This study aimed to determine the perceptions of teachers and administrators about the concept of uplifting leadership in depth through metaphors. In this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group of the research consists of 30 people, 15 administrators and 15 teachers who work in primary, secondary and high schools affiliated to Antalya Directorate of National Education and selected through snowball sampling, which is purposeful sampling methods. A structured questionary form was used as a data collection tool. Metaphors were used as a data collection method and the participants were asked to explain what they think uplifting leadership resembled with reasons. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The responses of the participants were classified and analyzed; the analysis was supported by direct quotations from the participants. NVivo package program was used to encode and classify the data. As a result of the study, it has been found that the metaphors produced by the participants contain features of the uplifting leadership by the changing management perception, such as being contemporary, constantly improving itself by following the innovations, trying to save organizations from the static structure, exciting employees for their improvement or institutional improvement, teaching them to dream, supporting different ideas, working in cooperation.

The aim of this study is to examine students' views on mathematics lessons conducted with writing activities structured using stories, tales, poems, memoirs and letter types. The study was conducted with the participation of 32 middle school 7th grade students studying in a state school affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Ankara.The study is a case study, and an interview form consisting of 7 open-ended questions developed by the researcher-teacher was used as a data collection tool to determine students' views on the use of literary genres in mathematics lesson. Students' views were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. As a result of the research, it was seen that the students' opinions about the use of literary genres in mathematics lesson developed positively. It was concluded that the students' views that the mathematics lesson conducted by using literary genres provides meaningful learning, is fun and interesting, and increases memorability, supports the use of literary genres as a learning tool in mathematics teaching. The purpose of this study is to examine the listening anxiety of Turkish language teacher candidates in terms of various variables. “Listening Anxiety Scale” developed by Maden and Durukan (2016) was used as data collection tool in the study conducted by a survey model. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the scale was found to be 0.88. The data of the research was obtained from randomly selected 168 Turkish language teacher candidates studying in Atatürk University in 2017-2018 academic years. The obtained quantitative data by the application of the scale was transferred to SPSS Windows 15 package software program. As the result of the research using statistical package program for data analysis, it was found that even it has not been high, Turkish language teacher candidates have listening anxiety above the average and it was determined that listening anxiety has not differed significantly according to gender, grade, most frequently used language skill, and status of reading books regularly.

Circumcision is cutting the skin that covers the head of the penis (typical). Circumcision is prescribed because it avoids unclean limbs during prayer. Ados Getih ritual is a ritual that is performed before the child will be circumcised. This ritual is a ritual in the village of Glagah, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. Ados getih ritual still exists and is preserved by the local community. This study aims to determine the history of the Ados Getih ritual as one of the processions of circumcision using culture, the procession of the implementation of the Ados Getih ritual, and the implications of the cultural values ​​contained in the Ados Getih ritual. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method, the research subjects were the circumcision shaman, village head, circumcised children and community leaders. The sampling technique used snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of his research can be concluded as follows the ados getih ritual has existed since the beginning of the Glagah Village standing in 1869 which adopted from the story of the prophet Ibrahim as. In the Ados Getih ritual process there are three stages: the preparation stage, the core event stage and the closing stage. As well as the implications arising from the ados getih ritual, which is to foster a sense of responsibility towards the circumcised child and educate children in terms of their faith and monotheism..

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Regulation of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency Number 06 of 2015 concerning Distribution of Specific Types of Oil Fuels and Types of Fuels Specifically for Assignments to Areas without Distributors in Katingan District. The type of research used is qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants taken in this study were carried out using the snowball sampling technique. Based on the results of the research based on the results of research on the implementation of the Regulation of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency Number 06 of 2015 it can be concluded that the regulation cannot be implemented. This is indicated by the absence of the establishment of sub-distributors and the appointment of sub-distributors. Suggestions that researchers can give to the local government of Katingan Regency should consider the needs of regions with limited distribution so that researchers feel the need to establish sub-distributors that can empower community groups through cooperatives and Village-Owned Enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which prevent the students of Faculty of Sport Sciences from participating in recreational activities in terms of some variables.A total of 275 (183 men, 92 women) randomly chosen students studying at Yaşar Doğu Faculty of Sport Sciences participated in the study voluntarily. “Leisure Constraints Questionnaire” developed by Alexandris and Carroll (1997) adapted to Turkish by Karaküçük and Gürbüz (2007) was used as the data collection tool. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 21 package program. Kolmogrov test was used to find out whether the data were normally distributed and the data were found to be normally distributed. The data were analyzed with frequency analysis, t test and Anova test in independent samples and the Bonferroni test was used to analyze the difference between groups.The factors which prevented students from participating in recreational activities showed significant differences in “individual psychological” subscale and total scores in terms of the variable of age and in “facilities/services and accessibility” subscale in terms of gender  (p<0,05). In terms of the difference in the age variable, participation in recreational activities increased as age increased. In terms of gender, women were seen to participate less in recreational activities when compared with men.The results of the study showed that the students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences did not have difficulties in participating in recreational activities; however, women were found to participate less than men. In order to increase women’s participation, informative activities, activities for women and interesting activities for women should be made more attractive.

Changes in the new paradigm for the management of State-Owned Property along with the issuance of several new regulations governing the management of State-Owned Property issues, has risen a new optimism in the arrangement and management of State-Owned Property that was more orderly, accountable, and transparent. As the Accounting Unit for the Property User (UAKPB), the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of National Education has the responsibility to administer State Property under its control. This study aims to provide a brief overview how the administration of State-Owned Property at the Office of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of National Education. This study uses descriptive analysis methodology with data collection techniques through literature studies and field research. The results of the study indicate that administration of State-Owned Property at the Office of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of National Education has not been running well and has not been in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Suggestions that can be given are that the Office of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of National Education establishes the organizational structure of agency accounting units, as well as improving internal control and competency of human resources in order to organize administration of State-Owned Property in a transparent and accountable manner in accordance with existing laws.

ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan adalah totalitas fitur dan karakteristik produk atau jasa yang tergantung pada kemampuannya untuk memuaskan kebutuhan yang dinyatakan atau tersirat. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja (atau hasil) yang ia persepsikan dibandingkan dengan harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan Customer Serviceterhadap kepuasan nasabah dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Customer Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Populasi pada penelitian iniJ yaitu sekuruh nasabah Bank BJB KCP Cipanas, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Customer Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. ABSTRACTService quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Customer satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the performance (or results) he perceives compared to his expectations. This study aims to analyze the quality of Customer Serviceon customer satisfaction and to examine the effect of Customer Servicequality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. The author uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis. The population in this study were all customers at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas, with a total sample of 100 people. Meanwhile, the data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The results of the research analysis showed the influence of Customer Servicequality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas.


This study aims to explore the role of social engineering in threatening cyber security by clarifying the concepts related to social engineering and its seriousness due to unlink to devices and equipment in general and its dependence on addressing the human psychic mechanisms known for curiosity. The study is based on the descriptive analysis studies that were based on the survey methodology using the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was distributed to 98 respondents. The study found that the majority of the respondents had no idea about social engineering, and many of the females were rapidly clicking the links.. The study found that m these links can be attractive. The study found that there are significant differences between digital social engineering and hacking of phones and computers..

Today, the perceptions of individuals who are performing the teaching profession are very important. The purpose of this research is; to investigate the metaphorical perceptions that teachers have regarding the concept of the teaching profession and to compare the metaphorical perceptions of classroom teachers and branch teachers. The research is a qualitative study and the data are examined by content analysis. As a data collection tool, 60 teachers were told to "Teaching profession...... it's like. Because......" they were asked 3 times to complete the sentence. According to the results of the study; the number of metaphors produced by teachers is 155 and all are valid. The created metaphors are collected in 5 different categories. It was observed that the classroom teachers and branch teachers who participated in the study produced metaphors mostly in the category of "Expressions Related to An Object." Teachers in the study group perceive the teaching profession most with the metaphors of "parenting, motherhood and candles." According to the findings of the study; When comparing metaphorical perceptions of classroom teachers and branch teachers in all categories, it was determined that classroom teachers produced more metaphors than branch teachers, while branch teachers could not produce little or no metaphors.

The purpose of this research is to examine the class management profile of secondary school branch teachers working in certain province of Turkey, using some variables. The research group consists of 152 teachers (69 female and 83 male) in the various field of Mathematics (29), Turkish (46), Religion Culture (23), English (31), and Physical Education and Sports (23). The "Classroom Management Profile Scale (SYPÖ)" developed by Kris (1996) and adapted to Turkish by Ekici (2004) was used as the data collection tool in the research. The research was conducted based on both the general and the relational screening models. The SPSS 20.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Both T test and one-way ANOVA were used in independent groups to determine whether the gender and subscale of the scale were significantly different according to gender, age, occupation year and field. The results of the research proved that, when the scores of both scales were calculated, the grade management profiles of the teachers were not statistically different according to the considered variables.
