The condition of financial distress is a stage of corporate financial decline thatoccurred before a firm bankrupt. The purpose of this research is to analyze theinfluence of profitability, leverage, liquidity, firm age, institutional ownership of thepossibility of financial distress on non-financial services companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016.The method of analysis used in this studyis binary logistic regression. Based on purposive sampling method, this studyobtained 89 companies as samples with 267 observation data. The results of thisstudy indicate that profitability, liquidity, firm age, and institutional ownership havea significant negative effect on the possibility of financial distress. Meanwhile, theleverage variable has a significant positive effect on the possibility of financialdistress.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. Firm size, audit committee and institutional ownership have negative effect on audit delay. Keywords: Financial distress, firm size, corporate governance, audit delay

This study aimed to examine the effect of earnings, cash flow and corporate governance on financial distress. The corporate governance in this study using the indicator managerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board size.  The population in this of the manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange at the period of 2011-2015. Based on the criteria purposive sampling method, samples obtained is 28 companies in period 2011-2015 so obtain 140 observations. This study used logistic regression analysis.  The result of this research showed that manajerial ownership has a positive effect and the board size have negative effect on the financial distress condition. This research failed to does not effect of the earnings, cash flow and institutional ownership of the financial distress condition.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and institutional ownership in predicting financial distress conditions in property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a number of selected samples of 36 companies. The number of samples used was as many as 6 companies in the category of experiencing financial distress and 30 companies in the category did not experience financial distress. The results of the study using logistic regression show that liquidity measured by the current ratio has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Leverage as measured by the debt to asset ratio (DAR) and institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Overall, the accuracy of the classification in this regression model in the grouping of property and real estate sub-sector companies that experienced financial distress and companies that did not experience financial distress was 87.2%. Tax avoidance is a legal action carried out by corporate taxpayer to reduce, minimize, and alleviate the tax burden in the manner permitted by law. Nowdays, there are a lot of tax avoidance cases in Indonesia. Indonesia is ranked 11th largest with the highest tax avoidance cases with an estimated value of 6.48 billion US dollars. This study aims to analyze the Influence of corporate ownership, executive characteristics, and the intensity of fixed assets on tax avoidance.The research’s population of this study were 152 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015,2016, and 2017. This research samples were 62 companies or 167 observation data selected by purposive sampling method. The data used secondary data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and it was analyzed by multiple regression.The results of the study show that Family Ownership and Institutional Ownership have no effect on Tax Avoidance. While managerial ownership has a positive effect on Tax Avoidance. Executive characteristics and Intensity of Fixed Assets have negative effect on Tax Avoidance.

<p><em>This research examines in the impact of capital intensity, dividend payout ratio and financial distress on accounting conservatism. The population in this research are all that companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 to 2017. The samples are selected using purposive sampling method, the number of sample are 86 companies. Data analysis method used is panel regression method. The result of the research show that (1) capital intensity has signifcant positive effect on the accounting consrvatism, (2) dividend payout ratio has no significant effect on the accounting conservatism, (3) financial distress has significant negative effect on the accounting conservatism.</em></p><p>Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh intensitas modal, <em>dividend payout ratio </em>dan <em>financial distress </em>terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2017. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode <em>purposive sampling, </em>sehingga perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 86 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunbakan model regresi panel. Hasil membuktikan bahwa (1) intensitas modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi, (2) <em>dividend payout ratio </em>tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi, (3) <em>financial distress </em>berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of Size, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Institusional Ownership to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure. Sample of this research are annual report for manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. Sample were selected using purposive sampling method and 11 sample were able to fullfill the criteria used as sample. This research uses multiple regression data analysis techniques . The result of the research showns that size and gross profit margin has positive effect on the corporate social responsibility , meanwhile Institutional ownership has negative effect on the corporate social responsibility. This study aims to analyze whether the factors that affect accounting conservatism. Data is taken from secondary data on real estate and property companies that have sold their shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019, the number of selected samples is 23 companies. The variables used are profitability, firm size, institutional ownership and managerial ownership. All variables are measured by ratio data. Data analysis using multiple regression which is processed by the SPSS program.The results showed that profitability and managerial ownership had a positive effect on accounting conservatism. Firm size has a negative effect on accounting conservatism, while institutional ownership has no effect on accounting conservatism.

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at the effect of insider ownership, institutional ownership, firm size, sales growth, stock volatility and financial leverage to prediction of financial distress on manufactur companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial distress is a condition where a company having a financial difficulties. Data sample studied were enrolled in manufactur companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2013 selected by purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis is done by using binary logistic regression.     The results show that institutional ownership, firm size, sales growth, stock volatility and financial leverage partially have significant effect on financial distress, while insider ownership partially have no significant effect on financial distress. Insider ownership, institutional ownership, firm size, sales growth, stock volatility and financial leverage together have significant effect on financial distress.      ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh insider ownership, institutional ownership, firm size, sales growth, stock volatility dan financial leverage terhadap prediksi financial distress pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Financial distress adalah keadaan dimana suatu perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Sampel data yang diteliti adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2013 yang diseleksi menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi logistik biner.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa institutional ownership, firm size, sales growth, stock volatility dan financial leverage secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress sedangkan insider ownership secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Insider ownership, institutional ownership, firm size, sales growth, stock volatility dan financial leverage secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress.

Financial performance is the result of management's efforts in managing and carrying out operations using resources effectively in a given period. Financial performance is often used by stakeholders in making decisions, namely Return on Assets. In addition to financial performance, environmental performance is important for the company to preserve nature and prevent risks due to its operational activities. Implementation of good environmental performance requires substantial funds and funding that is often used, namely shares that create ownership structures. In return for investor funds, companies have an obligation to make disclosures, one of which is environmental disclosure. Environmental disclosure is expected to be able to show environmental performance and company ownership and this research environmental disclosure is used as an intervening variable.This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of environmental performance and ownership structure on financial performance with environmental disclosure as an intervening variable. The research population is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with purposive sampling, namely non-financial companies that obtain PROPER ratings and publish annual and financial reports on the IDX. This study uses SPSS 23 with secondary data and analyzed using regression analysis and path analysis.The results of his research are environmental performance has a positive effect on environmental disclosure and financial performance; institutional ownership has a negative effect on environmental disclosure and has no effect on financial performance; Managerial ownership has a negative effect on environmental disclosure, but has a positive effect on financial performance; foreign ownership has no effect on environmental disclosure and financial performance; environmental disclosure has no effect on financial performance; and environmental disclosure is not able to mediate environmental performance, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, foreign ownership of financial performance.

The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of profitability and corporate governance on firm value with or without CSR as a moderating variable. The researchers collected data on companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by accessing the website www.idx.co.id.  The population in this study consisted of 80 companies and a sample of 27 companies with a five-year research period. The research method used was quantitative, utilizing data analysis techniques based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) model and Smart PLS software. The results showed that institutional ownership (p-value 0.064) has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership (p-value 0.462) has no effect on firm value, independent commissioners (p-value 0.836) has no effect on firm value, ROE (p-value 0.119) has no effect on firm value and the audit committee (p-value 0.012) has a positive effect on firm value, institutional ownership with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.756) has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership with CSR as a moderating variable (p -value 0.141) has no effect on firm value, the audit committee with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.084) has no effect on firm value, independent commissioners with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.745) has no effect on firm value, ROE with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 1.906) has no effect on firm value an, institutional ownership (P-value = 894) has no effect on CSR, managerial ownership (P-value = .361) has no effect on the audit committee CSR (P-value = .984) has no effect on CSR,  Independent Commissioner (P- value = .000) has a negative effect on CSR, ROE (P-value = .001) has a negative effect on CSR, CSR (P-value = .018) has a positive effect on firm value.
