This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of product quality on brand image and its impact on purchasing decisions on Aldo Shoes products at Mall Kelapa Gading 2 North Jakarta. Samples obtained as many as 90 respondents, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling, namely sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of this study indicate that product quality on brand image has a positive and significant effect, so that if the quality of the product gets better the brand image will increase. Product quality on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect, so that if the quality of the product gets better the purchasing decision will increase. Brand image of purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect, so that if the brand image of the product is increasingly attached to the minds of consumers, purchasing decisions will increase. And product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image has positive and significant influence.

Abstract - This research was conducted to test and analyze the influence of interest, price, product quality, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The population in this study consisted of Traveloka application users with a total of 137 respondents. The study used purposive sampling with 104 respondents. The test results show that interest variable has a positive and significant effect toward purchasing decisions of Traveloka application users, while the price, product quality, promotion, and the variables of brand image have no significant effect toward users purchasing decisions of Traveloka application. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of brand image and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Chandra Supermarkets. The research sample was 99 respondents. The method used in research with a questionnaire. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results of the study show that the image variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, the variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, and the product completeness variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions buying decision.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan bisnis online yang terus maju pesat di era modern saat ini ditandai dengan banyak munculnya pesaing-pesaing baru di dunia bisnis oline (Marketplace). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya tingkat persepsi promosi, kualitas informasi, dan keragaman produk melalui kepercayaan  terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitaf untuk populasi dan sample adalah pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia di kabupaten Bekasi dengan jumlah sampel 106 responden dan untuk analisisnya menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukan bahwa variabel kepercayaan dapat memediasi persepsi promosi dan kualitas informasi dengan hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. This research is motivated by the rapid growth of online businesses in the modern era today is characterized by many new competitors in the business world oline (Marketplace). The purpose of this study is to find out how influential the level of perception of promotion, quality of information, and diversity of products through trust in purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is quantifiable for the population and the sample is a tokopedia application user in Bekasi district with a sample number of 106 respondents and for its analysis using the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that trust variables can mediate the perception of promotion and quality of information with positive and significant results on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on satisfaction and loyalty of Honda motorcycle customers in Jember. The research design is confirmatory research. The research population is all customers of Honda motorcycles in Jember, and then researcher take 114 sample. Researcher take respondents used non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling approach. Analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research prove that product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product quality also has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Price does not effect on customer satisfaction, but price has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the brand image, lifestyle, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Iphone smartphones. The population used in this study is the consumer iPhone mobile phone users. The method used in this study is a partial test with a Likert scale. The sample in this study were consumers of iPhone smarthphones with a total of 40 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validation test uses the loading factor, convergent validity, and face validity. While the reliability test uses the Cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items used in this study are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all of them are supported and for each hypothesis there is one researcher who says the results are not significant. The conclusion of this study is the importance of maintaining brand image for a better lifestyle and maintaining good product quality, in order to get good consumer reviews, besides that it is also important to pay attention to lifestyle in order to remain confident and make purchasing decisions.

Samyang instant noodles were once a highly sought after product and had reaped the pros and cons of being halal in Indonesia. This study is to analyze the effect of product quality and halal label on purchasing decisions through brand image variables. Students majoring in Business Administration who have consumed Samyang instant noodles are the population of this study. The research sample consisted of 67 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (in this case Structural Equation Modeling using Smart PLS 3.0). The results of the study state that the halal label has a significant effect on brand image, has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has a significant effect on brand image, has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This study provides managerial implications in the form of the need for an integrated product planning policy that includes product quality, brand image and halal labeling.

Samples in this study were 124 customers, probability sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). empirical research results Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel satisfied with the services provided. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel loyal and will continue to use the services of PT Indovisual Service Solution. Customer satisfaction does not have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This means that the lower the customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will also decrease the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel loyal and will continue to use the services of PT Indovisual Service Solution

The increasing development of the business world has reached a higher level of competition, and increasingly fierce competition in the energy drink market in Indonesia. This can be seen from the renewal of the company, which makes energy beverage products become consumers' choice. One of the producers of energy drinks that compete in Indonesia is the M-150. Currently the energy drink product M-150 is still one of the products that consumers choose. However, along with the increase in other products, making the M-150 product more and less competitive with other products. This can be seen in the top brand index where the M-150 product is no longer a superior product for consumers. Formulation of the problem in this study concerning the influence of product quality and assessment of brand image, as well as its impact on purchasing decisions of M-150 products in the city of Semarang.The population used in this study is all consumers who have done the purchase of M-150 energy products, where the respondents are people in the city of Semarang. The number of samples used in this study were 130 respondents, and the sample technique used was accidental sampling. The data source used is primary data, while the method of data collection is done through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using AMOS 22.0 analysis tools.The results of the research analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product availability has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and availability product has a positive and not significant effect on brand image.

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of consumers’ ethnocentrism on the perception of product quality and buying intention of ayam taliwang (a case study on Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara). This is quantitative study. The population are individual and community who already know the ayam taliwang product in Mataram. The sampel were 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The research showed that cosumers’ etnosentrism had significant effect on the buying intention of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. The consumers’ etnosentrism had also effect on the perception of product quality which means that the more positive of consumers ethnocentrism the better the perception of product quality of ayam taliwang. Perception of product quality moderated the correlation between consumers’ ethnosentrism and buying intention, which means that the higher the perception of product quality, the stronger the correlation between consumers’ etnosentrism and buying intention. This research implied theoretically and managerially in the context of product of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. Keywords : consumers’ ethnosentrism, perception of product quality and buying intention.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationships of service quality, bank’s image, customer value and product quality with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Sample is the state-owned banks’ customers in four major cities in Indonesia. Data is analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Results lead to an integrated model of customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. In conclusion, customer value and quality of bank products do not significantly and directly affect customer loyalty, but do significantly affect customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Service quality and bank’s image directly and indirectly affects customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. Service quality and bank’s image have the strongest and most dominant effects on customer loyalty.
