This research was conduted with the aim of measuring the level of adversity quotient and its effect on job satisfaction of Palembang automotive marketers in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this research is the automotive (car) marketers in Palembang. The research sample was determined using a non probability sampling technique, namely convenience sampling, as many as 75 repondents. The result showed that the automotive marketers in Palembang was dominated by the Campers with moderate adversity quotient level. This research also shows that adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of automotive marketers in Palembang during the Covid-19 pandemic.

<p>Training and development of employees and job satisfaction of employees are two crucial components for the performance of employee. In this study the influence of training and development on employee performance through job satisfaction is studied. 115 questionnaires were distributed among employees i.e. executives and managers of Telecom companies in Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra of which 105 were returned. Convenience sampling technique was used for data collection. The response rate was 91%. The finding of our study showed positive impact of training and development and job satisfaction with employee performance. Training and development will lead to higher job satisfaction level in employees and they will fulfill their duties with a great deal of responsibility with best performance.</p>

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, prove and analyze the effect of teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at X Hospital, South Jakarta. Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative research by making permanent employees of Hospital X as many as 187 people as the population with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling, based on the solving formulas, a sample of 130 respondents was obtained. Data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program with a significance level of 5% (0.05). Results: The results show that teamwork partially has an influence on employee performance, work discipline partially has an influence on employee performance, organizational climate partially has an influence on employee performance, simultaneous teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate influence employee performance. Limitations: In the process of collecting data, researchers cannot directly see and assist respondents in completing the research because the health protocol implemented at hospital X south Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic is very strict. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can provide meaning and material for consideration to achieve increased performance in accordance with industry expectations and goals. And hoped that this research can provide positive benefits so that employees are motivated to maintain order and teamwork in carrying out their duties to improve employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Indec Diagnostics Jakarta. A non-probability sampling applying convenience technique is applied. Data processed using SMART PLS version 3.3.2. The total of  46 employees of PT. Indec Diagnostics Jakarta was involved in this study. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh job satisfaction dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Indec Diagnostics Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini digunakan dengan cara non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Data diolah menggunakan program SMART PLS versi 3.3.2. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 46 karyawan PT. Indec Diagnostics, Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan organizational commitment juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

This research aims to investigate the job satisfaction of the doctors with psychological meaningfulness and work engagement as antecedent variables, in Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research was convenience sampling method and snowball sampling method. To analyze the data, this research used the SEM program, assisted with AMOS 23. The results of this study indicate that psychological meaningfulness effect on work engagement. However, no effect on job satisfaction. While the work engagement has an effect on job satisfaction. The work engagement is significant as intervening variable in the influence of psychological meaningfulness toward job satisfaction. These results support the work situation of doctors in Indonesia who have high workloads but can still feel job satisfaction. High work engagement will make the doctors feel enthusiasm and dedication even though the workload is high with abnormal work hours. These results support the work situation of doctors in Indonesia who have high workloads but can still feel job satisfaction.

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Financial Satisfaction, Financial Knowledge, Financial Confidence on Financial Behavior. This study uses the theory of planned behavior and financial behavior theory. The problem in this research is to find out the factors that can improve an individual's financial behavior in making appropriate financial decisions. This study uses a conclusive and descriptive research design. This research data is primary data obtained by a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique of this study was non-probability sampling using convenience sampling. This research was conducted with OVO application users in UNTAR. The results of this study indicate that Financial Knowledge and Financial Confidence have a significant effect on Financial Behavior while Financial Satisfaction does not affect Financial Behavior. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Financial Satisfaction, Financial Knowledge, Financial Confidence terhadap Financial Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori perilaku terencana dan teori perilaku keuangan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku keuangan individu dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian konklusif dan deskriptif. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan cross-sectional design. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pengguna aplikasi OVO di UNTAR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Financial Knowledge dan Financial Confidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Behavior sedangkan Financial Satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen donat. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada konsumen donat di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling berupa convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 152 konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara ­online dan offline. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Brand image, persepsi harga, dan service quality yang baik dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik pula terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen demi keberlanjutan bisnis perusahaan. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of brand image, price perception, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study is donut consumers. This research is limited to donut consumers in Jakarta. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling with a total sample of 152 consumers. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires online and offline. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price perception, and service quality have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Good brand image, price perception, and service quality can have a good influence on consumer purchasing decisions for the company's business sustainability.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM (electronic word of mouth) towards purchase intention smartphone on Jakarta. The populations are all smartphone user in Jakarta. The samples data number is collected from 220 respondents who lived in Jakarta, and aged between 21-30 years old who has chosen the smartphone.the data collection technique was carried out by distributing the questionnaires online using Google Form through social media (Whatsapp, Line, Instagram and Facebook). This research uses the non-probability sampling method with conveniece sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze research data by using SPSS Version 22 software. The result of this study has showed that brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM have positive and significant effect on purchase intention smartphone in Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, trust, perceived price and eWOM (electronic word of mouth) terhadap purchase intention smartphone di Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of core self-evaluation on job satisfaction mediated by career commitment in IBM-JTI employees. The sampling technique was convenience sampling, using 86 samples. This research's data analysis method is the mediation test using the Preacher-Hayes The Simple Mediation Model. The results of data processing using SPSS 22 for windows with macros and syntax. This study's results indicate that core self-evaluation and career commitment have a direct effect on job satisfaction. The effect of core self-evaluation on job satisfaction is not mediated by career commitment. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu variabel yang paling banyak diteliti. Kepuasan kerja didefinisikan sebagai suatu keadaan emosional dialami karyawan, yang bersifat menyenangkan atau bersifat positif. Kepuasan kerja pada umumnya yang dihasilkan dari penilaian karyawan terhadap pengalaman kerja atau pekerjaannya. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja menunjukkan sikap positif umum karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya. Apabila karyawan merasa adanya kepuasan kerja, maka karyawan tersebut dapat lebih termotivasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh banyak variabel. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang akan diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kompensasi dan resiliensi. Kompensasi merupakan total penghargaan atau hadiah yang diberikan perusahaan sebagai pembayaran atas hasil pekerjaan karyawan, sedangkan resiliensi merupakan suatu konsep yang menunjukkan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengatasi dan beradaptasi terhadap masa-masa sulit yang dihadapinya. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Sampel diambil dengan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak tigapuluh orang karyawan dengan kriteria merupakan karyawan yang masih aktif bekerja dan memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan adanya pengaruh positif resiliensi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan resiliensi juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keterbatasan penelitisan ini adalah jumlah sampel yang sedikit sehingga pada penelitian mendatang, jumlah sampel penelitian dapat lebih ditingkatkan.  The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction and the effect of resilience on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is one of the most widely studied variables. Job satisfaction is defined as an emotional state experienced by employees, which is fun or positive. Job satisfaction in general results from employee evaluations of work experience or work. Thus, job satisfaction shows the general positive attitude of employees towards their work. If employees feel job satisfaction, then the employee can be more motivated to produce better performance. Job satisfaction is influenced by many variables. In this study, the variables that will be examined for their effects on employee job satisfaction are compensation and resilience. Compensation is the total award or prize given by the company as payment for the work of employees, while resilience is a concept that shows a person's ability to overcome and adapt to the difficult times they face. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. Samples were taken by the non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were thirty employees with the criteria are employees who are still actively working and have a minimum working period of one year. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction and a positive effect of resilience on employee job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction and resilience also has an effect on job satisfaction. The limitation of this research is the small number of samples so that in future studies, the number of research samples can be further increased.
