Over the past few decades, researchers have explored the effects of experiential purchases and material purchases on happiness and provided a range of evidence that consumers yield greater happiness from experiential purchases compared with material purchases. However, limited research is known about the relationship between these two types of purchases within the broader context of negative emotion. Specifically, the current research focuses on the effect of experiential purchases on loneliness alleviation to replenish this research stream. Three experiments were conducted to explore the effect of experiential purchases (vs. material purchases) on alleviating loneliness. The results showed that experiential purchases have a stronger effect on loneliness alleviation than material purchases, which is mediated by relationship enhancement. In addition, purchases of social nature moderate the effect of experiential purchases on loneliness. Social experiential purchases lead to a higher degree of relief of loneliness. On the contrary, for the solitary experiential purchases, the effect of experiential purchases on loneliness is less tight. The current research supplements the research on negative emotions of experiential purchases and expands the research area of experiential purchases, which also provides new insights into coping strategies of loneliness.

PT. Guna Kemas Indah in determining the supplier of raw materials, but the existing criteria are not sufficient to meet the expected criteria. By using Analytical networking process (ANP) and goal programming in determining quality. In addition, it can also be seen how much raw material purchases are based on the selected supplier. Selection of suppliers is based on several criteria using vendor performance indicators, which are arranged based on sub-criteria. Where the existing subcriteria can influence each criterion. Based on the weight calculation for the criteria are success-quality (0.3868), cost (0.3668), delivery (0.1256), flexibility (0.0619), responsiveness (0.0586) so that 3 supplier candidates will be obtained.

Evaluation of the Implementation of Building Information (BIM) 5D on Review Time For Optimizing Time And Costs, supervised by Sigit Sutikno and Manyuk Fauzi.   Design review efficiency to obtain the changes order document is very important to be completed at the beginning of the project and not overlapping to the implementation schedule. One cause of the addendum or CCO is a drawings error that use 2D CAD software suchas mismatches design, design changes, specification changes, design errors and drawings that are less detailed and complete so that it affects the work schedule and material purchases. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach where data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires on four competent personnel both from the contractor and construction management consultants to then be compared with data obtained from BIM practitioners. With this research it is proven that the use of BIM greatly helps the efficiency of review time so that it affects the overall project time achievements. The efficiency of review time can be achieved by 52.94%, the calculation of volume and cost can be improved by 42%. While the cost efficiency and number of personnel are 9% and 9.5%.   Keywords: Time, Efficiencies, Reviews, BIM

This essay aims to discuss the development of materialistic consumption of experience from the behavior of publications related to consumption on digital social networks. Approach: Extensive survey and analysis in the literature of topics related to materialism and its particularities, existing concepts for the consumption of experience and the implications of technology in consumer practices. Results: The materialism that was previously achieved by the material purchases exhibition in physical environments is currently made from virtual disclosures, which made any kind of purchase susceptible to this behavior development and giving signs of the constitution of what was sought to be called materialism experiential. Academic contributions -This essay may contribute to the development of new studies that seek to test and understand the relationships of specific materialism of social networks in different contexts and from the perspective of different areas of knowledge, to the point that it becomes possible to offer subsidies for new understandings about materialism and digital platforms as a trans-forming aspect of human behavior.

AbstractAbstract: one method to be able to develop a business that has run well with fast time by using a franchise business system where there will be a relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee. The franchisor is obliged to provide support and franchisees with an obligation to pay fees. This gives a beginner franchisor an overview of rights and obligations and understands the potential of developing a business with a franchise system in his business. when the franchise business is running there are several other income that the franchisor will get as the owner. in this case the results of this study are collected through group discussion (Franchise and Licensing) discussions that focus on information about the potential income of the franchisor. The results show that aside from the self-owned business profits there are also other franchisor sources of income that can be fostered from their franchisees; Other income is royalties, franchise fees, advertising costs, material purchases.
