Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze: (1) How the Work-Life Balance, Flexible Working Arrangement, and Telework Ability of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Central Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic (2) Measure the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement and Telework Ability on Work-Life Balance (3) Effect of Flexible Working Arrangement on Telework Ability of ASN in Central Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Methodology: The method in this research is quantitative. The research instrument used an online questionnaire distributed to ASN in Central Jakarta in a Google Form. The data analysis method used is a descriptive analysis of variables and respondents, the respondents in this study work in government offices located in the Central Jakarta area. The test used in this research is the Statistical Test and Hypothesis Testing Using the SPSS 25 Application. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and uses a convenience and snowball approach with the Krejcie formula. Results: The results of this study indicate that the application of Flexible Working Arrangement and Telework Ability of ASN has a positive effect on their Work-Life Balance. Limitation: The limitation of the research is in the pandemic conditions, which limit researchers from conducting offline research. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can be useful for Government Agencies in the Central Jakarta area as well as a reference for further research on Flexible Working Arrangements, Telework Ability, and Work-Life Balance.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, prove and analyze the effect of teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at X Hospital, South Jakarta. Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative research by making permanent employees of Hospital X as many as 187 people as the population with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling, based on the solving formulas, a sample of 130 respondents was obtained. Data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program with a significance level of 5% (0.05). Results: The results show that teamwork partially has an influence on employee performance, work discipline partially has an influence on employee performance, organizational climate partially has an influence on employee performance, simultaneous teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate influence employee performance. Limitations: In the process of collecting data, researchers cannot directly see and assist respondents in completing the research because the health protocol implemented at hospital X south Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic is very strict. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can provide meaning and material for consideration to achieve increased performance in accordance with industry expectations and goals. And hoped that this research can provide positive benefits so that employees are motivated to maintain order and teamwork in carrying out their duties to improve employee performance.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine the influence of digital leadership, total quality management, and knowledge management on companies’ sustainability management in DKI Jakarta. Research methodology: The sampling technique used in this research is the convenience sampling technique. It used primary data through questionnaire distribution with 389 respondents of employees who work in DKI Jakarta. As for the data analysis technique, this research used the regression technique in both simple and multiple regression. Results: The results of this study indicate that digital leadership and knowledge management have a significant influence on the sustainability management of companies in DKI Jakarta. Meanwhile, total quality management does not have a significant influence on the sustainability management of companies in DKI Jakarta Limitations: This study only examines the variables of digital leadership, total quality management, knowledge management, and sustainability management. This research is also limited to employees who work at companies in DKI Jakarta. Contribution: This study shows how the level of digital leadership, total quality management, knowledge management, and sustainability management in companies in DKI Jakarta. This study also shows how digital leadership, total quality management, and knowledge management affect sustainability management. Companies can use this research to improve the company’s sustainability management by implementing digital leadership, knowledge management and paying more attention to the importance of developing total quality management within the company.

Purpose: This study aimed to see how the Asset Data Collection Management of the Regional Secretariat of East Lombok Regency is in accordance with the rules from start to finish and get a clear picture of the research topic. Research methodology: This study was qualitative research. The data technique was done by using documentation, field observation, document review, and interview. The collected data were then analyzed using data analysis theory by Miles and Huberman. Results: The results showed that the Regional Asset Data Collection Management in East Lombok Regency was in accordance with the Domestic Government Regulation No. 19/2016. However, the management of official vehicles was not yet effective and efficient. This can be seen from the management practices that still follow the scope contained in the regulation. Limitations: The weakness of this study is that most of the data cannot be obtained from primary sources but relies on secondary data or other people's information. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference used in further research. Furthermore, the research results are expected to provide an overview of how the regional secretariat asset data management can be used as material for evaluation and improvement in local government policymaking.

Purpose: Indeed, the achievement of each organization's goals cannot be divorced from the performance of each individual member. Meanwhile, peak performance is strongly influenced by members of the organization's level of job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction can be influenced by a variety of factors that can either increase or decrease members' level of job satisfaction. Thus, the purpose of this study was to ascertain the effect of job stress and motivation on job satisfaction at the Makassar Police Traffic Police Unit. Research methodology: The data for this study were derived from primary sources via questionnaires. This study surveyed 100 respondents. SEM-PLS analysis was used to conduct the analysis in this study. Results: The results indicate that work stress and motivation have no effect on job satisfaction. Limitations: It is hoped that additional researchers will be able to refine this research by examining additional construct variables in addition to those used to measure job satisfaction. Contribution: This study contributes to a better understanding of how work stress and motivation affect job satisfaction at the Makassar Police Department's Traffic Police Unit.

Purpose: This research aimed to analyze the influence of Social Distancing, Work from Home and Video Call applications towards Organizational Productivity. Method: This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The analysis tool used in this study is SmartPLS 3.0. The population of this study is 9880 people. The samples studied were 130 people using the Simple Random Sampling method. The sampling technique refers to the Slovin formula. The results stated that the analysis of Social Distancing influence, Work From Home and Video Call application (0,052), (0,047) and (0,924). Results: Based on test of R Square, Productivity of the Organization as Endogenous variable affects 98.6% while the remaining 1.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to explain corporate governance and its application in the Ministry of Environment Forestry, one of a kind which is through Bureaucratic Reforms. Research methodology: This research was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subject was the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The source and type of data used in this study were secondary data, with the data collection technique was done using a literature study. Results: The results show that the Ministry of Environment Forestry as a public servant has implemented the main/basic principles of Good Corporate Governance, namely that Responsibility, Independence, Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency, which was adapted into 8 (eight) aspects of change which became a road map to create added value for stakeholders and ensure that tasks are carried out honestly, transparently and responsibly to create good governance (Good Corporate Governance-GCG). Limitations: The weakness of this research was that most of the data could not be obtained from primary sources but relied on secondary data or other people's information. Contribution: This is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference used in further research and are expected to provide an overview of how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance-GCG at Ministry Environment and Forestry.

Abstract Purpose: This research is to examine the effect of collaboration skills on work engagement, digital leadership on work engagement, perceived organizational support on work engagement, and collaboration skills, digital leadership, and perceived organizational support (simultaneously) on employees in DKI Jakarta. Research Methodology: This study used descriptive research methods and data collection techniques. Questionnaires were distributed to 388 DKI Jakarta employees. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, difference test, and hypothesis testing. Results: The results of this study indicate that collaboration skills have a significant effect on work engagement, digital leadership has a significant effect on work engagement, digital leadership has a significant influence on collaboration skills, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on work engagement, perceived organizational support has a significant influence on collaboration skills, and perceived organizational support has a significant influence on digital leadership for employees in DKI Jakarta. Limitations: This study only assesses the variables of work engagement, collaboration skills, digital leadership, and perceived organizational support, and only employees who work in DKI Jakarta, as well as the limited literacy on collaboration skills and digital leadership. Contribution: It can be used as a reference in developing company strategies in increasing work engagement, and as a means of increasing knowledge about work engagement, collaboration skills, digital leadership, and perceived organizational support.

Abstract Purpose: This research aimed to find out and analyze the comparison of Bitcoin, stocks, and gold performances. Research methodology: The analytical method used in this research is a comparative method by using secondary data. Microsoft Excel program was used to calculate the formula of each variable. Then, the data were processed statistically by using the SPSS application, the Kurskall-Wallis Test. Results: This study indicates that there is no significant difference between Bitcoin, LQ45 stocks, and gold when measured from return and Jensen’s performance measure. Then, there are significant differences between Bitcoin, LQ45 stocks, and gold when measured from risk, Sharpe performance’s measure, and Treynor performance’s measure Limitations: The data used in this research were only from April 2013 – October 2019. Contribution: This research contributes to investors and anyone who wants to invest.

Purpose: Influence of communication climate and job promotion on employee performance and motivation with discipline and job satisfaction as intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo. The aim of this study is to test and analyze the influence of communication and promotion on employee motivation and performance with discipline and job satisfaction as variabels intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo Research methodology: The samples of this study are 74 respondents consisting of employees permanent of the division warehouse and production. This research applies path analysis by using the program of analysis Smart PLS. Results: The relationship between variables in this study produced thirteen hypotheses with significant influence and five hypotheses with not significant influence. Relation testing between organizational job promotion and motivation variabels has the biggest significance. Meanwhile, the relation testing between communication climate variabels and employee performance variabels has the smallest significance. Limitation: The limitation in this research is one company where the number of samples taken is only permanent employees of the warehouse and production only. Contribution: Results of this study are expected to be able to give contribution to human resources management and to practical management.
