The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence or not from the quality of human resource services and student involvement on student cognitive learning outcomes. The approach used is multiple linear regression, based on the T test and F test for data processing. The main finding is the effect found to assess student cognitive learning outcomes. The results of this multiple linear regression approach provide specific guidance for educational institutions in improving student cognitive learning outcomes.

The aimed of this study was to review and prove the effect of the internal control, the quality of human resources, and the application of information technologhy on the quality of financial report with the organization commitment as moderating agent. The indicator used to measure were relevancy, reliability, understandibility, and comparability. The total number of the respondents were 116 that was diffused into 29 of Regional Apparatus Organization in Buleleng Regency by determining the criteria of the respondent.  Analysis technique used was analisis multiple linear regression and MRA. The results were revealed internal control and the quality of human resources were effecting, while the application of information technology was not effecting, and the organization commitment could strengthen internal control, but could not strengthen the quality of human resources and the application of information technology on the quality of financial report.

Abstract: Effect of Quality of Human Resources, Organizational Commitment, Use ofInformation Technology on the Effectiveness of Accrual-Based SAP Implementation. Basedon knowing the influence of the quality of human resources, organizational commitment, andthe application of information technology on the effectiveness of applying accrual-basedgovernment accounting standards to SKPD Karangasem Regency. As many as 134 civilservants in the financial section are the population as well as samples from this study becausethe sampling technique used is saturated samples. multiple linear regression is the analysistechniques that used in this study,and the results show that the quality of HR, organizationalcommitment and the application of information technology have a positive influence on theeffectiveness of accrual-based SAP implementation in the SKPD of Karangasem Regency.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the students' cognitive learning outcomes in the lesson study of Physical Learning Strategy. The subjects of the study consisted of 62 students at the Physics Learning Physics Year 2013/2014 at FKIP UNRAM. The pattern of lesson study has been done for two cycles. Each cycle consists of three stages: plan, do, see. At the end of each cycle has been given a test to determine the level of mastery of student competence. The results showed that there was an increase in cognitive learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle evaluation (Cooperative learning model) obtained an average score of 71 (grade B) and on the second cycle (Problem-Based Learning Model) obtained an average score of 77 (grade B +). Therefore, the lesson study pattern needs to be developed as a way to improve the quality of education that never ends (continuous improvement).

This study aims to determine the influence of objectivity, competence, experience, integrity and accountability on the quality of examinations in the Perum Bulog, this study is also to know and analyze the influence of objectivity, competence, experience, integrity and accountability on the quality of examinations the Perum Bulog. This research uses associative research. The population used in this study were all employees of Internal Audit Perum Bulog. The sample taken in this study was 41 from census data on Perum Bulog. In this study data analysis models and techniques use a multiple linear regression approach. The results showed that the competency value showed a significance level of 0.001, Integrity showed a significance value of 0.009 and accountability of 0.003 where the three variables were smaller than 0.05 which partially had a significant effect on the Quality of Examination at the Perum Bulog. Other variable have no partial effect on the quality of the examination.

Learning is a basic process of formal education in a limited scope and can determine the quality of the next world of education. Based on the results of interviews, it is known that the activity and student learning outcomes on the concept of Environmental Change in the class are still relatively low. The research aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Class X PMIA 1 SMAN 3 Banjarmasin academic year 2016/2017 on the concept of Environmental Change, as well as describe student responses through the application of a combination of NHT and PBL type learning models in their learning. This Classroom Action Research consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The subjects of this study were all 36 students of class X PMIA 1 SMAN 3. The results showed: Student activity during the learning process from cycle I to cycle II increased from an average of 82.31 to 90.02 with a fixed category (good). Cognitive learning outcomes of students' products during the learning process increased, in the first cycle 38% to the second cycle to 92.5% of all students who achieved a score of 76. Cognitive learning outcomes during the learning process increased from the first cycle of 72.77 with a sufficient category good to 82.28, in the second cycle with good category. Student responses were positive, with details of 30% of students strongly agreeing, and 60% of students agreeing, while the negative response was 10%.

The research was conducted to understand the influence of discovery learning models on student cognitive learning outcomes. The development of a learning model is needed to improve the quality of students in school so that it can directly improve the learning outcomes of students, the application of less attractive learning models will make students feel bored and affect the learning outcomes of students be less than optimal. This study uses the Meta-Analysis design, Meta-Analysis in this study to examine the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning learning model on student cognitive learning outcomes. From the results of the analysis of 20 studies, it was found that the effect size obtained was 1.86, so it could be said that learning carried out using the Discovery Learning model affected improving cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students.

Damri Lampung Public Company is a company located on Jalan Captain Abdul Haq No.  28, Bandar Lampung which was established as a Public Transportation Bus company within the City and between Cities or Provinces.  In Damri Lampung Public Company, several problems occur including: lack of motivation, personal character problems, self-concept problems, lack of knowledge and skills.  The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Competency and Work experience simultaneously and partially on the Quality of HR. With a total of 118 respondents, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. To determine the effect of the independent variable partially on the dependent variable, the t test is used.  Whereas to determine the effect of the dependent variable simultaneously, the F-test is used. The analysis technique uses SPSS 16.0.  The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the t-count is 1.768 while the F-test show a value of 105.349 with the R square value in this research is 0.647 or 64.7%.  The results of this research indicate that competency and work experience have a significant effect on the quality of human resources. Di Perusahaan Umum Damri Lampung terjadi beberapa permasalahan diantaranya: motivasi yang kurang, masalah karakter pribadi, masalah konsep diri, minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kualitas SDM. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 118 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial, digunakan uji t. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dependen secara simultan, digunakan uji-F. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0,. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa t-hitung adalah 1,768 sedangkan uji-F diperoleh nilai sebesar 105,349 dengan nilai R square pada penelitian ini adalah 0,647 atau 64,7 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas SDM. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Pengalaman Kerja, Kualitas SDM

In preparing this essay, the author has conducted research on tax office primary Padang with data coaction conducted through questionnaires distributed to taxpayers in the padang primary tax office of te 100 taxpayers. Data Analysis in this study using multiple linear regression, test and test F t. Tujuan of this study was to determin the effect of e-Registration, e- SPT and e- Payment Compliance Rate Taxpayer Against Either simultaneously or patial. The results can be concluded that the partial e-Registration (X1) significantly affects the taxpayer Compliance Rate Visible From Sig <0,05 and due t caunt>t table (4,223>2.000). In an e-SPT (X2) Significantly affects the taxpayer Compliance Rate visible From sig <0,05 and tcount>ttable (5,195>2,000). And e- Payment (X3) no Significant effect on taxpayer Compliance Rate Visible From sig <0,05 and t cound F table (18.190>2,72).Finally, the authors suggested that the tax authorities (tax authorities) on the tax Office Primary Padang need to improve the quality of srvive because there is still tax payers between the service provided by service that is exspeted, how this can be achieved is by improving the quality of human resources, especially human resources more direcly related wit taxpayers
