A laptop is a computer that looks compact, small, lightweight and easy to carry anywhere. But choosing a laptop is not an easy thing for consumers who want to have a laptop as per the specifications and budget of the consumer finance. Therefore the purpose of this research is to build a web-based application that can give recommendation to purchasers or consumers as needed. The application is built by using PHP programming language and implementing the Fuzzy Database Tahani model which is still using the standard relation of fuzzy logic, and also using MySQL database for the data storage. It is found that the Fuzzy Database Tahani model can be implemented on the application built on to give a correct recommendation for the consumers.

Abstract - The web-based lecturer track record information system application at the Asahan University Faculty of Engineering which has been designed serves as an information that aims to place data storage media to increase lecturers' functional positions. With this application, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Asahan conducts monitoring or equalizing data and has a recording / recording of all important data of lecturers in carrying out promotions. Based on the theoretical basis and the analysis of programming used with PHP programming language with Notepad ++ editor and database using XAMPP, resulting in a lecturer track record program that aims as an information system tool for storing lecturers for web-based functional promotion and this application is used online at Faculty of Engineering, Asahan University. The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Additionally, data storage has been using a database that can be accessed easily by users. Keywords        : Information systems, web, PHP, MySQL, MD-5 and session.

The need for transportation for the community, especially in Tangerang Regency, which is used for holidays, tours, study tours, or pilgrimage. is a promising business opportunity for transportation companies.Because the need for transportation is important for the smooth running of its activities. PT. Sumber Jaya Trans Tangerang, which is involved in passenger transportation services, is one of the companies engaged in this field. In its operation still uses a manual system in renting buses. Many obstacles occur in this bus rental, such as business processes that have not been computerized, and data storage that is less effective and efficient. The research method in the analysis of the system used is PIECES which consists of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service. The system design uses object-oriented analysis method with Unified modeling Language (UML), the programming language used is PHP and the database used is MySQL. This system is web-based and uses the PHP 7 programming language, Web Design with CSS Bootstrap, Laravel Framework and MySQL for database design, while supporting software used in making programs is Visual Studio Code. In this research, a system has features such as master data, transactions, bus schedules, destinations, calendars, transaction reports, road warrant reports and activity logs. With this bus rental system, the bus rental process that is running will be more effective and efficient.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.

In accordance with the technological advances of web-based information delivery via the internet has more value, because the information can be delivered easily, quickly,  spacious and interactive. Because this way, information is simply inserted into the web and within seconds the information can be accessed globally.  Submission of this information has not been used in Ngebruk Islamic Junior High School, Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. Submission of the information in these schools still use manual way, such as by mail, bulletin boards, or orally. Surely this way less effective and efficient, since it requires a lot of expenses such as the purchase of paper, printing machine and maintenance, ink, and its scope was limited to the scope of the school.To reduce the above problems, the delivery of information in this school need to use web media created with the PHP programming language and MySQL. PHP is a programming language that is used to allow users to process information on the web, while MySQL is the software used to store the information on the web. Once the web is run online, the school entered information to the web, can be accessed via intenet by anyone without the limited space and time

This study aims to design and build web-based decision support system applications used to recommend the best tourist attractions in South Sulawesi to tourists. The expected benefit of this research is to help the user get the best tourist recommendation information available in South Sulawesi based on the conditions in input factors. The theorem or method used in this study, namely the theorem Naïve Bayes. The design of the system isimplemented using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Based on the results of the research, the authors have successfully built the application of decision support system to determine the recommendation of tourist attractions in South Sulawesi with 65% accuracy based on 20 tests conducted.

Agriculture is the backbone of human sustenance in this world. With growing population, there is need for increased productivity in agriculture to be able to meet the demands. Diseases can occur on any part of a plant, but in this paper only the symptoms in the fruits of a plant is considered using segmentation algorithm and edge/ sizing detectors. We also looked at image processing using fuzzy logic controller. The system was designed using object oriented analysis and design methodology. It was implemented using MySQL for the database, and PHP programming language. This system will be of great benefit to farmers and will encourage them in investing their resources since crop diseases can be detected and eliminated early.
