They distributing many frozen fish products variant such as Patin Fillet and Shark Fin. The all raw materials of those frozen seafood was obtained by three different suppliers. The common problems found in CV. Riki Utama Mandiri mostly about raw patin fish supplier which often committed delivery delays.  The purpose of this research is to fixing the supply chain management in deciding the more accurate selections of raw materials supplier. To overcome the common problems that happen. Analytical network process (ANP) will simplify the criteria weight values and sub criteria of each supplier. Meanwhile, technique for others reference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is used for giving a rank order of the alternative supplier. This research is expected for being a consideration for the company in obtaining a good and more effective kind of raw supplier. We also expecting the company for tighten supplier selection more effective way so that it can fullfilled the existing standard. Also to overcome the common problems such as delivery delays, competing raw materials with uncertain quality, and difficulty in sort out the raw materials due to size issues.

Currently, companies are required to improve supply chain performance. One of the main problems in the supply chain is the proper supplier selection. Supplier selection has an essential role in improving supply chain management performance. Supplier selection requires the proper criteria. However, the relationship between criteria is rarely considered in the selection of suppliers in the textile industry. This study tries to propose integrating the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) for supplier selection in the textile industry. Both methods are multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) tools DEMATEL is used to assess the relationship between criteria. Furthermore, ANP is used to evaluate and weigh the importance of criteria and suppliers. A case study was carried out in a textile company located in Indonesia. The results show that this procedure can identify the relationship and effect of each criterion. The results show that the product price criteria are the criteria that have the most significant weight. The criteria for conformity to specifications and consistency of quality are in second and third place. Finally, suppliers are selected based on weight assessment on each criterion by ANP.

Strategic evaluation and supplier selection, or strategic supply, is a main subject of supply chain management. Strategic evaluation and supplier selection is a multi-criteria decision problem, considering both tangible and intangible criteria and organizations are seeking various and sometimes opposite objectives in purchasing from suppliers. As the increasing rivalry in Iran’s auto industry, producers and suppliers face several challenges. Sazeh Gostar Saipa Co., the main supplier of Saipa automobile maker firm, is not exempt of this norm. Top managers of the company believe that the best supplier selection for long-term cooperation is vital for the implementation of corporate strategies. In this paper, using decision technique of Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Base Overhead Cost Recovery (BOCR), 20 tangible and intangible operational and strategic criteria are considered in the supplier selection decision through a suggested methodology. Different organizations’ goals in purchasing from suppliers that are ranked in the previous stage are formulated to determine the amount of supply allocation to each supplier based on goals. The innovation aspect and main goal of the research are suggesting a methodology for selecting suppliers and determining the amount of allocated orders to them with combining ANP method, BOCR structure and goal programming in Sazeh Gostar Saipa Co.

In terms of keeping material costs low and increasing competitive advantage, supplier selection is one of the most important functions of a business. This paper uses an effective solution based on a combined Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach to find the criteria that are key to performance improvement. This paper surveys the multicriteria supplier selection approaches and reveals the most popular criteria and sub-criteria. Based on experts’ suggestions and the most popular criteria, the key factors in the selection of food industry suppliers are identified. Then, the causal relationships and relative importance weights of the criteria in the system are computed using the cluster-weighted DEMATEL with ANP method. This paper compares the results of experts and purchasing managers and discovers a cognitive gap. The managers agree that cost and delivery are very important; they need to keep material costs down and increase the company’s competitive advantage. The experts value customer satisfaction and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), so they feel that quality and service are the most important criteria.

The available integrated models for choosing efficient suppliers developed so far are mostly specific to companies with mass production capabilities. However, in some sectors involved in project-type manufacturing, the same decision-making criteria cannot be applied and, plus, there is no point in determining the quantity of orders. For instance, in wind power plant projects, a single turbine supplier needs to be selected for each project. This study proposes an integrated FANP-f-MIGP model that ensures the selection of the optimal supplier for each project by applying the model to an energy firm. The criteria specific to the selection of wind power plant turbine suppliers are established, and the criteria weights are obtained by fuzzy analytic network process (FANP). As a result of the analysis, the most important criterion of all is cost. These weights constitute the coefficients of the f-MIGP model’s objective function. Under the defined constraints, by minimizing cost and risk and maximizing quality and services of the firm, the selection of an optimal wind turbine supplier from three suppliers for each of three projects is ensured. This study contributes to the literature both by the specific criteria it establishes and its proposed integrated model which allows for the selection of the best supplier in wind turbine and similar project-based productions.

To be able to compete in the domestic plastic industry, small and medium-sized enterprises producing plastic need to proactively find the supply of raw materials, avoiding shortages like in the previous years. Purchasing is extremely important and will create a competitive advantage with competitors in the market, so finding suppliers will determine the success in the later stages of the production chain. With the development of the current information system, selection and evaluation have become important in order to achieve effective decision-making through optimal options. In this study, the authors provide a new approach for decision-makers in evaluating and selecting suppliers, which is formulated based on the supply chain operation reference (SCOR) model, fuzzy analytic network process (FANP), and VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). The contribution of this research is to propose a multicriteria decision-making model (MCDM) for raw material supplier selection in the plastic industry. This research also provided a useful guideline for supplier selection in other industry.

This study discusses the selection of wood raw material suppliers using the AHP-F method. Problems by UD. Bless Furniture is the difficulty of determining which supplier has good performance in terms of price, quality, service, delivery, quantity determination, location as well as guarantees and claims. With many competitors and different raw material prices from each supplier. Many raw materials such as wood cracks are hollow and broken at the ends of the wood, the color of the wood, and the shape of the wood. Delivery plans that are often complained by companies where delivery is not according to the schedule in the agreement. The results of data processing carried out by the AHP fuzzy method show that the criteria that become a priority in supplier selection are the price criteria which have a weight of 0.47. By taking into account the seven criteria above, it is obtained that the supplier recommended being prioritized as the best supplier based on the highest priority weight, namely supplier C with a weight of 0,39 then supplier A with a weight of 0,37 and the third is supplier B with a weight of 0,24.
