Gouty arthritis or gout is a type of joint disease that occurs due to uric acid levels that are too high in the blood. Under normal conditions, uric acid dissolves in the blood and passes through the urine. But under certain conditions, the body can produce uric acid in excessive amounts or experience a disruption in removing excess uric acid, so that uric acid accumulates in the body. Following this, a system is created that is able to provide patients with information like Gout by using methods forward chaining. This system is built using research and development methods that point to output in the form of expert system applications with the reading of the data carried out in forward chaining.

Based on data from Riskesdas 2013, in line with increasing age the prevalence of joint disease has increased. The trigger is abnormal metabolic processes in the body and 10% of cases occur in postmenopausal women because the production of the hormone estrogen is disrupted. If treatment is not carried out, it will result in chronic gouty arthritis, resulting in paralysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of uric acid levels in postmenopausal women in Berahan Kulon Village, Wedung District, Demak Regency. The research method used is an observational study with a cross sectional approach. Of the 20 research subjects, 1 research subject had low uric acid levels, 9 research subjects had normal uric acid levels, and 10 research subjects had high uric acid levels. High uric acid levels were dominated by the age group 51-55 years, menopause duration 6-10 years and 10 years, no history of heredity, and consumption of foods high in uric acid 3-5 times/week and 5 times/week. The conclusion of this study is that 5% of postmenopausal women have low uric acid levels, 45% have normal uric acid levels, and 50% have high uric acid levels.

Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism, and excessive serum uric acid can cause gouty arthritis and uric acid nephropathy. Therefore, lowering the uric acid level and alleviating inflammation in the body are the key points to treating these diseases. A stable nanosuspension of peptide BmK9 was prepared by the precipitation-ultrasonication method. By combining uricase on the surface of a positively charged carrier, a complex consisting of neutral rod-shaped BmK9 and uricase nanoparticles (Nplex) was formed to achieve the delivery of BmK9 and uricase, respectively. The formulation of Nplex has a diameter of 180 nm and drug loading up to 200%, which releases BmK9 and uricase slowly and steadily in drug release tests in vitro. There was significantly improved pharmacokinetic behavior of the two drugs because Nplex prolonged the half-life and increased tissue accumulation. Histological assessments showed that the dual drug Nplex can reduce the inflammation response in acute gouty arthritis and chronic uric acid nephropathy in vivo. In the macrophage system, there was lower toxicity and increased beneficial effect on inflammation with Nplex than free BmK9 or uricase. Collectively, this novel formulation provides a dual drug delivery system that can treat gouty arthritis and uric acid nephropathy.

The purpose of this research is to build the application of Expert System of gynecology diseases based on web mobile that can facilitate user in diagnose gynecological disease. This research uses Forward Chaining method. The results displayed are user conditions associated with gynecological diseases. Results are also equipped with illness and treatment solutions displayed in the form of website and mobile application using PHP programming with MySQL database. The conclusion in this research is to use Forward Chaining method on Expert System diagnose gynecological disease is very helpful in research and development process Expert System conducted. The eye is one of the organs in the body that has an important role in human life, because the eye is one of the organs that has a function as vision in carrying out every activity. Eye health really needs to be maintained by diligently consulting or having your eyes checked by a doctor so that vision remains clear and there are no eye problems when looking at objects around us. However, eye health is often neglected, so that many various diseases can attack the eye. If not handled properly, diseases that attack the eye can cause visual disturbances and lead to blindness. Therefore, the eye must be kept healthy and kept clean because it is a very important organ of the human body. The purpose of building this expert system is to assist the public in diagnosing eye diseases from the symptoms that are being felt. This expert system will be a way out of eye problems that are suffered by the community, In this way people no longer have trouble going to the doctor. All data and facts to be processed are obtained from an expert, the method used in diagnosing this eye disease is the forward chaining method to apply the rules of the 28 symptoms and 8 diseases described by the expert. The results of the diagnosis using the Forward Chaining method is a very good level of accuracy in determining the type of eye disease that is suffered by the community and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system.

At this time hypertension is a disease that endangers the community a lot because people often ignore it because this disease does not quickly affect the body but will slowly damage health. Hypertension is not contagious but can trigger other diseases, such as stroke and heart disease. The habit of people who will check their health after experiencing problems causes delays in their help. Symptoms of hypertension can be detected early so that people can prevent the seriousness of the disease. The expert system is one of the fields of science that can help the public to check whether a person has hypertension and the type of hypertension and the percentage of possible diseases he suffers because the expert system can be designed how to work like an expert. The expert system designed uses several stages, namely (1) system requirements analysis, (2) input and output design, (3) coding and (4) testing. This expert system will be represented in the form of rules, the method of reasoning using the forward chaining method and probability theory in calculating the percentage of rules that are fulfilled. The form of output (results) from the expert system is in the form of diagnostic results based on the symptoms given and suggestions that are in accordance with the diagnosis used are forward chaining, namely drawing conclusions from several types of hypertension obtained from symptoms. Chicken disease is a condition in which the body organs of chickens cannot function normally. Diagnosing a disease requires symptoms that appear on the chicken's body. To conduct a disease diagnosis, further examination is needed by specialists (experts). An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge that is entered into a computer to solve problems that are usually resolved by experts. The system created in solving problems uses the Bayes Theorem method in which the inference process uses Forward Chaining. The application was developed using the visual basic 2010 programming language and MySQL database.

Teeth are an important part of the body in the digestive process. As a start of the digestive process, teeth receive various kinds of food conditions such as sweet, cold, hard foods, and so on. These food conditions affect dental health so that when teeth are not treated they become vulnerable to disease. Society in general does not pay attention to pain in the teeth. Though the pain in the teeth can be caused by diseases such as dental caries, tartar, and others. The solution of this research is manifested in the form of an expert system to diagnose dental diseases using the Android-based Forward Chaining method. The expert system application used by researchers is McGoo. The purpose of this expert system is to help the public get information and carry out a diagnosis of dental disease independently. Users only need to answer the questions displayed by the system to get the results of the diagnosis in the form of the type of illness and treatment solutions that can be done. The results of the system diagnosis have been tested and validated by experts namely dentists who are the source of information and data. Based on the accuracy of the system diagnostic test results are by the results of the expert diagnosis.

Uric acid is a disease that arises due to excess purine in the body caused by uric crystals in the joint tissue that attacks the fingers, elbows, knees, toes, toes and heels. Gouty arthritis is a progressive disease caused by deposition of monosodium urate crystals (MSU) found in the joints, kidneys, and other connective tissue due to chronic hyperuricemia. The incidence of gouty arthritis is common in men as many as 25 patients (65.8%) and women as many as 13 patients (34.2%). The incidence of gouty arthritis continues to increase with age, at the age of 21-35 years (7.9%), ages 36-55 years (36.7%), age 56-65 years (28.9%), and at the age of 66 -75 years (26.3%). The purpose of this study was to examine the use of uric acid and its prescription patterns in arthritis patients in Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020 in terms of the right parameters according to the indications, the right patients, the right drugs, and the right dosages. This research is a non-experimental study, data retrospective retrieval was done by looking at the medical record data of arthritis gout patients and analyzed descriptively. Sampling as many as 38 patients with puposive sampling method. Inclusion criteria in this study were patients who were diagnosed with gout and given arthritis medication with complete medical record data. The results of the study evaluated the use of gout and its prescribing patterns in 38 patients at Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam Regional Hospital in 2020, which were 100% correct, 100% right, 100% right, and 96% right.

Expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that can usually only be solved by an expert. Inference method is a thinking mechanism and reasoning patterns used by the system to reach conclusions, while forward chaining is an inference method that traces starting from a set of facts by looking for rules that match the guesswork / hypothesis that leads to conclusions. Expert systems can be applied in various fields, including in medicine, for example how to diagnose a disease. Pregnancy is a happy moment for a mother, but there are still many problems with pregnancy problems in pregnant women because many do not know about pregnancy disorders that usually occur. Puskesmas Bontang Utara I has a program to reduce mortality in pregnant women and infants, by providing guidance and socialization on how to maintain a correct pregnancy. To facilitate public understanding and provide information related to pregnancy disorders, the researchers made the application system expert pregnancy disorders built using the PHP programming language, Dreamweaver 8 as an editor and MySql as the database. Software development methods use the waterfall model and system testing using blackbox. The expert system application in this study provides information on diagnosing pregnancy disorders in pregnant women such as consulting with experts. The diagnostic process starts with the way the user selects or inputs the type of complaint that is felt in accordance with the symptoms provided by the system. By using the forward chaining method and breadth first search search technique, the complaints that have been entered will be matched with the symptoms and types of disturbances stored in the database. So that the results of the diagnosis will be produced as the results of the diagnosis of experts. With this information helps pregnant women recognize pregnancy disorders during pregnancy.

Many acute respiratory infections or ARI are caused by viruses that attack the nose, trachea (breathing tube), or the lungs. It can be said that ARI is caused by inflammation that disrupts a person's breathing process. If not treated quickly, ARI can spread to all respiratory systems and prevent the body from getting proper oxygen, moreover it can cause the loss of a person's life. This research aims to diagnose ARI as an early step in practicing artificial intelligence in medicine, designing and apply an expert system that can diagnose ARI. The procedure used in this study uses forward chaining with tracking that begins with input data, and then creates a diagnosis or solution. The expert system used to diagnose acute respiratory inflammation uses the Forward chaining procedure with a data-driven approach, in this approach tracking starts from input data, and then seeks to draw conclusions, so that it can be used. diagnose the type of disease associated with the ARD disease experienced by showing the existing signs.
