Study of the fractional composition of granulate influence on the performance indicators of tablets based on salmonellosis bacteriophag

The author presented experimental data on the influence of technological factors on the quality indexes of tablets based on a cryoliofilized salmonella bacteriophage. The analysis of the technological properties of model granules with such parameters as bulk density, flow ability, vibration compacting index, Hausner index, Сarr's index showed that the fractional composition of the granules should contain no more than 33 % of the pulverized fraction (0,25 mm or less). The granulate, regardless of its fractional composition, has elastic-plastic properties characterizing the strength of the tablets. The influence of the pressing pressure of the cryoliofilized composition tablets with salmonella bacteriophage on the crush strength and disintegration of enteric-soluble tablets was studied. The optimum compression pressure of tablets within 60 mPa of granules with a content of pulp fraction (0.25 mm or less) is not to be higher than 33 %.

This study developed a technology of low-lactose semi-finished products, based on fermented whey and pumpkin pulp puree, and offered a possibility of its use in the technology of structured culinary products. This research carried out the required substantiation of the methods of preliminary processing of raw materials, and studied the technological properties and structure of model compositions with their use. During the experiment, a number of studies were carried out, which substantiated the method and modes of condensation of whey, and provided a comparative analysis of the homogeneity of lactose-free and lactose-containing samples of whey under various modes of condensation. The study obtained the results of calculations of the equivalent diameter of the studied samples of lactose-containing and low-lactose whey, condensed by the contact method and in vacuum. It was found, that the structure is homogeneous at a number average crystal diameter of up to 5 μm. The restriction is valid for CLLWV with a calculated diameter of about 3.84 μm with a coefficient of variation of 1.35 % with an increase of 10,000 times. The study revealed the alternation of smooth and granular sections of the micron level (0.1 ... 5 μm) in the structure of the studied low-lactose semi-finished product with an increase of 300 times. It was determined, that the extremum of the differential curve of the particle size distribution of CLLWV corresponds to the number average crystal diameter of 3.84 μm. It was established, that the most homogeneous fractional composition is inherent in the studied sample of CLLWV, for which the values of fraction diameters are in the range from 1.46 μm to 4.96 μm. The optimal ratio of the components of the model CLLWV: FPPP system was determined as 70 % to 30 % respectively. With this composition, the model system is characterized by the formation of protein-pectin complexes, which is confirmed by microscopy with a magnification of 90 times

The main technological factors when using ATL and AFP technologies are material temperature, laying speed, rolling pressure and no deviation from the required laying trajectory. The article discusses the influence of technological factors on some characteristics of polymer composite materials. The optimum laying temperature should provide the required adhesion. The rate of laying should provide heating of the material without its technological properties. The rolling pressure during laying should ensure optimal porosity and thickness of the material.

In order to cover this goal, four quality indexes related to the airline industry, and two economic performance. In order to cover this goal, four quality indexes related to the airline industry, and two economic performance indicators, revenues and return on investment (ROI), have been considered. Data from American airline companies from 2006 to 2013 have been used to determine if airlines’ profitability increases when service quality improves. Considering the effects on airlines’ profitability, the results confirm the positive and significant influence of service quality on the ROI of the US airline companies. A non-significant effect was found for airline revenues in relation to quality No previous research in this area has been done so these findings could encourage airline companies to invest in quality, since this policy can have a positive return on their profitability.

These properties are interrelated and in a certain way can affect the process of obtaining high-quality capsules with the necessary therapeutic effect. The aim of the article is to study and to generalize technological properties of eggplant powder, produced by infrared drying at temperatures 50-60 ºС. The results of the conducted complex of studies reflect main technological and consumption properties of the received puree that plays an important role at creating new culinary products. So, for studying technological properties of food eggplant powder, there was considered the complex of base functional-technological properties of powder, produced by infrared drying. For finding optimal conditions of rehydration of eggplant powders, there was studied the influence of such technological factors as: swelling ability; liquid; powder ratio; influence of the solvent temperature on renovation; renovation duration; degree of comminution of powders. Main parameters that influence the renovation ability of dried eggplants are investigated and studied in the article. The results of the studies of technological properties of eggplant powders prove their high rehydration properties. It gives a possibility to use powders at producing different culinary products not only for enriching them with functional ingredients, but also for giving them new technological properties. Based on the obtained results, there was elaborated and presented the new technological scheme of using renewed powders in food compositions.

The general characteristic of products of processing of waste heaps is given. Their characteristics by fractional composition are proposed: large-fractional, with grains from 2 to 150 mm in size, medium-fractional with a grain size of 0.5 to 2 mm, and fine-grained with a grain size of 0 to 0.5 mm. The results of work on the study of the chemical-mineralogical composition and physico-mechanical properties of the medium-fractionation products of the waste heaps processing with reference to the production of various wall ceramics products are presented. Their role is shown as a polyfunctional additive when introduced into ceramic masses and affects the properties of finished products. A preliminary classification according to the amount of coal component, mineralogical and petrographic composition, technological properties is proposed. The feasibility of their application in the production of wall ceramics with a reduced cost is given.

The use of finely dispersed fillers for cement concrete is accompanied not only by the cement binder saving, but also by a change in the technological characteristics of the cement mixtures. Depending on the nature of the additive used, both a positive and a negative water-reducing effect can be observed. The nature of the synthetic calcium silicates additives’ effect obtained by the method of sucrose-modified calcium hydro silicates thermolysis on the technological properties of the cement systems is considered. The independent methods determined the polymodal nature of the calcium silicates dispersions. The effect of the various dimensional scales particles on the technological properties of the cement system is determined. Micron particles affect the powder mixture compaction, the optimal content of calcium silicate additives is 20–40%. Nanometric particles, as well as residual freely extractable sucrose, determine the plasticizing effect of the synthetic calcium silicates additives introduction, the maximum manifestation of which is observed when the additive content is 20%. The visco-plastic properties of the “cement - synthetic calcium silicates” system’s mixtures were evaluated at various additive contents.

This study was conducted to determine if quality had any effects on US airline economic performance. Therefore, four service quality indexes used in the US air transportation industry were included together with two economic performance indicators, passenger revenues and return on investment (ROI). Longitudinal data from the US airline companies from 2006 to 2015 were used to determine if airline activity or profitability increased when service quality improved. The results of this research demonstrated and confirmed the positive and significant influence of service quality on the ROI of US airline companies. Meanwhile, a non-significant effect was found for quality on airline passenger revenues. As none of the previous research studies have considered the four quality indexes altogether, the findings of this work could encourage airline companies to invest in quality, since this policy can have a positive consequence for their profitability.

At this article presented the results of studies on the influence of wollastonite concentrate obtained from wollastonite ore of the Koytash deposit of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the properties of coatings of welding electrodes. The obtained results revealed the dependence of the pressing pressure of the electrodes on the content of wollastonite concentrate in the electrode coating, according to which the introduction of wollastonite concentrate in the coating of the base type is conducive to improving the plastic properties of the coating masses. Also, studies of the effect of wollastonite concentrate on the arc stability of the welding electrode, which showed an increase in the breaking length of the arc and increase the stability of its combustion when introduced into the electrode coatings of wollastonite concentrate. In addition, the favorable effect of wollastonite concentrate on the grinding of electrode metal droplets and the improvement of the formation of welds was revealed.
