Bram Cell store is a store that sells various types of low-end smartphones at affordable prices. However, the problem faced by the Bram Cell Store is processing data in selecting the best low-end smartphone, because there is no special system for selecting the best low-end smartphone, so it takes a long time to determine. To overcome this problem, this research was conducted with the aim of building a Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is useful for simplifying the smartphone selection process. The design of a decision support system using the SAW method produces applications that perform effective and efficient selection. PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa is a company in the sale of diesel engines, generators, tooling tools and engine spare parts. Many suppliers want to distribute their goods through PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa, thus demanding the company to choose the right supplier, in order to ensure the smooth fulfillment of stock items. The process of selecting suppliers is still done manually with criteria limited to quantitative criteria, so that the process takes a long time and the results are not precise. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system for supplier recommendations quickly and precisely in meeting the company's needs. The supplier selection process uses the Rank-Order Centroid (ROC) method in weighting the criteria and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for ranking. ARAS value obtained is the K value that is ranked to get the best supplier by using a computerized decision support system. The application of these two methods can speed up the results of decisions, does not take a long time and the results obtained are also maximum.

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in this study. Decision making to determine beneficiaries was facilitated by the existence of a decision support system that was submitted, so that the fund provided was targeted at those entitled to receive uninhabitable rehabilitation fund.

Raren Batuah 1 High School is a senior high school education level located at Unsum Village, Raren Batuah District, East Barito Regency, at Raren Batuah 1 High School, assistance is provided in the form of subsidies for Poor Student Assistance for the smooth teaching and learning process for students less fortunate. To help the selection process for recipients of Poor Student Assistance, a decision support system has been designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method by prioritizing the criteria of parental income, the number of dependents of parents, and the value of student report cards that will be used for a reference decision making for the right recipient of Poor Student Assistance. Decision Support System Application (DSS) for Poor Student Assistance Recipients was designed using Flowchart and implemented using the Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010 programming language.

Teacher is an important element in the support system, therefore function and position of teachers in improving the quality of learners need to be considered seriously. Basically, teachers are professionals in the field of education that has the task of teaching, educating, and guiding students to become a man is impersonal. Thus, teachers have an important position and responsibilities of a very great deal in the success or failure of educational programs. In order to facilitate the selection process for the teachers, the school can use the Decision Support System Decision Support System that is used as a tool for decision makers to expand the capabilities of the decision makers, but not to replace the judgment of the decision makers. The method used is the Simple Additive weighting, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) suitable for decision-making process because it can determine the weight values ​​for each attribute, followed by indexing process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternative. It can be concluded from this study that the SAW method is very relevant to solve the problem of decision makers.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

The results of this study are expected to assist managers or staff in making decisions for the process of assessing the feasibility of corn raw materials in PT. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. Abstract - The student president is a student leader who aims to mediate students with the rector. Every year a student presidential election will be held. To carry out the elections, of course, they must have candidates as candidates. To become a candidate, the committee selects candidates based on the conditions that have been determined. The selection is done manually. However, candidates come from different faculties and departments which result in all its limitations, the committee will have difficulties and it will take a relatively long time to determine the candidates. Therefore, building a decision support system using the Sugeno fuzzy method to determine student presidential candidates is a good idea. This study aims to design and implement a decision support system with fuzzy Sugeno method, to facilitate the committee in working. This study uses a library research method. Where the source of information is obtained from books, journals, and others. To design a system created using UML. Based on system design, implementation and testing, the conclusion is that a decision support system with fuzzy sugeno method can determine student presidential candidates. The system built can be used as an alternative in selecting student presidential candidates because it can facilitate the committee in processing data to make decisions. Keywords - Prospective Student President, Decision Support System, Fuzzy Sugeno

Zakat has a very strategic position in giving the impact of welfare and improving the community's economy if the collection and distribution are managed in trustworthy, transparent and professional. An institution on zakat management is National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), which an institution manages the zakat management nationally, and non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to President through the Minister of Religion. BAZNAS is located in capital city and assisted by zakat collection unit (UPZ). Along this time, they conduct manually in determining the person who will receive the assistance, but it often occur errors in its implementation. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist UPZ in determining the person who will receive the assistance. The decision support system was designed using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, then the administrators obtain an alternative data in the form of lists of students who receive the UPZ assistance. The SAW algorithm is an algorithms for decision making. The SAW algorithm is also known as an algorithm with additive weighting method. The method requires normalization process of decision matrix (x) into a scale and can be compared to the entire available alternative ratings. The study showed that SAW can be applied to determine the acceptance of UPZ assistance by the calculation results of 16. The result of calculation and recommendation of decision support system for person who receive the UPZ acceptance, have the same data on output, namely Astin Dwi Wulan.

Kwalitas sumber daya yang tinggi sangatlah diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja satu perusahan, sumber daya yang mempunyai keahlian dan kopetensi akan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih maksimal. Untuk itu proses seleksi pegawai akan lebih profesional maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu dalam menyeleksi pegawai pada PDAM Tirta Dharma Kota Tegal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak diterima sebagai pegawai baru berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk proses seleksi dalam penelitian ini antara lain Tes Tertulis, Psikotes, Pendidikan, IPK dan Wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat bantu untuk pengambilan keputusan manajemen, Selain itu dalam proses seleksi penerimaan pegawai ini juga dapat dilakukan dengan lebih optimal, dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyusun serta mengevaluasi penyeleksian pelamar tersebut menjadi lebih efisien.High quality of the resources is necessary to increase labor productivity of the company, the resource that has the expertise and competency will be able to improve service over the maximum. For that service selection process will be more professional it is necessary to build a decision support system to assist in the selection of employees at PDAM Tirta Dharma Tegal. The method used is a method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting). This method was chosen because it can determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is entitled to be accepted as a new employee based on criteria specified. The criteria used for the selection process in this research include written test, Psychological, Education, GPA and interview. The results of the study a decision support system design as a tool for management decision making, besides the selection process for this employee can also be done with a more optimal, and the time needed to develop and evaluate screening of applicants has become more efficient.

Pengolahan nilai-nilai tersebut diperlukan sebuah aplikasi Decission Support System (DSS)  untuk membantu mengolah nilai tersebut dan melakukan perankingan dan bobot sehingga pimpinan lebih cepat dan mudah dalam pengambilan keputusan seleksi kinerja karyawan tenaga kependidikan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dengan  metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Kano., Metode SAW ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses bobot dan perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dan metode Kano untuk menentukan nilai secara individu untuk kepuasan karyawan dan menciptakan syarat mutlak yang optimal untuk orientasi proses  aktivitas pengembangan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan.
