualitative, using case study method. The data was obtained through in-depth interview, observation, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis steps used were data reduction, data display, and verification. The purpose of the research is to investigate the promotion strategy of the tourism village of Jelekong, Bandung Regency performed by Kompepar Giriharja. The result of the research shows that Kompepar Giriharja performs promotion mix, i.e., word of mouth, public relations, personal selling, event, exhibition, merchandise, publication, and website. From overall promotion strategy applied by Kompepar Giriharja, the main priority was through event and public relations. The conclusion of this research is Kompepar Giriharja has not formulated comprehensive and integrated promotion strategy.

It is significant for the reverts to have an existing helping organization. Therefore, this study aims to identify organizational issues that are directly and indirectly involved with counsellors at the Council of Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. This study utilizes a qualitative approach by using the case study method. This study involved five (5) counsellors from Council of Islamic Religious Department in Malaysia. This study used the N'Vivo 10.0 for the data analysis to develop themes and sub-themes that related to this study. The findings showed that there are two (2) sub themes involved both government and non-government. There are six (6) sub-sub themes for the government which are Jabatan Agama Islam, Jabatan Mufti, Pusat Dakwah Islamiah, Pusat Kaunseling MAINS Negeri Sembilan, Jabatan Kehakiman and Baitulmal. While, non-government has ten (10) sub-sub themes; Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia, Unit Saudara Baru, Unit Ukhuwah, Pusat Saudara Baru Darul Saadah, Darul Ukhuwah Yayasan Kasih Sayang, Volunteer Body, Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA), Pertubuhan Kebajikan Islam Malaysia (PERKIM), PERKAMA and Skuad Mubaligh Seremban. In conclusion, this study could be used as a guide for counsellors to provide guidance and counselling services to revert clients. Keywords: Organization; support system; revert and client.

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi promosi desa Pajajar, Kabupaten Majalengka yang dijalankan oleh Kelompok Penggerak Pariwisata (Kompepar) Desa Pajajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, Kompepar Desa Pajajar menjalankan promotion mix yang meliputi word of mouth, public relations, personal selling, event, eksibisi, merchandise, publikasi, dan website internet. Dari keseluruhan bentuk promosi, prioritas utama promosi dilakukan melalui event dan public relations. Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Kompepar Desa Pajajar belum merumuskan strategi promosi secara komprehensif dan terintegrasi.

Vocabulary mastery strongly supports one's skills in conducting language activities. In early childhood, storytelling activities can be used as a means to get vocabulary. The research was conducted at the Rumah Ceria Yatim Seribu Pulau with the aim of knowing in depth about storytelling activities and their relationship with mastery of 7-year-old vocabulary. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is done through interview techniques, observation and document study. After the researchers conducted data analysis using Campbell's technique, it was concluded that storytelling at the Rumah Ceria Yatim Seribu Pulau was delivered by competent storyteller, with techniques using hand puppet media, children's interest and having a positive impact on vocabulary mastery.

Nahdlatul Wathan local content is particulary learning in Nahdlatul Wathan organization. It is expected that the implementation of this learning can explore the values of nationalism in establishing the national identity and national spirit. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Nahdlatul Wathan local content in exploring the values of nationalism. This also describes the internalization and crystallization of the nationalism values ​​in teaching Nahdlatul Wathan, in which it is spearhead of a nation's strenght to respond the global challenges. The research uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The research is depicted the data from students’s age up of 17 and the teacher’s age is between 22 to 60 years old. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation, those are analyzed by using two approaches, before in the field and during in the field. Futher, analyzing the data were reduction data, display data, and conclusions / verification. The results of the study revealed that the students were very enthusiastic, and felt the implementation of local content, in which the implementation material “Nahdlatul Wathan” with material “the role of Nahdlatul Wathan in nation’s building” and “the role of founder’s nation of Nahdlatul Wathan” produces the student’s the nationalism values of appreciate the heroes and lead higher the eastern values. Muatan lokal Nahdlatul Wathan adalah pembelajaran khusus di lingkungan organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan. Diharapkan dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini dapat menggali nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam pembentukan identitas nasional dan semangat kebangsaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran muatan lokal ke Nahdlatul Wathan-an dalam menggali nilai-nilai nasionalisme. Penelitian ini juga menguraikan internalisasi dan kristalisasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam ajaran Nahdlatul Wathan sebagai ujung tombak kekuatan suatu bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber informan adalah peserta didik yang berumur 17 tahun keatas dan guru berumur antara 22 hingga 60 tahun. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan dua pendekatan yakni sebelum di lapangan dan selama dilapangan dengan data reduksi, data display, dan Gambaran kesimpulan/Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik sangat semangat dan antusias dalam implementasi muatan lokal nahdlatul wathan, yang mana implementasi materi “peran Nahdlatul Wathan dalam pembangunan bangsa” dan “peran pendiri Nahdlatul Wathan” menghasilkan Peserta didik yang memiliki nilai nasionalisme dalam menghargai pahlawan dan menjujung tinggi nilai ketimuran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan memberikan informasi mengenai pengelolaan tenaga pendidik di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prosedur kegiatan rekrutmen di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor yang memiliki perbedaan dengan sekolah lainnya. Perbedaan tersebut diantaranya ialah pada tahap seleksi lamaran, tes tertulis dan non-tertulis, dan orientasi. Selain itu juga SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor memiliki program pengembangan karier unggulan berupa dana beasiswa pendidikan tingkat lanjut sarjana (S1)-pascasarjana (S2) dan juga program pelatihan dan pembinaan yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan atau berkelanjutan dalam satu minggu sekali sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci: pengelolaan tenaga pendidik, pengembangan karier, rekrutmen.  THE MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLSABSTRACTThis study is intended to find, describe and provide information about the management of educators in SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through technical observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques that researchers used with data deduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this research is the procedure of recruitment activity at SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor which has a difference with other schools. These differences are in the application selection phase, written and non-written test, and orientation. In addition, SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor has a leading career development program in the form of scholarship fund for Undergraduate School (S1) - Postgraduate School (S2) as well as training and coaching programs that are implemented continuously or continuously in one week according to the schedule.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk; (1) mengetahui dan mengkaji upaya penanaman nilai-nilai religius di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor Lombok Timur; (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat pengembangan nilai-nilai religius di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Kelurahan Pancor Kabupaten Lombok Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, penarikan serta pengujian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penanaman  nilai-nilai religius di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor ditempuh melalui beberapa upaya, yakni: (a) melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas melalui kegiatan keagamaan; (b) menggunakan berbagai strategi; serta (c) menjalin kerja sama sekolah dengan orang tua siswa; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penanaman nilai-nilai religius berasal dari faktor guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa.Kata kunci: nilai, religius, perilaku keagamaan siswa  INCULCATING RELIGIOUS VALUES IN MADRASAH ALIYAH NAHDLATUL WATHAN PANCOR EAST LOMBOKAbstractThis research is intended for: (1) knowing and reviewing the effort of inculcating religious values in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok; (2) analyzing the factors that hamper the Inculcating of religious values in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok. The method used in this research is case study method with qualitative approach. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan, Pancor Sub-District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results showed that: (1) inculcating of religious values in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor taken through several efforts, namely: (a) through teaching and learning activities in the classroom or outside the classroom through religious activities; (b) using various strategies, and (c) establish school cooperation with parents of students; (2) factors influencing the inculcating of religious values are derived from teachers, students, and parents.Keywords: values, religious, student’s religious behavior
