This study aims to design a financial statement accounting information system application for Eatboss restaurant using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The design of the financial statement accounting information system application in Eatboss restaurant using PHP and MySQL is done using library research and survey methods. At this time, it is necessary to prepare financial statements of profit and loss for each company, including restaurants, to find out the profit or loss gained during the specified period of the company. So that the company can determine the next decision for the continuity of better company activities.The design of fiinancial statement accounting information system in Eatboss reataurant using PHP and MySQL can facilitate omapnies in managing financial reports. With the maximum use of the financial statement accounting information system design at Eatboss restaurant using PHP and MySQL, it is expected that the company can more quickly and easily manage its financial statements based on accounting standards.

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRACT</p><p>This study aims to evaluate the application of Accounting Information Systems that have been used by UD. ModeX, MSME in Bungah District so that MSMEs can produce as financial statements. Good financial statements help MMSME to propose additional funds for developing the business to financial institutions, consideration in making decisions so that MSMEs businesses work effectively and efficiently. The study was conducted by direct interviews with the owner, specialized staff, and the cashier at UD. ModeX. The results of the research, by applying the Accounting Information System application are facilitating the recording of financial transactions, seeing the stock of goods quickly and accurately. Moreover, from the accounting information formed a financial report,  MSMEs has a financial statement to use for the various business benefit of the MSME.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRAK</em><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang telah digunakan oleh UD. ModeX, UMKM yang berada di Kecamatan Bungah agar dapat digunakan sebagai penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penyusunan laporan keungan yang baik membantu UMKM dalam mengajukan permodalan kepada lembaga keuangan, pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga bisnis UMKM berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung kepada owner, staff khusus, dan bagian kasir pada UD. ModeX. Hasil dari wawancara tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dapat mempermudah pencatatan transaksi keuangan, melihat stok barang secara cepat dan akurat, dan dari informasi akuntansi  tersebut terbentuk suatu  laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kepentingan kelancaran bisnis UMKM tersebut.</em></p>

Hospital was established to serve the medical needs of the citizen. In addition to serving, hospitals also need to explore the benefits for the sustainability and the development of the hospital. To achieve financial reports have involved a large role. Accounting information system computer-based accounting will help serving the financial reports, so that more accurate and faster. Errors can be diminished.  Research object is selected by the author to conduct research is Bogor Rumah Sakit Islam. A hospital that is located on Jl. Perdana Raya. 22 Budi Agung, Jakarta Utara. This hospital was established on May 12, 1991. The location is strategic as it is in the center of Bogor. In doing activity, accounting information system based on computerized accounting still not yet common use. Computer already exist but support application to create an accurate and fast financial statement does not exist. So much weaknesses if we still using manual method. Like slowly processing data, still using much worker and much step while processing. The information result is still contained high mistake. To solve all problems above we need accounting software as tool for accounting division. For that I try to apply computerized accounting using Microsoft Excel for helping creating financial statement. By doing observation and interview with related employee, this research can do well. Journalize transaction process by using Microsoft Excel is to make a column for each transaction such as Journal Voucher, General Ledger, Balance Sheet. After making a column, the next step is inputing achievement data to Journal Voucher. After inputing data, General Ledger and Balance Sheet can automatically fill up. By using computer, processing data is more faster, information result is more accurately, human resource is less needed. Related management can get information they need more faster, because amount recalculated every doing transaction.

This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The data used came from observation and questionnaires to 60 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that both accounting information and internal control system variables have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.464. This shows that the large contribution of the accounting information system and internal control system variables can explain the quality of financial statements by 46.4%, the remaining 53.6% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Financial statements represent end result from applying an information accounting system. Therefore, to yield good financial statement needed a good information system also. With existence of computerized accounting information system it is provided that accounting information system will walk better and the yielded to financial statements become more accurate and complete. The objective of this research is to know accounting system which previously exists at CV Graph Printing. Others, this research also aim to apply computerized accounting information system with MYOB. This application is expected could help company make good financial statement. CV Graph Printing represent a company moving in the field of printing office. The effort area experienced by this company for example setting (invitation, brochure, visiting card, etc.), screening (clothes, invitation, plastic, etc.), and print (book, invitation, note, etc.). The result of research indicate that accounting information system which preexist at company, that is manual administrate system is not be adequate again. Accounting record process for transactions that happened in company have never been done. Others also the transaction evidences are not kept better. The most important fact is that during the time the company not at all own financial statement so that the owner do not know their company performance during the time. With existence of applying MYOB in its accounting information system, transaction record become easier and quickly. Financial statement could visible any time we wish. The purpose of this research is to design an accounting information system application that processes web-based salary data on Sneaklin Bandung laundry shoes, the method is done using descriptive and experimental methods. Salary data processing performed at Sneaklin Bandung Laundry Shoe is already using a computer, namely using the Microsoft Excel program, this method is still troublesome administrative staff in managing employee salary calculation, employee data, and payroll processes. The design of a web-based payroll accounting information system in Sneaklin Bandung shoe laundry using the PHP and MySQL programming languages is expected to facilitate administrative staff in processing payroll data and managing employee data.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of human resources competence, the use of information technology, and the quality of accounting information system on the quality of financial statements. The research was done at PT Cipta Multi Kreasi, jl. Raya Pasar Minggu Km. 16, Jakarta.  The research is a quantitative research with descriptive methods and verification was done using survey technique. The source of data is primary data. Data collection was performed through questionnaires distributed to the company’s employees.  The results of the research indicate that human resources competence and the quality of information system have a significant effect to the quality of financial statement. However, the use of accounting information system does not have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements. Human resources competence, the use of information system and the quality of accounting information system simultaneously have an influence on the quality of financial statements  presented by the company. Objective –The purpose of this research is to prove by analysing whether the effectiveness of accounting information systems influence the quality of financial statements by adding organizational commitment as a moderator in the regional apparatus organization in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Methodology/Technique – This research is carried out by surveying and identifying the field directly on the regional apparatus organization (OPD) of the city. field and district deliserdang of 190 respondents as the sample selected in this study. The sampling technique used by surveying the executive of the regional apparatus organization (OPD) selected to be the target population. Findings – Hypothesis testing using the SPSS approach, version 23. The results of the study show regularly variables exogenous namely the effectiveness of accounting information systems directly affects the quality of financial statements and organizational commitment plays a role in strengthening the influence of exogenous accounting information system variables on its endogenous variables. Novelty –This research explores the influence of the government to make the effectiveness of accounting information systems an important factor that is taken into account when preparing financial statements that synergize with the role of organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the village apparatus of Tanjung Dalam has the ability to make financial reports of the Village Fund Allocation in accordance with the Accounting Information System and To determine whether village officials are weak in terms of financial administration in Accounting Information Systems Village Fund Allocation in Tanjung Dalam Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency. This descriptive-based research is trying to describe the real picture of the phenomenon that occurs in the application of Accounting Information Systems on Village Fund Allocation in Tanjung Dalam Village, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency. While the technique used in the form of direct observation to the village of Tanjung Dalam, Pondok Kubang Sub-district of Central Bengkulu Regency, who then conducted interviews and documentation studies.After the data collected and data analysis it can be drawn conclusion, namely: In the management of village funds in the village of Tanjung Dalam is in accordance with the accounting information system and already using computerized system. While the executor of Accounting Information System is the treasurer of the village itself that has been able to arrange the village finances properly in accordance with Accounting Information Systems. Any acceptance or expenditure of village funds is recorded in the village general treasury. It's just that there is still lack of supporting facilities for the officers who manage the village fund's financial report.
