In this work, a diagnosis with a systemic approach is made to a Computing Products Development (DPI) organization, using Organizational Cybernetics (CO) and the Stafford Beer Model of Viable Systems (MSV). The MSV provides adaptability and organizational capacity to reduce the complexity of the environment, increase product quality and avoid loss of resources, also raises important issues and brings relevant ideas for software development in situations that involve complexity. The DPI can be supported by systemic methodologies so that the products in the organizations are of quality for the end user, ensuring the viability of the organization.

The present article describes setup, configuration and usage of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of members of project teams involved into the software development life cycle. Key performance indicators are described for the full software development life cycle and imply the deep integration with both task tracking systems and project code management systems, as well as a software product quality testing system. To illustrate, we used the extremely popular products - Atlassian Jira (tracking development tasks and bugs tracking system) and git (code management system). The calculation of key performance indicators is given for a team of three developers, two testing engineers responsible for product quality, one designer, one system administrator, one product manager (responsible for setting business requirements) and one project manager. For the key members of the team, it is suggested to use one integral key performance indicator per the role / team member, which reflects the quality of the fulfillment of the corresponding role of the tasks. The model of performance indicators is inverse positive - the initial value of each of the indicators is zero and increases in the case of certain deviations from the standard performance of official duties inherent in a particular role. The calculation of the proposed key performance indicators can be fully automated (in particular, using Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Bitbucket (git) or any other systems, like Redmine, GitLab or TestLink), which eliminates the human factor and, after the automation, does not require any additional effort to calculate. Using such a tool as the key performance indicators allows project managers to completely eliminate bias, reduce the emotional component and provide objective data for the project manager. The described key performance indicators can be used to reduce the time required to resolve conflicts in the team, increase productivity and improve the quality of the software product.

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of product quality on brand image and its impact on purchasing decisions on Aldo Shoes products at Mall Kelapa Gading 2 North Jakarta. Samples obtained as many as 90 respondents, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling, namely sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of this study indicate that product quality on brand image has a positive and significant effect, so that if the quality of the product gets better the brand image will increase. Product quality on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect, so that if the quality of the product gets better the purchasing decision will increase. Brand image of purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect, so that if the brand image of the product is increasingly attached to the minds of consumers, purchasing decisions will increase. And product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image has positive and significant influence.

The successfulness of a software development project is not only based on the tools and the technology used but also really depends on how the developed software meets the end user requirements. Involving end user as an active member of software development team, one of the popular agile methods known as eXtreme Programming (XP) had been selected as the software development methodology. This paper is focused on one of the main practices called on-site customer. The project under study is a web based Highway Construction Monitoring System (HIGHCONS). Challenges related to its implementation throughout the development process and also the suitable solutions in facing the challenges were also considered.

Agile methodology mainly focuses on the end user priority during the each and every stage of software development process. There is a huge scope in this technique in order to alter the major/minor modifications at each stage of software development for attaining the customer satisfaction. The main aim of the present work is to compare agile methodology with the traditional system methodologies. The present state of using the agile technologies for customer satisfaction at every phase by delivering valuable software continuously is also discussed in the present work. Based on the pitfalls in the existing models, a new model is proposed here in the present study.

The potential of human resources is essentially one of capital and plays a very important role in achieving company goals. Human Resources (HR) shoul be managed properly and correctly in a company. This paper aims to improve the development of employee quality, to increase product quality, increases sales and customer satisfaction PT. Universal Furintech Industry inengaged in office chair furniture, which provides orders in accordance with the orders of distributors who have collaborated with them. The problem faced to day is that employees often work slowly and lack cooperation in each section (division). And according to the authors, the process of developing employee quality is a solution to be able to find out the capabilities of each individual (employee). This is a way that can provide a solution for the company how to analyze the capabilities of each employee. This all affects customer satisfaction, increased trust and product satisfaction. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative using observation and interview methods. Observation were made in the workspace per each division at PT. Universal Furintech Industry, and interviews are conducted with teams of each section (division) that follows the development of employee quality. After discussing and looking for results, this program can have a good impact on the company because of an increase in sales. Employees can also be transferred (mutated) in accordance with the capabilities of the employee.
