This study aims to find out how much the influence of the Work Environment, Discipline, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kota Padang. This study consisted of four independent variables, namely the Work Environment, Discipline, Motivation and Job Satisfaction and one Dependent variable namely Job Performance. The analytical method used is correlation and regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents namely employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kota Padang. The results obtained based on the Partial Test (t test) were obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance, (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Discipline on Employee Performance,. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance, and there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction and Achievement Employee work,

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is a survey research using explanatory research type. The sample used was 106 respondents from the Pasuruan Pratama Tax Service Office. The sample in this study is the same as the population of data collection by means of a census. Statistical analysis used is Path Analysis approach. Calculation of the estimated values of the parameters is carried out with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that: i) Organizational culture directly has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; ii) the work environment has no direct influence on job satisfaction; iii) Organizational culture directly has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; iv) work environment has no direct influence on employee performance v) job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; vi) organizational culture indirectly has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction; (vii) the work environment does not indirectly have an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.Effectiveness while the remaining 35.1% is influential with other factors not examined by the authors in this study.

This research was conducted to measure the Influence Workload and Working Environment on Employee Job Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT . Sarijasa Transutama Jakarta warehouse. The sample studied totaled 68 respondents. This study uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Testing is done with the system simultaneously and partially. The analysis showed that the work load significantly influence employee performance, the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance, workload and working environment together - each has a significant influence on employee performance, intervention job satisfaction may mediate the effect of workload on achievement work, job satisfaction interventions may mediate the effect of the work environment on work performance.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja pada kualitas kinerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpenaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kinerja pegawaiAbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, training, and work environment on the quality of employee performance. The purpose of this research was to gain information on the influence of HRM practices especially job stress, working environment on job satisfaction toward job performance at Bank Mandiri as state-owned companies in Indonesia. The samples of this research were permanent employees of the company. The questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents and the employees properly filled 115 questionnaires. The analytical model used in this research was multiple linear regressions. The results of this research proved that job stress significantly influence over job satisfaction because the value of significance is 0.019 (p < 0.05). Work environment with significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) is proved to have significant influence to job satisfaction. Job stress also proved to have significant influence to job performance based on the significance value of 0.008 (p < 0.05). Besides that, work environment with the significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) is proved to have significance value to job performance. Lastly, job satisfaction with the significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) is proved to have a significant value to job performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and job stress at PT. Padang Broad Bay. The method of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires. The sample was 144 respondents and the analytical method used was regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 21.790 + 0.256X1 + 0.615X2 - 0.482X3 is obtained. There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 3.697 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 8.426 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Furthermore, there is a negative and significant effect between work stress (X3) on employee performance (Y), with t -3,697 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0,000> 0.05). Finally there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and work stress (X3) together on employee performance (Y) there is also a strong relationship between each of these variables with a fcount of 75,486 or a significantly smaller level from alpha (0,000 <0.05).

<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>

This study aims to find out how big the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance; and How big influence of Work Motivation to Employee Work Achievement; The population in this study is all employees of Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury in Kupang city. The sample in this research is 52 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of the study showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, and There is a positive and significant influence Motivation Work on Job Performance Employees. In addition There are positive and significant influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation collectively towards Employee Work Achievement.
