Abstract: In this article, we attempted to fully illuminate the overall picture of the existing types of stereotypes that are available in scientific research of various scientists - linguists from the near and far abroad. The purpose of this article is to consider the features of the classification of stereotypes, the criteria for their separation and functioning in society. A variety of criteria for distinguishing classification allows us to identify a sufficient number of types of stereotypes that, undoubtedly, have found their place and function in a particular society. In the framework of this small study, it was revealed that the theoretical material on the study of stereotypes has a common basis, and they allow revealing the deep structure of the phenomenon under consideration. Key words: stereotype, classification, anthropological, social, ethnic, stereotype, heterostereotype, social-perceptual.

Summary This article focuses on a dogmatic reflection on the concept and function of evidence in civil proceedings. To this end, it addresses evidence as the object of instruction as well as a number of problems associated with the burden of proof. This analysis also deals with the dialectics between the burden of proof and the burden of claim. The reflection we propose on the concetual basis of the evidence also covers questions relating to the instructional activity, the value of the evidence, the binding force of the means of proof and its limitations. From the theoretical framework described, it is also fundamental to proceed to the methodological classification of the test, also questioning its extra procedural value, always seeking to find foundations in the principles underlying the instructional activity. Key words: civil procedure, proof, instruction, allegation.

A key aspect of robotic assistants is their ability to contextualize their behavior according to different needs of assistive scenarios. This work presents an ontology-based knowledge representation and reasoning approach supporting the synthesis of personalized behavior of robotic assistants. It introduces an ontological model of health state and functioning of persons based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. Moreover, it borrows the concepts of affordance and function from the literature of robotics and manufacturing and adapts them to robotic (physical and cognitive) assistance domain. Knowledge reasoning mechanisms are developed on top of the resulting ontological model to reason about stimulation capabilities of a robot and health state of a person in order to identify action opportunities and achieve personalized assistance. Experimental tests assess the performance of the proposed approach and its capability of dealing with different profiles and stimuli.

Background: Efficacy of continuous intravenous proton- pump inhibitors (IV PPI) and hemoclips alone was proved, but data about combination of an application of endoscopy clips and intermittent IV PPI in Vietnam was still limited. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of endoscopy hemoclip combined with intermittent IV PPI in the patients of peptic ulcer bleeding. Patients and methods: 34 patients diagnosed as peptic ulcer bleeding, having Forrest classification of Ia, Ib, IIa and IIb, were enrolled. Esomeprazole was administered as 80 mg IV bolus followed by intermittent IV injection of 40 mg/8h during 72h. Results: Immediate hemostasis was achieved in all 34 patients. Only 1 patient (2.9%) had early rebleeding. No severe complications was found in this study. Conclusion: Combination of endoscopy hemoclips and intermittent PPI showed effective, safe in patients of peptic ulcer bleeding. Key words: Peptic ulcer bleeding, intermittent PPI, endoscopy hemoclip

Today, around 50 million people worldwide suffer from cataracts, more than a half of them need surgical treatment. High prevalence of this pathology in Ukraine, the need to improve the provision of ophthalmic care to patients, and the reform of the health care system have made the research relevant. Concomitant diseases and special conditions of the eye increase the risk of intra− and postoperative complications, worsen the functional parameters of patients after surgery. In order to develop a unified approach to the treatment of complicated cataracts based on diagnostically related groups of patients, a retrospective analysis of case histories of patients with different variants of complications related to the condition of the lens itself, its ligament apparatus and other structures of the eye was conducted. In each case, the surgeon has to choose the appropriate modification of cataract phacoemulsification surgery. The study proposed the classification of cataract phacoemulsification modifications on the basis of the techniques and the sequence of operation stages, taking into account the classification of the degrees of turbidity of the lens, proposed by L. Buratto. It has been noted that in complicated cases, according to the indications of the patient, surgery may be performed on several modifications of cataract phacoemulsification. The developed classification made it possible to generalize the various variants of pathology and greatly facilitate the choice of tactics of surgical treatment in complicated cataracts. It can be used not only for practical application, but also for improving the qualification of trained professionals. The prospect of further research is to identify contraindications for outpatient treatment of the patients with complicated cataracts. Key words: cataract complication, classification of phacoemulsification modifications, diagnostically related groups.

During a scientific research, directed to understand the structural role of some particular masonry elements, noticeable in covering structures like vault and dome, we searched the technical rules and function of these elements. We verified that in literature there is no specific documentation about these elements and its mechanic purposes. The study was directed to recognize the most representatives architectures in different ages, and to identify the construction technique’s evolution process of this particular arc-double or thickening of arc that we arrived to identify as a necessary building component to give balance in particular structural configuration. This process put down roots from the roman ancient age, until baroque age, where the most original applications of this regulation were placed. From Pantheon to the limit case of St. Filippo Neri chapel, the covers’ structures springer angle studied was analyzed together with its relation to plan, sections and elevation of all buildings. Therefore, if these elements are well-performed, they follow precise constructive patterns that this article would like to identify and show.

- Some problems of the relationship between psychotherapy and scientific research are examined. The following aspects are discussed: the theory of demarcation between science and non-science, the problem of replicability, "hard" and "soft" sciences, complexity and chaos theory, the levels of probability and indeterminacy, the inductive-deductive circle, abduction, etc. Clinical material is presented in order to exemplify the issues under discussion. Some of the problems met by empirical research in psychotherapy (for example the manualization of psychotherapy techniques) are described, and the phases of the history of psychotherapy research movement are summarized. (This intervention is a discussion of the paper by the physicist Ferdinando Bersani "Replicability in science: Myth or reality?". Psicoterapia e Scienze Umane, 2009, XLIII, 1: 59-76).
