The eye is one of the organs in the body that has an important role in human life, because the eye is one of the organs that has a function as vision in carrying out every activity. Eye health really needs to be maintained by diligently consulting or having your eyes checked by a doctor so that vision remains clear and there are no eye problems when looking at objects around us. However, eye health is often neglected, so that many various diseases can attack the eye. If not handled properly, diseases that attack the eye can cause visual disturbances and lead to blindness. Therefore, the eye must be kept healthy and kept clean because it is a very important organ of the human body. The purpose of building this expert system is to assist the public in diagnosing eye diseases from the symptoms that are being felt. This expert system will be a way out of eye problems that are suffered by the community, In this way people no longer have trouble going to the doctor. All data and facts to be processed are obtained from an expert, the method used in diagnosing this eye disease is the forward chaining method to apply the rules of the 28 symptoms and 8 diseases described by the expert. The results of the diagnosis using the Forward Chaining method is a very good level of accuracy in determining the type of eye disease that is suffered by the community and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system.

At this time hypertension is a disease that endangers the community a lot because people often ignore it because this disease does not quickly affect the body but will slowly damage health. Hypertension is not contagious but can trigger other diseases, such as stroke and heart disease. The habit of people who will check their health after experiencing problems causes delays in their help. Symptoms of hypertension can be detected early so that people can prevent the seriousness of the disease. The expert system is one of the fields of science that can help the public to check whether a person has hypertension and the type of hypertension and the percentage of possible diseases he suffers because the expert system can be designed how to work like an expert. The expert system designed uses several stages, namely (1) system requirements analysis, (2) input and output design, (3) coding and (4) testing. This expert system will be represented in the form of rules, the method of reasoning using the forward chaining method and probability theory in calculating the percentage of rules that are fulfilled. The form of output (results) from the expert system is in the form of diagnostic results based on the symptoms given and suggestions that are in accordance with the diagnosis used are forward chaining, namely drawing conclusions from several types of hypertension obtained from symptoms. Teeth are an important part of the body in the digestive process. As a start of the digestive process, teeth receive various kinds of food conditions such as sweet, cold, hard foods, and so on. These food conditions affect dental health so that when teeth are not treated they become vulnerable to disease. Society in general does not pay attention to pain in the teeth. Though the pain in the teeth can be caused by diseases such as dental caries, tartar, and others. The solution of this research is manifested in the form of an expert system to diagnose dental diseases using the Android-based Forward Chaining method. The expert system application used by researchers is McGoo. The purpose of this expert system is to help the public get information and carry out a diagnosis of dental disease independently. Users only need to answer the questions displayed by the system to get the results of the diagnosis in the form of the type of illness and treatment solutions that can be done. The results of the system diagnosis have been tested and validated by experts namely dentists who are the source of information and data. Based on the accuracy of the system diagnostic test results are by the results of the expert diagnosis.

Softlens is a medical device that is attached to the cornea to help vision as a substitute for glasses. Currently Softlens are used freely. But many users are not aware of the impact of using Softlens. So there are problems that are harmful to the eye. Meanwhile, to consult with eye experts requires a lot of time and money. This study aims to facilitate the consultation process so as to minimize the risk of eye problems that may occur. By using the forward chaining method, knowledge from experts or eye specialists in the form of disease names and symptoms will be processed to get the rule. Where rule will be used in diagnosing the use of Softlens. From the results of system testing that has been done with sample data as many as 10 patients, compared with the results of expert diagnosis obtained the value of system accuracy is 80%. This level of accuracy shows that an expert diagnosis system using Softlens can be used to assist doctors in providing a diagnosis based on symptoms and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system

Abstract - Along with the development of technology, also developed a system thet is able to adopt technology and the humant human thinking procces is an expert system which contains specific knowledge so that everyone can use to solve a specific problem, in this case is the health problem with vitamin deficiency in the human body. When there is a health disoreder, especially vitamin deficiency rether the people will a come to a doctor or nutritionist for a consultation. Sometimes there are also weaknes when entrusting to specialist such as limited hours of practice and the events that forced many patients have to queue and require a sizeeable fee. In this case, we as the people who use the service need more of an expert who can faciliate in the diagnosis of vitamin deficiency in the body as early prevention. Therefore as an alternative solution is to create an expert sysem aplication that can identify / diagnose a vitamin deficiency based on body sympton with forward chaining methode. Displayed in the form of a website using PHP programing with MYSQL database, so the consultation will be easeier, cost-eeffective and can be used anytime, anywhere. Masalah kesehatan khususnya kekurangan vitamin lebih tepatnya orang akan datang ke dokter atau ahli gizi untuk berkonsultasi. Namun terdapat kelemahan jika memepercayakan kepada dokter ahli seperti terbatasnya jam praktek dan kejadian banyak pasien yang memaksa harus harus melakukan antrian serta memerlukan biaya yang lumayan besar. Dalam hal ini, kita selaku orang yang menngunakan jasa lebih membutuhkan seorang pakar yang bisa memudahkan dalam mendiagnosa kekurangan vitamin dalam tubuh sebagai pencegahan awal. Dengan demikian sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yaitu dengan membuat aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat megidentifikasi/mendiagnosa kekurangan vitamin pada tubuh berdasarkan gejala yang ada menggunakan metode forward chaining. Yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk website menggunakan program php dengan database MySQL, sehingga konsultasi akan lebih mudah, hemat biaya serta dapat digunakan kapan dan dimana saja. Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

ABSTRACT Objetive: to build an educational video for early detection of trouble seeing in schoolers. Method: technology development study in three stages: pre-production, production and post-production in the period from March to December 2014. The recordings were made in a public school in Fortaleza (Brazil) and Health Communication Laboratory in the Universidade Federal do Ceará in the Department of Nursing. Results: about the evaluation of content, the script was considered valid by all experts. Four (44.4%) approved the script of the video and five (55.5%) approved with modifications. For technical experts, three (60%) considered it approved with modifications, while two (40%) judged it as approved (IVC≥0,8). In post-production, it was suggested changes in length, audio and esthetics. The video ended with 16 minutes and 14 seconds. CONCLUSION: it is believed that the educational video together to health professionals interventions contribute to the public understanding of the subject, resulting in early diagnosis of trouble seeing and resolving eye problems.

Almost every human activity needs an eye to support these activities, therefore it will have a bad effect if the eyes experience interference. Disorders that can be experienced in the eye can occur from minor disorders to disorders that cause loss of vision and even death. Based on the results of the Rapid Assessment Assessment of Avoidable Blindness (RAAB), the blindness rate in districts/cities in NTB was 4%. This is not only due to medical-related problems but also due to social problems related to knowledge from the community, facilities, and resources. To make it easier for the public to make an initial diagnosis of eye disease, one thing that can be done is to use an expert system. Various methods can be implemented for expert systems, one of which is the Bayesian Network method. Based on the results of accuracy testing that has been done, this application provides an accuracy rate of 84.99%. Whereas, if the system diagnosis results are a subset of expert diagnostic results, the accuracy rate is 89.99% and based on the results of the use made by the general public, this application has been running well and has provided clear information related to the diagnosis of eye disease.

Nowadays technological developments are increasingly having a positive influence on the development of human life, including in the health sector. One of them is an expert system that can transfer an expert's knowledge into a computer application to simplify and speed up the diagnosis of a disorder or disease in humans. The purpose of this final project is to design an application to diagnose diseases that occur during pregnancy which is caused by the existence of these pregnancies to simplify and speed up the diagnosis of diseases experienced by pregnant women. This study uses the forward chaining method. By involving experts in this expert system analysis according to current needs. Users are given easy access to information on several types of pregnancy disorders and their symptoms, as well as consultation through several questions that the user must answer to find out the results of the diagnosis. While experts are facilitated in system management, both the process of adding, updating and, deleting data.
