The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nikkei 225 index and the Shanghai Composite Index on IDX Composite Index. The population and samples used in this study are the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nikkei 225 Index, the Shanghai Composite Index, and the IDX Composite Index for the period January 2 to April 30, 2020. The type of data is secondary data. The analysis method used are classical assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis test using F-test and t-test. The results of the study found that the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Nikkie 225 index partially affected the IDX Composite Index positively and significantly. The Shanghai Composite Index has no significant effect on IDX Composite Index.

This study was conducted to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NPL) and loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to the Banking Profitability (ROA). Populations that are objects of this study are conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is to use multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the t-test. Before using multiple regression analysis, performed classical assumption beforehand. From the results of the partial hypothesis test (t-test) in conventional banks showed that the CAR variable has no effect and no significant effect on bank profitability (ROA). Variable ROA and LDR significant negative effect on bank profitability (ROA), while variable NIM and NPL positive and significant impact on banking profitability (ROA). The ability of the independent variables affects the profitability of banks by 64% while the rest influence other variables not included in the research model.

This study aims to determine whether perceptions and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest of Dapur Kwalli either partially or simultaneously. The research method used descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis method. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Researchers used 100 respondents as a sample. The results showed that perceptions and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest of Dapur Kwalli partially and simultaneously.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi dan layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Dapur Kwalli baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Dapur Kwalli secara parsial dan simultan.

This study aims to determine: the influence of independent variables is Information Systems Administration Population (SIAK) which consists of (according to procedures, have special standards, and orderly administration) partially and simultaneously to the dependent variable of Employee Effectiveness on the Department of Population and Civil Registry Bogor. Population in this research is employee who use application of information system of administration of population (SIAK), with sample of 45 employee by using Sampling Saturation technique that is sample determination technique when all member of population used as sample. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the research results obtained regression equation, shows a positive value. The hypothesis test result for partial test (t test) shows that when independent variables independently there is no influence on the dependent variable. While the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable. From result of determination coefficient test of Adjusted R Square value obtained by 0,320 (32%), while the rest 68% influenced by other factor not examined in this research.

This study was conducted with the aim to empirically examine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on profitability (ROA) at the Rural Credit Bank in Palembang for the period 2013-2018. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative The population in the research object is all BPRs contained in Palembang city amounted to 13 BPR while the total sample of 10 BPR. The research sample was taken with a purposive sampling system with the criteria of a BPR whose financial statements were published by the Financial Services Authority in the 2013-2018 period. The method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis with a hypothesis testing tool that is the t test and the F test. However, before conducting multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test is performed first. Through the simultaneous hypothesis test results (Test F) it is known that CAR, BOPO, NPL and LDR have a significant effect on the profitability of BPR (sig 0,000). While based on the partial hypothesis test results (t test) on BPR shows that CAR variable does not influence ROA (sig 0.183), BOPO variable has no effect on ROA (sig 0.114), NPL variable has significant effect on ROA (sig 0.001) and LDR variable also no effect on ROA (sig 0,782). Adjusted R ² value in the regression model was obtained at 56.1, this indicates that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable (ROA) was 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% was influenced by other factors outside this study.

This research aimed to analyze the effect of Mulia, Ar-Rum, Sharia-compliant Bank of Indonesia (sharia-compliant Bank of Indonesia)’s Certificate, Inflation and BI Rate on sharia pawnshop’s income in Indonesia during 2015-2017. Case study being the object of research was PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Secondary data derived from annual report published by Pegadaian (thereafter called Pawnshop). This study employed a multiple regression analysis method. The result of research showed that (1) Mulia financing affected significantly the income of Sharia pawnshop (thereafter, called Sharia pawnshop), (2) Ar-Rum Financing did not affect significantly the income of Sharia Pawnshop, (3) Sharia-compliant Bank of Indonesia’s Certificate did not affect significantly the income of Sharia pawnshop, and (4) inflation affected significantly the income of Sharia pawnshop and BI Rate affected Sharia pawnshop’s income significantly

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kemasan dan cita rasa secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk mie instan Indomie survei mahasiswa/i Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausal dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, t, dan R². Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan secara simultan kemasan dan cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mie instan Indomie. Secara parsial kemasan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial cita rasa berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata Kunci : Kemasan, Cita Rasa, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kemasan and taste simultaneously and partially towards the consumers purchasing decision of indomie products survey on students in Perjuangan University, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a causal method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaire. To analyzed the data used the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test used the F test, t test, and R² test. the results of this study indicated that kemasan and taste simultaneously influenced the decisions to consumers purchase of Indomie products. AbstractInternet addiction has become a worrying phenomenon for Indonesian teenagers. This research was conducted to determine whether the psychological factors will influence internet addiction in adolescents. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 200 adolescents. The instrument collects data using a scale internet addiction scale that compiled by Griffiths (2005) and developed by Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) developed by Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) developed by Riggio (1986), and A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale compiled by De Jong Gierveld (2006).  The results showed that there were significant differences in the parenting style, social skills, and loneliness on the tendency of internet addiction in adolescents.AbstrakAdiksi Internet menjadi salah satu fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan untuk remaja Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis apakah yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 remaja dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur sebagai berikut, alat ukur adiksi internet yang dikembangkan oleh Lemmens (2009), Parenting Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Buri (1991), Social Skill Inventory (SSI) yang dikembangkan oleh Riggio (1986), dan A Rasch-Type Loneliness Scale yang disusun oleh De Jong Gierveld (2006). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan pengaruh signifikan gaya pengasuhan, keterampilan sosial, dan kesepian terhadap kecenderungan adiksi internet pada remaja.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays taxes . Sources of data used in this study is primary data derived from taxpayer restaurant in Tomohon. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis resulted in the equation r Y = 8.000 + 0.136 X1 + 0.440 X2 . R2 value of 0.303 indicates the proportion of the taxpayer contributes understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays tax at a restaurant in Tomohon 30.3 %. And korelsi coefficient ( r) of 0.550 . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that no taxpayer understanding partial effect on consciousness taxpayer pays tax while the restaurant in Tomohon city restaurant tax benefits significantly influence the consciousness of the top tax payers in the city of Tomohon.
